This paper presents an LC voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) in a dual-band frequency synthesizer for IMT-advanced and UWB applications.The switched current source,cross-coupled pair and noise filtering technique are adopted in this VCO design to improve the performance of the phase noise,power consumption,voltage amplitude,and tuning range.In order to achieve a wide tuning range,a reconfigurable LC tank with 4 bits switch control is adopted in the core circuit design.The size of the entire chip with pad is 1.11 0.98 mm2.The test results show that the current dissipation of the VCO at UWB and IMT-Advanced band is 3 mA and 4.5 mA in a 1.2 V supply.The tuning range of the designed VCO is 3.86-5.28 GHz and 3.14-3.88 GHz.The phase-noise at 1 MHz frequency offset from a 3.5 GHz and 4.2 GHz carrier is-123 dBc/Hz and-119 dBc/Hz,respectively. 相似文献

采用基于改进Adaboost算法的级联式人脸和人眼分类器检测人脸和眼睛的候选位置,再用支持向量机(SVM)分类器验证并确定人眼的最佳位置;实现了在复杂背景图像中快速、准确的眼睛定位.与传统的Adaboost算法相比,改进的Adaboost算法构建分类器所需的特征数目大大减少,提高了眼睛定位速度;同时利用人脸几何特征的SVM分类器验证,提高了定位精度.实验结果表明该算法具有很好的精确性和实时性. 相似文献

The design and analysis of a reconfigurable dual-band down-conversion mixer for IMT-advanced(3.4–3.6 GHz) and UWB(4.2–4.8 GHz) applications are presented.Based on a folded double-balanced Gilbert cell,which is well known for its low voltage,simplicity and well balanced performance,the mixer adopts a capacitive cross-coupling technique for input matching and performance improvement.Switched capacitors and resistors are added to shift the working bands.Fabricated in a TSMC 0.13 m process,the test results show flat conversion gains from 9.6 to 10.3 d B on the IMT-A band and from 9.7 to 10.4 d B on the UWB band,with a noise figure of about 15 d B on both bands.The input third-order intercept points(IIP3) are about 7.3 d Bm on both of the frequency bands.The whole chip consumes 11 m W under 1.2 V supply and the total area of the layout is 0.760.65 mm2. 相似文献

A reconfigurable dual-band LNA is presented. The LNA employs switching capacitors and circuit in to realize the dual-band operation. These methodologies are used to design and implement a reconfigurable LNA for IMT-A and UWB application. The LNA is implemented using TSMC-0.13 μm CMOS technology. Measured performance shows an input matching of better than -13.5 dB, a voltage gain of 18-22.8 dB, with an NF of 4.3-4.7 dB in the band of 3.4-3.6 GHz, and an input matching of better than -9.7 dB, a voltage gain of 14.7-22.4 dB, and with an NF of 3.7-4.9 dB in the band of 4.2-4.8 GHz. 为了解决人工检测水表机芯灵敏度存在效率低、精度差等问题,开发了一套基于机器视觉的水表机芯灵敏度检测系统。设计了一种基于指针通气前后转动角度差的间接检测算法。利用最小二乘法求得初始轮廓圆心,以圆心的横坐标和纵坐标将指针轮廓分为4部分,计算每部分轮廓点到圆心距离的标准差,取标准差值最小部分作为轮廓集合来拟合出精确圆,实现指针圆心定位;结合Shi-Tomas角点检测算法和针尖点到圆心的距离特征实现针尖点定位;计算通气前后各子表盘指针圆心与针尖点所形成直线与水平线之间的夹角,将角度差换算的脉冲数与设定脉冲数阈值比对,判断是否合格。实验表明,该系统在保持检测准确性的前提下能够高效的完成水表机芯灵敏度检测,算法的检定正确率高达99.7%。 相似文献
