Stricter environmental regulations and policies are leading to increasing requirements for the quality of the oil product. Hydrogen fluctuation in the hydrofining process of refineries remains a considerable problem that may affect the quality of refinery products and increase operating costs. As hydrogen supply across multiple refineries is common in the process industry, the optimal design of interplant hydrogen networks (multi-refinery hydrogen networks) is inevitable in improving the stability of hydrogen supply and reducing the utility consumption of the entire system. This paper introduces the Worst-Case Conditional Value at Risk (WCVaR) concept for the synthesis of the interplant hydrogen network system with hydrogen source flowrate fluctuations. WCVaR is adopted to indicate the expected value of the pure hydrogen content in hydrogen networks in the worst case. Considering the adjustability of hydrogen utility in the realistic production process, this paper studies the stability of interplant hydrogen networks under constant and adjustable hydrogen utilities. The Monte Carlo simulation verifies that the multi-refinery hydrogen network structures obtained by this method are more robust. 相似文献

Active tumor penetration has been recently recognized as a promising strategy to resolve the limitation of nanomedicine in terms of tumor penetration, but it is challenging to develop active transporting nanocarriers. Here, an ultrasonic cavitation-assisted and acid-activatable active transporting liposome for a broad range of tumors is reported. The active transporting liposome (size and charge dual-conversional gemcitabine prodrug-integrated liposomal nanodroplet (SCGLN)) overcomes the tight blood vessel walls with the aid of ultrasonic cavitation. The SCGLN subsequently transforms from micro-size to nano-size under prolonged ultrasound radiation. Once in the acidic tumor microenvironment, the nanosized SCGLN undergoes negative-to-positive charge-reversal and triggers the cationization-initiated transcytosis to penetrate deep into tumor parenchyma. The gemcitabine-loaded SCGLN exhibits potent antitumor activity in multiple poorly permeable tumor models, which completely erases subcutaneous U251 glioma and stops the progression of orthotopic BxPC3 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The paper reports a highly sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of paraquat. The immunosensor bases on glassy carbon electrode modified with a composite made from fullerene, ferrocene and the ionic liquid. The components were immobilized on the electrode surface by chitosan. The antibody of paraquat was covalently conjugated to the surface which was then blocked with bovine serum albumin. Analytical characteristics of the immunosensor were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It offers good repeatability (RSD = 1.5%), a stability of more than 150 days, an impedimetric response to paraquat in the range from 3.89 × 10−11 to 4.0 × 10−8 mol L−1, and a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 9.0 × 10−12 mol L−1. The effects of omitting fullerene and the ionic liquid were well tested. The results indicated that sensitivity of the immunosensor is 3.7-fold better if fullerene and ionic liquid are used. This demonstrates that fullerene facilitates electron transfer on surface of the electrode due to unique electrochemical properties, while the ionic liquid provides biocompatible microenvironment for the antibody, which results in the enhanced sensitivity and stability. Moreover, surface morphology feature and electrochemical properties of the electrode were also examined. The method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of paraquat in meconium. 相似文献

研究了海藻酸钠(SA)的分子量及用量对SA/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)半互穿网络(SA/PNIPAAm semi-IPN)水凝胶的平衡溶胀度、溶胀速率和消溶胀速率的影响。结果发现,水凝胶平衡溶胀度随着凝胶网络中SA组分分子量以及用量的增加而增大;在pH=1.0条件下,SA/PNIPAAm semi-IPN水凝胶的溶胀速率随着SA的分子量以及用量的增加而降低,在pH=7.4条件下,水凝胶的溶胀速率随着SA的分子量以及用量的增加而增大;SA用量较低时,分子量的大小对SA/PNIPAAm semi-IPN水凝胶的消溶胀速率有很大影响,随着SA用量的增加,分子量大小对水凝胶消溶胀速率的影响作用降低。 相似文献
