Along with the progress in nanoscience, a variety of advanced functional nanomaterials were constructed to develop effective and innovative analytical techniques for food safety surveillance. In this review, we summarized the advanced analytical methods that have been developed based upon advanced functional nanomaterials, including plasmonic nanomaterial-based colorimetric methods, fluorescent nanomaterial-based fluorescent methods, advanced functional material-based molecular imprinting technology, advanced functional material-based chromatographic methods, plasmonic nanomaterial-based surface enhanced Raman scattering technology, and advanced functional material-based electrochemical methods. This review provides a progressive roadmap for further development of portable, rapid, and in situ detection technology to promote food safety surveillance from bench to market and eventually reduce the gap between research in the laboratory and industrial applications.  相似文献

目的:考察不同厂家川芎配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%冰醋酸(20:80,V/V);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:320nm;柱温:30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:阿魏酸在14 ng~280 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.71%(RSD=2.06,n=5)。不同厂家川芎配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量为0.05~0.32 mg·g-1。结论:不同厂家产品中阿魏酸的含量差异显著。  相似文献

目的:探究富硒酵母对薏米酒醪品质的影响。方法:以薏米为原料,接种富硒酿酒酵母制备薏米酒醪,测定酒醪发酵过程中理化特性、植物活性成分及体外抗氧化活性的变化。结果:相比酿酒酵母组,酿酒酵母富硒组可增加薏米酒醪发酵中期(12~30 h期间)酒精度的提升速率,加速pH和总糖含量的下降速率。发酵36 h后,酿酒酵母富硒组中总黄酮和总多酚含量分别比酿酒酵母组增加了14.43%和9.77%。此外,发酵36 h后,酿酒酵母组中硒含量仅为0.007 μg/mL,而酿酒酵母富硒组中硒含量可达20.53 μg/mL,且薏米酒醪的DPPH自由基清除率和脂质过氧化抑制率分别提高至67.37%和79.52%。结论:富硒酵母发酵薏米酒醪不仅可使酒醪富含硒元素,还能提高酒醪的体外抗氧化活性,提升酒醪品质。  相似文献

TrustZone technology has been widely used in the security protection of various smart systems, such as data encryption, fingerprint login, DRM protection, electronic payment and so on. TrustZone technology provides programs with a trusted execution environment (TEE) that is isolated from the host environment to provide the runtime protection for important code and data. Therefore, the calling process of the security application based on TrustZone has changed, then the application adds processes such as data sharing and messaging between the secure and non-secure worlds, which causes additional performance overhead. This paper locates four key elements that affect the performance of the security application: world switch, interrupt, shared memory management, and data copy. On this base, four corresponding performance optimization methods are proposed. Through the AES encryption ser- vice based on TrustZone technology, the proposed performance optimization methods were compared and tested to verify their effectiveness. Experimental results show that: 1. Setting parameters reasonably can improve the performance by 31% at most. 2. Masking external interrupts can improve the perfor- mance by 4.5% at most. 3. Memory reusing can improve the performance by 37% at most. 4. Reducing memory copy can improve the performance by 39% at most.  相似文献

A series of Ni-P alloys (Ni-rich) have been synthesized and solidified. It is found that the solidification microstructure of the Ni-19.0 at.%P alloy that has long been regarded as the eutectic composition contains many primary phase dendrites besides rod eutectics. In contrast, only rod eutectic microstructure appears in the samples of Ni-19.6 at.%P, and this alloy shows the lowest end temperature of melting among all the compositions investigated. The results indicate that the actual eutectic composition at the Ni-rich part of the Ni-P system is Ni-19.6 at.%P. The eutectic temperature is determined to be about 1163 K by the differential scanning calorimetry analysis.  相似文献
