Due to the side effects of greenhouse gases, interest in alternative energy sources is growing, and research into hydrogen (Н2) production from cyanobacteria has become a promising direction for the industry. The article provides an overview of cyanobacterial hydrogen production strategies and their current economic efficiency. It also describes metabolic, genetic and technical methods for obtaining H2 from cyanobacteria. Cyanobacteria are considered potential producers of hydrogen energy that will be economically viable shortly, as they only need cheap salts, water and solar energy to grow. However, producing hydrogen from cyanobacteria still requires extensive work, and the main problem is the small amount of hydrogen energy obtained. To produce large amounts of cyanobacterial hydrogen, the most active wild-type strains must be selected and technological, modular and genetic research must be carried out simultaneously. The low energy efficiency of hydrogen from cyanobacteria also shows the need for comprehensive research through international programs.  相似文献

Variability of protein and energy supply from pasture during the grazing season is a primary factor that can influence milk production of grazing organic dairy herds in the Northeast United States. This study evaluated the effects of altering the crude protein (CP) content of dietary supplements included in dairy rations fed to grazing organic dairy herds, on milk production and composition. Six commercial organic farms participated in a 6-wk trial, consisting of a 2-wk baseline period and 4-wk experimental period. Farms were paired by their summer 2017 milk urea nitrogen profile, and farms within each pair were assigned by restricted randomization to (1) continuation of their regular supplements (n = 3, control group, CON), or (2) supplement with altered CP as percentage of dry matter, formulated using an organic barley and roasted soybean mix (n = 3, treatment group, TRT). Throughout the 6-wk trial, individual milk samples were collected at 2 consecutive milkings weekly, while pasture and supplement samples, pasture measurements, and management information were collected twice weekly per farm. Data were statistically analyzed using the MIXED procedure of SAS (version 9.4, SAS Institute Inc.) for all parameters, and effects of treatment, week, and their interaction (treatment × week) were determined. The supplement CP (percentage of dry matter) during the baseline period was 13.5% for CON and 15.3% for TRT and 14.8% for CON and 19.3% for TRT during the experimental period. Milk production was 21% higher during the experimental period for TRT compared with CON (24.1 vs. 19.9 kg of milk per day, respectively). Milk production decreased for CON from wk 1 to wk 6 (23.6 vs. 20.4 kg of milk per day), whereas TRT maintained milked production from wk 1 to wk 6 (22.8 vs. 22.7 kg of milk per day). Milk composition was different between groups, with CON having higher fat percent (4.21 vs. 3.73%, respectively) and protein percent (3.15 vs. 3.05%, respectively) compared with TRT for the 6 wk. The milk urea nitrogen concentrations were similar between TRT and CON for the baseline period (11.9 vs. 12.1 mg/dL) and the final week of the experimental period (14.5 vs. 14.2 mg/dL). Although the effects of different diet CP fractions, particularly rumen undegradable protein and soluble protein, must be further delineated, these results indicate that altering the CP content of dietary supplements fed to grazing organic dairy cattle during the summer period in the Northeast US could be a useful mechanism to maintain milk production.  相似文献

花生粕是重要的蛋白饲料原料,但由于其氨基酸不平衡,特别是精氨酸与赖氨酸比例严重失衡(精氨酸与赖氨酸含量比值在3~4,理想的精氨酸与赖氨酸含量比值为1.0),限制了其在动物养殖中的应用。研究了复合酶预处理结合乳酸菌发酵花生粕对其品质的改善。结果表明:经菌酶协同处理后,花生粕粗蛋白质含量由46.4%提高至506%,大分子蛋白明显降解为小分子蛋白,酸溶蛋白质含量由2.3%提高至17.8%,多肽含量由1.6%提高至15.7%,蛋氨酸和赖氨酸含量分别提高了77.1%和42.0%,精氨酸降解率为18.7%,精氨酸与赖氨酸含量比值从3.7降低至2.1,总酸含量由06%提高到4.7%,其中乳酸含量由0.64 mg/g提高至14.63 mg/g。菌酶协同处理后的花生粕抗氧化性明显增强,其中每克菌酶协同处理后的花生粕对羟自由基的清除能力与171.6 mg VC相当,比花生粕(与47.6 mg VC相当)提高了2.6倍。  相似文献

延安以东和以北的鄂尔多斯盆地东北部地区曾被认为位处三叠纪延长组7段(长7段)沉积期古湖盆的"边缘",一些学者认为该区延长组烃源岩不发育,因而其油藏原油系湖盆中心生成的原油经长距离侧向运移而来;但也有研究认为,包括盆地边缘在内的整个鄂尔多斯盆地致密油藏均为近源成藏。为明确盆地东部地区延长组原油来源,对三叠纪湖盆"东缘"七里村油田的主力油层延长组6段(长6段)原油开展了原油地球化学和油源对比研究。七里村油田长6段原油具有高饱和烃、高饱芳比、低非烃和低沥青质的特征,正构烷烃呈前高单峰型,主峰碳为C19,生物标志化合物分析显示长6段原油为同源成熟原油,生油母质以藻类等低等水生生物为主,混有陆源高等植物,母源沉积环境为偏还原性的淡水湖泊。七里村油田长6段原油与本地区长7段黑色泥页岩和暗色泥岩2种烃源岩均具有明显亲缘关系,而与志丹、富县等湖盆中心地区的长7段烃源岩在族组成、生物标志化合物和稳定碳同位素特征上均存在明显区别。综合分析认为七里村油田长6段原油并非湖盆中心长7段优质烃源岩所生油气经长距离运移而来,而主要为原位长7段烃源岩生成的原油经垂向运移和短距离侧向运移在长6段等储层中聚集成藏,属于近源成藏。  相似文献

Psychotropic Psilocybe mushrooms biosynthesize their principal natural product psilocybin in five steps, among them a phosphotransfer and two methyltransfer reactions, which consume one equivalent of 5′-adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and two equivalents of S-adenosyl-l -methionine (SAM). This short but co-substrate-intensive pathway requires nucleoside cofactor salvage to maintain high psilocybin production rates. We characterized the adenosine kinase (AdoK) and S-adenosyl-l -homocysteine (SAH) hydrolase (SahH) of Psilocybe cubensis. Both enzymes are directly or indirectly involved in regenerating SAM. qRT-PCR expression analysis revealed an induced expression of the genes in the fungal primordia and carpophores. A one-pot in vitro reaction with the N-methyltransferase PsiM of the psilocybin pathway demonstrates a concerted action with SahH to facilitate biosynthesis by removal of accumulating SAH.  相似文献

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a bacterial pathogen that causes life‐threatening infections in immunocompromised patients. It produces a large armory of saturated and mono‐unsaturated 2‐alkyl‐4(1H)‐quinolones (AQs) and AQ N‐oxides (AQNOs) that serve as signaling molecules to control the production of virulence factors and that are involved in membrane vesicle formation and iron chelation; furthermore, they also have, for example, antibiotic properties. It has been shown that the β‐ketoacyl‐acyl‐carrier protein synthase III (FabH)‐like heterodimeric enzyme PqsBC catalyzes the last step in the biosynthesis of the most abundant AQ congener, 2‐heptyl‐4(1H)‐quinolone (HHQ), by condensing octanoyl‐coenzyme A (CoA) with 2‐aminobenzoylacetate (2‐ABA), but the basis for the large number of other AQs/AQNOs produced by P. aeruginosa is not known. Here, we demonstrate that PqsBC uses different medium‐chain acyl‐CoAs to produce various saturated AQs/AQNOs and that it also biosynthesizes mono‐unsaturated congeners. Further, we determined the structures of PqsBC in four different crystal forms at 1.5 to 2.7 Å resolution. Together with a previous report, the data reveal that PqsBC adopts open, intermediate, and closed conformations that alter the shape of the acyl‐binding cavity and explain the promiscuity of PqsBC. The different conformations also allow us to propose a model for structural transitions that accompany the catalytic cycle of PqsBC that might have broader implications for other FabH‐enzymes, for which such structural transitions have been postulated but have never been observed.  相似文献

石油酸是原油和馏分油中普遍存在的腐蚀性物质,其主要成分为环烷酸并且含量可以高达90%以上。环烷酸具有羧酸的所有化学性质,所以常常造成严重的腐蚀,从而影响原油加工设备及油品使用设备的正常运行和使用寿命。随着近年来世界范围内高酸原油产量的逐渐增加,高原油及各种高酸值馏分油所带来的腐蚀与产品质量问题显得愈发严重,因此迫切需要开发出经济高效的脱酸技术与工艺路线。本文较为全面而详细地总结并评述了国内外原油及油品的各种脱酸技术方法。分析表明:目前所报道的各类脱酸工艺较多,其中工业应用的加氢脱酸效果虽好但是成本较高,而其他大多数脱酸方法都存在较多的缺点或不足,因此探寻一种绿色环保、经济高效并且具有较好普适性的油品脱酸工艺显得非常迫切而必要。酯化法脱酸具有加工工艺简单、不需要复杂的后继处理,几乎可以降低所有的高酸值原油和油品(轻质、重质馏分油以及渣油)的酸值,为原料油的进一步加工提供了方便。酯化脱酸工艺的关键在于高效催化剂的选择,而目前的催化酯化体系虽然脱酸率较高,但仍存在着反应时间较长的不足,相信通过反应过程强化等手段解决该问题以后,催化酯化脱酸工艺会被很快投入到原油及油品的脱酸实际工业生产中去。  相似文献
