The separation of iron oxide from banded hematite jasper(BHJ) assaying 47.8% Fe, 25.6% Si O2 and 2.30%Al2O3 using selective magnetic coating was studied. Characterization studies of the low grade ore indicate that besides hematite and goethite,jasper, a microcrystalline form of quartzite, is the major impurity associated with this ore. Beneficiation by conventional magnetic separation technique could yield a magnetic concentrate containing 60.8% Fe with 51% Fe recovery. In order to enhance the recovery of the iron oxide minerals, fine magnetite, colloidal magnetite and oleate colloidal magnetite were used as the coating material. When subjected to magnetic separation, the coated ore produces an iron concentrate containing 60.2% Fe with an enhanced recovery of56%. The AFM studies indicate that the coagulation of hematite particles with the oleate colloidal magnetite facilitates the higher recovery of iron particles from the low grade BHJ iron ore under appropriate conditions. 相似文献

This study investigates the relationship between the critical surface tension of wetting of celestite and agglomeration recovery as well as the zeta potential in dependence of pH and amount of collector (Na‐Oleate). For this purpose, effects of pH and collector amount on the agglomeration recovery are investigated and zeta potential measurements and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR) analyses are carried out to determine the adsorption type of Na‐Oleate on celestite surface. The sessile drop technique is used for the measurement of contact angle and determination of the critical surface tension of wetting (YC) of celestite. The maximum agglomeration recovery is obtained at pH 7. The critical surface tension of wetting of celestite is very close to the surface tension of kerosene, which is 25.95 mN/m. Furthermore, at the optimum Na‐Oleate amount of 10 kg/ton, the critical surface tension of wetting of celestite is approximately equal to the surface tension of kerosene. 相似文献

以木质甾醇转化率为指标,考察了10种常见商业化脂肪酶催化合成木质甾醇油酸酯的效果,确定褶皱假丝酵母脂肪酶(CRL)为优选生物催化剂,进一步筛选出正己烷为优选反应介质.在脂肪酶用量、油酸和木质甾醇的物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间这4个单因素考察基础上,通过响应面分析法对酶催化木质甾醇油酸酯合成工艺条件进行优化,并对优化条件进行验证和放大实验.CRL催化合成木质甾醇油酸酯的优化工艺参数为:CRL添加量为木质甾醇质量的10%,油酸与木质甾醇的物质的量比为3.8:1,反应温度为46℃,反应时间为28 h,木质甾醇的转化率为91.56%±0.25%. 相似文献

以油酸缩水甘油酯和甘油为原料,在固体酸催化剂(活性炭负载硫酸)作用下,通过开环反应制得油酸二聚甘油酯。通过FTIR和1HNMR对产物结构进行表征,并将其用作柔软保湿剂涂覆到面巾纸上对纸张的柔软度、保湿性、抗张强度等性能进行测试。结果表明:油酸二聚甘油酯具有优异的柔软保湿性能,在油酸二聚甘油酯添加量为甘油水溶液质量的0.25%时,面巾纸的柔软度(49 mN)优于市面上有机硅柔软剂改性的面巾纸柔软度(68 mN),这是由于大分子柔软剂能够对纤维表面的缺陷进行修复,从而使纤维表面平整度的提升。且在温度为30 ℃,湿度为60%时,油酸二聚甘油酯型柔软保湿剂涂覆后的面巾纸的保水率(98.2%)也略高于有机硅柔软剂涂覆后的面巾纸的保水率(96.5%)。 相似文献

利用微波法一步合成缬氨酸氟硼酸盐酸性离子液体,并应用到油酸酯化反应中,该催化剂催化效果良好,可以替代硫酸、对甲苯磺酸等强酸,采用离子液体作催化剂具有用量少,腐蚀性低,可重复利用等优点。以缬氨酸氟硼酸离子液体作催化剂,油酸、甲醇为原料,反应物料质量比为0.008∶1∶9,反应时间为5h的反应条件下得到油酸甲酯。并通过油水分离、水相蒸馏重获催化剂,使之重复利用。重复5次实验中,其酯化转化率仍可达80.45%。 相似文献

Commercially available refined rice bran oil (RBO) contained high contents of phytosterol and γ‐oryzanol, that is, 858–1034 and 248–887 mg per 100 g oil, respectively. Although the crude rice bran oil (CRBO) had high contents of both phytochemicals (1362–1376 mg phytosterol per 100 g and 1599–1666 mg γ‐oryzanol per 100 g), physical refining process resulted in their reduction to 820–895 mg phytosterol per 100 g and 933–960 mg γ‐oryzanol per 100 g in RBO (P < 0.05). Both phytochemicals evaporated and accumulated in the deodoriser distillate (DD) to some extent during the deodorising step. Further distillation of DD using molecular distillation (MD) evaporated the free fatty acids (FFAs), resulting in the unevaporated fraction (UMD) having the acid values of 5.6–9.3 mg KOH g?1. The UMD also contained 1585–3391 mg phytosterol per 100 g and 781–848 mg γ‐oryzanol per 100 g. Results suggest potential use of DD as the source of phytochemicals for further concentration by MD. 相似文献

The esterification of oleic acid and methanol using sulfuric acid as a homogeneous catalyst is studied in reactive‐separation systems. The conversion of the free fatty acid was investigated in two different experiments with the molar ratio of methanol/oleic acid, amount of catalyst, temperature, and reaction time as variables. The conversion of the free fatty acid was found to depend strongly on the molar ratio of methanol/oleic acid. The reaction time had a direct effect on the conversion of the free fatty acid, and this conversion decreased with higher temperature. These results were valuable for a preliminary study on biodiesel production, using an acid homogeneous catalyst in a reactive dividing‐wall distillation column. 相似文献
