Glass-based materials are usually considered as excellent seals for jointing adjacent components in planar solid oxide fuel cells, but the uncontrollable crystallization in the glass may cause delamination and micro-cracks in such seals. To solve this problem, Al2O3 ceramic particles were added to a BaO–CaO–Al2O3–B2O3–SiO2 glass system to reduce negative effects caused by crystalline phase on the gas tightness and the joint strength in the seals. At an operating temperature of 750 °C, the glass-based seals with 20 wt% Al2O3 addition (GA80) exhibited extremely low leakage rates (~0.002 sccm/cm under an input gas pressure of 13.6 kPa) and higher shear strength (3.31 MPa). The Al2O3 ceramic addition and the crystalline phase BaAl2Si2O8 reinforced the glass matrix. Further thermal cycle analyses indicated that leakage rates for the GA80 seals remained at around 0.0025 sccm/cm after 10 thermal cycles, which was consistent with minor microstructural change and good interface bonding. Single cell testing with of GA80 seals was performed and the results demonstrated stable electrochemical performance through 6 thermal cycles at an open circuit voltage of 1.16–1.18 V, as well as a power density above 546 mW/cm2 at a current density of 925 mA/cm2. These results showed the high thermal cycle stability of the glass/Al2O3 composite seals in intermediate temperature planar solid oxide fuel cells.  相似文献

为分析地表径流速度对城市内涝的影响,采用一维地下排水管网与二维城区地形的动态耦合模型,选取大连市某排水区块作为研究区域,设置4种地表径流速度10种设计降雨场景,模拟分析在不同重现期设计降雨及不同地表径流速度下研究区的内涝积水特性。结果表明:随着地表径流速度降低,管道排水压力变小,管道排水达标率最高可提升48.05%,且降雨重现期越短,地表径流流速对管道排水压力的削减效果越明显;地表径流流速对检查井溢流量影响显著,随着地表径流速度降低,检查井溢流量峰值最高可减小2 750 m~3,峰现时间最长可滞后56 min,同时随着降雨重现期增长,地表径流流速对检查井溢流量的削减效果减弱;研究区低、高风险区淹没面积随地表径流速度降低,最高可分别减小1.64万、8.37万m~2,但中风险区淹没面积变化反复。  相似文献

Currently, the Electric Power Steering (EPS) system is an essential component of the vehicle because it provides assistive steering torque to the driver. To ensure a faster steering response, the position of the EPS in some vehicles is moved closer to the tire rather than the steering wheel. The steering torque, which is provided by the EPS in the steering system, mainly affects the driver’s feel while steering. Therefore, the driver often feels uncomfortable owing to such positioning of the EPS in the steering system. In particular, the nonlinearity of the Universal Joint (UJ), which is one of parts of the steering system, can be felt at the steering wheel side.In this paper, we proposed an algorithm based on the mathematical model of the steering torque in the steering system to improve the steering feel. The mathematical model is structured using parameters that can be obtained from the information of the steering system. Moreover, the formulation of the steering torque consists of the two parts, namely the deformation part, which describes the propagation inside the steering system, and the friction part that describes the inherent friction in the UJ.Simulation and experiments were conducted to verify the proposed mathematical model with similar conditions to the real tire load during the steering motion. Furthermore, to improve the driver’s feel during steering, a torque compensation algorithm is proposed and verified through experiments.  相似文献

目的:探究食用槟榔返卤返白的原因。方法:主要通过搜集2000—2020年涉及食用槟榔卤水专利,以及相关工厂案例进行研究与分析。结果:在食用槟榔卤水的制备过程中原料的粒径大小、环境温度与湿度的高低、样品中水分含量及设备的自动化程度均可能造成食用槟榔返卤返白。结论:加工槟榔时应采取以严格控制水分、复配添加剂使用为主,工艺包装调整为辅,给予低温贮藏市售环境的方法,抑制返卤返白的产生。  相似文献

针对目前未能较好的综合考虑多维修类型与经济生产批量联合优化的问题,首先考虑多类型维修关系,基于时间延迟理论求出故障和缺陷次数的表达式;其次,在此基础上,综合考虑生产费用和维修费用的基础上,构建了多类型维修和经济生产批量联合优化模型,以单位时间内总费用最小为优化目标,获得最优检查间隔期和经济生产批量;最后,通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性,说明了第一类缺陷检查次数的多少对费用和经济生产批量影响不大。  相似文献

Casting magnesium alloys hold the greatest share of magnesium application products due to their short processing period, low cost and near net shape forming. Compared with conventional commercial magnesium alloys or other Mg–RE-based alloys, the novel Mg–RE–TM cast alloys with long period stacking ordered(LPSO) phases usually possess a higher strength and are promising candidates for aluminum alloy applications. Up to now, two ways: alloying design and casting process control(including subsequent heat treatments), have been predominantly employed to further improve the mechanical properties of these alloys. Alloying with other elements or ceramic particles could alter the solidifi cation pattern of alloys, change the morphology of LPSO phases and refi ne the microstructures. Diff erent casting techniques(conventional casting, rapidly solidifi cation, directional solidifi cation, etc.) introduce various microstructure characteristics, such as dendritic structure, nanocrystalline, metastable phase, anisotropy. Further heat treatments could activate the transformation of various LPSO structures and precipitation of diverse precipitates. All these evolutions exert great impacts on the mechanical properties of the LPSO-containing alloys. However, the underlying mechanisms still remain a subject of debate. Therefore, this review mainly provides the state of the art of the casting magnesium alloys research and the accompanying challenges and summarizes some topics that merit future investigation for developing high-performance Mg–RE–TM cast alloys.  相似文献

我国的海洋天然气水合物(以下简称水合物)资源主要分布在沿海大陆架水深介于300~3 000 m的深水区,具有弱胶结、非成岩的特征,为了测试和研究该类型水合物必须原位、大量、快速制备样品,而目前常用的搅拌法、喷淋法、鼓泡法等制备技术却存在着生成速度慢、储气密度低等问题。为此,自主设计、研制了1 062 L非成岩水合物快速制备釜,针对我国南海非成岩水合物的物性特征,开展了搅拌法、鼓泡法、喷淋法单一制备方法及“三合一”法(上述3种方法相结合)水合物制备实验,测试了实验过程中温度、压力、电阻率及反应时间等数据,分析比较了几种不同制备方法的水合物生成情况与制备效率。实验结果表明:①搅拌法、鼓泡法、喷淋法制备水合物过程中,生成的水合物均缓慢增加并逐渐铺满整个液面;②搅拌法制备过程中可以观测到明显的诱导期,而喷淋法、鼓泡法及“三合一”法却无明显的诱导期;③单一制备方法及“三合一”法制备水合物过程中,电阻率均随反应时间的增加而增加,其变化趋势亦与水合物制备速率基本一致;④“三合一”法的制备周期明显短于单一制备方法(搅拌法、喷淋法、鼓泡法单一方法的制备时间分别约为“三合一”法的5.14倍、3.59倍、3.16倍)。结论认为,所研制的1 062 L水合物快速制备釜能够实现海洋非成岩水合物样品的原位、快速制备;较之于单一制备方法,“三合一”法大大提高了水合物的制备效率。  相似文献

通过对Mg-6Gd-5Y-1Zn(质量分数,%)合金在固溶和时效处理状态下显微组织和力学性能的研究发现,α-Mg基体、沿挤压方向分布的条状18R-LPSO相、少量的Mg24(GdYZn)5 相以及细层片状的14H-LPSO相构成了挤压态合金的组成相。挤压态合金经固溶(T4)处理后,一部分18R-LPSO相溶入基体,并且基体中的14H-LPSO相伸长同时粗化。挤压态合金经过固溶加时效(T6)处理后,大量β′相从α-Mg基体中析出。T6态合金的室温力学性能最好,其屈服强度、抗拉强度及伸长率分别为272 MPa、406 MPa和6.1%。β′相沉淀也发生在挤压态合金的直接人工时效(T5)处理过程,但相比于T6处理,14H-LPSO相和β′相在基体中的体积分数均偏低。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to identify the importance of individual food product attributes (the use of preservatives, processing method, shelf-life period and nutritional value) as well as their relation to the purchase behaviour. To achieve this, consumer preferences were decomposed in conditions of full access to information, and data was compared with actual consumer behaviour related to making purchasing decisions in front of the store shelf. Based on data from 338 respondents, conjoint analysis and repeated ANOVA measurements were carried out, allowing to eliminate individual behavioural patterns. The results showed a dissonance between the consumers attitudes towards the attributes and their shopping behaviour. The processing method was the most important declared attribute for consumers, meanwhile this information was the least searched for during purchase. At the same time, shelf-life period marked as the least important was the main information searched for by consumers when shopping. The results also show a clear dislike towards the use of microwaves as a preservation method, while traditional thermal preservation was marked as the most positive for consumers. In addition, consumers were classified into 3 heterogeneous groups, identifying differences in the preferences of food attributes. The obtained results have practical value relating not only to the preferences of individual attributes, but also to their various variants. The results can be a guide for companies to properly label food products. The indicated dissonance illustrates the educational gap and related insufficient motivation to get to know the product before buying it. This is extremely important in connection with technological development and new food processing methods.  相似文献

针对偏高水分稻谷过夏储藏期间易发生品质劣变的情况,利用空调控温储粮技术,开展偏高水分稻谷品质变化研究实仓实验,跟踪测定过夏期间水分、脂肪酸值和米饭硬度等质构品质指标的变化情况,结果表明:在高温期间,偏高水分稻谷品质变化情况为水分基本保持不变;脂肪酸值、米饭硬度、胶着性和咀嚼性上升;弹性和粘性下降;内聚性基本不变。由此可见,利用低温储粮技术偏高水分稻谷可以安全过夏,并能达到保持储粮品质,保证储粮安全的目的。  相似文献
