The hydrogen pressure inside tanks and its adjacent pipes can reach up to 70 MPa in fuel cell vehicles. This is the weak links of hydrogen leakage. The diagnosis time of mainstream hydrogen leakage diagnosis method based on hydrogen concentration sensors (HCSs) is easily affected by the number and location of installed sensors. In this study, a data-driven diagnosis method is proposed for the high-pressure hydrogen leakage. Fisher discrimination analysis and linear least squares fitting are used for data preprocessing, relevance vector machine is used for pattern recognition. When the total volume of tanks is 82 L and the hydrogen leakage flow rate is larger than 2 g/s, the diagnosis accuracy of the proposed method is higher than 95% and the diagnosis time is constant. When the leakage location is far away from HCSs, the proposed method can the diagnose hydrogen leakage in a shorter time than mainstream method.  相似文献

Sealing performance between two contacting surfaces is of significant importance to stable operation of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells. In this work, an analytical micro-scale approach is first established to predict the gas leakage in fuel cells. Gas pressure and uneven pressure distribution at the interface are also included in the model. At first, the micro tortuous leakage path at the interface is constructed by introducing contact modelling and fractal porous structure theory. In order to obtain the leakage at the entire surface, contact pressure distribution is predicted based on bonded elastic layer model. The gas leakage through the discontinuous interface can be obtained with consideration of convection and diffusion. Then, experiments are conducted to validate the numerical model, and good agreement is obtained between them. Finally, influences of surface topology, gasket compression and gasket width on leakage are studied based on the model. The results show that gas leakage would be greatly amplified when the asperity standard deviation of surface roughness exceeds 1.0 μm. Gaskets with larger width and smaller thickness are beneficial to sealing performance. The model is helpful to understand the gas leakage behavior at the interface and guide the gasket design of fuel cells.  相似文献

寒区河道凌汛灾害河势“弯道效应”的量化评估十分重要。基于分形理论提出河道横断面-纵剖面-平面多维度河势分形维数计算方法及其物理机制,并探讨黄河内蒙古段不同维度河势演变分形特征及其与凌汛灾害的关联关系。结果表明,黄河内蒙古段不同维度河势均具有多尺度自相似分形特征,且具有多年记忆周期的长程相关性;冰坝(严重性冰塞)发生频次与河道主槽弯曲分形维数呈正相关指数型函数关系,与河相系数、深泓点高程和河段平均底坡分形维数负相关,与水深-面积分形维数正相关,总体表明冰坝灾害更易发生于主槽偏移摆动大、蜿蜒曲折、河湾发育程度高的宽浅型弯曲河道,研究成果可为凌汛期冰塞冰坝灾害易发河段诊断及预测提供重要理论依据。  相似文献

高面板坝的变形对面板的安全运行有着特别重要的影响,国内外已建的高面板坝工程中,因坝体变形大导致防渗面板挤压破损,坝体渗漏量大的实例较多,不得不降低水库水位进行修复处理,造成较大的经济损失乃至给大坝的长期运行留下安全隐患。通过发生挤压破损的实例分析,发现变形控制缺乏系统性是发生面板挤压破损的主要因素,为预防面板破损,系统提出了“控制坝体总变形,转化有害变形,适应纵向变形”的坝体变形控制方法,并在使用软硬岩混合料筑坝的董箐面板堆石坝中得到的应用,取得了良好效果,该工程运行至今达十余年,未见面板有挤压破损迹象,该方法对建设200 m以上乃至300 m级超高面板坝具有重要借鉴意义。  相似文献

The motion trajectory of hydrogen leakage is an essential safe issue for the application of hydrogen energy. A dimensionless fast-running motion trajectory prediction model is proposed to predict the dispersion characteristics of the buoyant jet of hydrogen leakage for the accident. The impact of different leakage angles, leakage velocity and thermal stratification of ambient air on hydrogen leakage behavior was analyzed. The new developed model was verified by experimental results in literatures. Leakage hydrogen can flow upwards freely in a uniform environment. However, it shows an oscillating trajectory at a certain height in a thermally stratified environment, which is so called “locking phenomenon”. The trajectory of hydrogen leakage is upward and hydrogen gathers at the top of the space to form stratification in a uniform environment, while the hydrogen leakage shows an oscillating trajectory at a certain height in a thermal stratification environment. With the increase of Froude number Fr, it shows that the stable height and maximum height of the leakage airflow have a trend of rising first and then falling in a thermally stratified environment. The findings are expected to give guidance in real-world situations, for example, a larger Fr value and a larger temperature gradient can lead to a decrease in the stable height in the thermally stratified environment. It is found that the fitting of the stable height with different temperature gradients satisfies the power function relationship. This work is expected to be helpful for reducing hydrogen leakage accumulation and explosion risk.  相似文献

This paper reports results of full scale testing to further explore potential GCL damage mechanisms in earth dam retrofit applications in seismically active areas; in particular, to a) investigate whether shear displacements could reduce the magnitude of GCL panel overlap during earthquake shaking; b) explore the influence of gravel particles on GCL thickness at localised point of contact; and c) observe the consequences of an accidental exposure of an uncovered GCL to short duration rainfall in terms of moisture content and effects during subsequent compaction. The results of these experiments indicate that even under severe shaking no movements were detected at the GCL panel overlap. Whereas gravel particles were observed to locally reduce the thickness of the GCL to 2.2 mm, no plowing of the particle into the GCL occurred due to a lack of shear displacement at the interface, resulting in no localised internal erosion through the barrier. Furthermore, hydration of GCL panels during construction due to surface wetting was observed to result in a state of hydration less than its post-construction state. These results indicate that although each of the three GCL damage mechanisms cannot be ruled out to ever be relevant in practice, the performance of the GCL retrofitted earth dam tested was satisfactory under even severe Level 2 earthquake shaking, and suggests that the retrofitting of small earth dams with GCLs is a promising strategy to improve their static and seismic resistance.  相似文献

针对常见泥石流防治结构被冲击破坏的问题,基于“柔性消能”理念,结合张弦梁结构和竖向预应力锚杆技术,提出一种既能改善结构受力性能、增加结构整体抗冲击能力、保证结构安全可靠,又能减小结构构件截面尺寸、节约成本、便于现场施工组装和后期运营维护的新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝,并阐述其技术原理。根据泥石流荷载分布和新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的受力特征,给出其简化的内力计算方法;并利用SAP2000建立新结构有限元模型,分析了结构的整体受力,验证了构件简化计算方法的合理性;结合Python语言和Qt De? signer软件开发了相应的设计计算软件,对新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的内力进行求解。结果表明:提出的新结构抗冲击性能好,构件受力均匀;以后设计中应关注竖杆的剪切脆性破坏和立柱偏心受力情况,保证结构安全;变形协调仅使底层张弦梁与竖杆内力偏大,实际工程应用时,应着重验算底层构件,防止其破坏;文中提出的简化计算方法能较准确的反映结构的受力特性,具有一定的合理性,研究可为新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的设计计算和推广应用提供理论依据和技术支持。  相似文献

随着中国经济不断发展,石油的使用频率逐渐在增加。在石油开发过程中,新的技术和工艺也在发展中不断被使用,从而推动提高了石油的开发效率和开发质量。在石油开发过程中,只有及时了解钻井施工现场的情况,才能够减少施工中出现的风险,从而减少钻井施工的经济损失。通过分析井漏危害,了解进行防漏堵漏工作的必要性,进一步分析横山北部区域漏失原因,并针对该区域目前的现状,提出推后工艺堵漏、调整钻井液性能、随钻堵漏和分钻堵漏四种堵漏措施,在横山北部区域实施后,取得了较好结果。  相似文献

以突面对焊钢制管法兰的注剂式带压密封为研究对象,分别建立其通用型夹具与新型四等分夹具的有限元模型,并运用ABAQUS有限元软件分析通用型夹具和新型四等分夹具的力学性能。结果表明:当压力为6 MPa时,新型四等分夹具周向最大拉应力为通用型夹具的66.97%,螺栓最大拉应力为通用型夹具的38.16%,形变位移为通用型夹具的93.65%。新型四等分夹具在承压能力、应力集中方面都优于通用型夹具,因而具有更高的承压能力和使用寿命。  相似文献

基于分形理论的金属垫片泄漏模型,改进了密封面的接触模型,综合考虑了密封面微凸体的完全弹性、第一弹塑性、第二弹塑性和微凸体大小分布的域扩展因子;分析金属O形环密封接触宽度与设计压缩率的关系,推导出金属O形环密封结构的泄漏模型,并进行验证分析。结果表明:压缩率在一定范围内,接触宽度随压缩率的增加而逐渐增加;但当压缩率超过一定值后,O形环发生塌陷,导致接触宽度迅速减小;各压缩率下计算得到的泄漏率与试验结果在同一量级,说明建立的泄漏模型适用于金属O形环密封结构泄漏率的预测。  相似文献
