煤矿生产是环境较为封闭的井下作业,具有一定的特殊性,作业空间湿度高、生产环境复杂,其中粉尘是危害最大的因素之一,会对机器和人体造成不同程度的损害。粉尘的危害主要由两方面决定:煤尘能够燃烧,在浓度较高时还会爆炸;粉尘会危害人的身体健康。以平煤股份十矿-320 m水平己四采区东翼下段的己15-16-24130工作面为研究对象,研究磁化水除尘的方法及原理,通过对比分析优选出活性磁化水添加剂,在该工作面试验后具有良好的除尘效果,大大增加了可见度、降低了空气中悬浮的煤尘。研究对该矿井其他工作面除尘工作具有指导意义。 相似文献

This paper reviews the fire problem in critical transportation infrastructures such as bridges and tunnels. The magnitude of the fire problem is illustrated, and the recent increase in fire problems in bridges and tunnels is highlighted. Recent research undertaken to address fire problems in transportation structures is reviewed, as well as critical factors governing the performance of those structures. Furthermore, key strategies recommended for mitigating fire hazards in bridges and tunnels are presented, and their applicability to practical situations is demonstrated through a practical case study. This paper presents a framework for life-cycle loss estimation for non-structural damage in tall buildings under wind and seismic loads. Life-cycle cost analysis is a useful design tool for decision- makers, aimed at predicting monetary losses over the lifetime of a structure, accounting for uncertainties involved in the problem definition. For tall buildings, sensitive to dynamic excitations like earthquake and wind, it can be particularly suitable to base design decisions not only on initial cost and performance but also on future repair expenses. The proposed approach harmonises the procedures for intervention costs evaluation of structures subjected to multiple-hazards, taking into account the peculiar differences of wind and earthquake, in terms of load characterisation, type and evolution of damage. Relative effect of the two hazards on damage to drift- and acceleration-sensitive non-structural elements are examined. The influence of uncertainty in structural damping is also taken into account. It is shown that, although it is commonly believed that the design of a given structure is usually dominated by either winds or earthquakes, when LCC-based design is performed, both winds and earthquakes may be important. 相似文献

从保德煤矿水文地质条件出发,研究了矿区奥灰水突水危险性,计算了8号煤层底板安全隔水层厚度和突水系数。采用薄煤层定向钻探工艺对保德煤矿81312工作面胶带运输巷道和81313工作面辅助运输巷道底板以下岩层及10号煤层进行水害及隐伏构造探查,探明了8号煤层底板岩层地质构造及富水性,形成了区域薄煤层定向钻孔水害探查方法。研究表明,利用定向钻孔的一孔多用功能超前预抽10号煤层瓦斯,可为矿区安全开采提供保障。 相似文献

It is common in the literature on the reliability and maintenance of repairable systems to model the repair times as instantaneous. However, this is an unreasonable assumption for some complex systems, especially those requiring a high level of reliability, and such systems may spend a significant proportion of their lifetimes under maintenance and repair. We model the ageing of such a system with alternating stochastic processes. Operational times are generated at random and may have an increasing failure rate. Repair times are generated from a random process where the repair time is related to the hazard rate at failure. This yields lengthened repair times at late stages in a system subject to an increasing failure hazard rate but also accommodates long repair times at young ages in systems with a bathtub-shaped hazard rate function. We derive analytic results for a set of special cases of the model, show how simulation and inference can be carried out, and apply our method to real data from a large car manufacturer. 相似文献

During the last decade, nanomaterials (NM) were extensively tested for potential harmful effects towards humans and environmental organisms. However, a sound hazard assessment was so far hampered by uncertainties and a low comparability of test results. The reason for the low comparability is a high variation in the (1) type of NM tested with regard to raw material, size and shape and (2) procedures before and during the toxicity testing. This calls for tailored, nanomaterial-specific protocols. Here, a structured approach is proposed, intended to lead to test protocols not only tailored to specific types of nanomaterials, but also to respective test system for toxicity testing. There are existing standards on single procedures involving nanomaterials, however, not all relevant procedures are covered by standards. Hence, our approach offers a detailed way of weighting several plausible alternatives for e.g. sample preparation, in order to decide on the procedure most meaningful for a specific nanomaterial and toxicity test. A framework of several decision trees (DT) and flow charts to support testing of NM is proposed as a basis for further refinement and in-depth elaboration. DT and flow charts were drafted for (1) general procedure—physicochemical characterisation, (2) choice of test media, (3) decision on test scenario and application of NM to liquid media, (4) application of NM to the gas phase, (5) application of NM to soil and sediments, (6) dose metrics, (S1) definition of a nanomaterial, and (S2) dissolution. The applicability of the proposed approach was surveyed by using experimental data retrieved from studies on nanoscale CuO. This survey demonstrated the DT and flow charts to be a convenient tool to systematically decide upon test procedures and processes, and hence pose an important step towards harmonisation of NM testing. 相似文献

为了合理准确地评价煤矿冲击地压危险性,在现有评价冲击地压危险性实例的基础上,从煤矿地质因素和开采因素2个方面,选取10个主要的影响指标,利用熵权法和指标相关性权重法分别计算影响冲击地压危险性的各评价指标权重,再根据组合赋权的方法得出各指标的综合权重,构建基于逼近理想解理论的冲击地压危险性评价模型。以重庆砚石台煤矿为例,选取20组评价冲击地压危险性样本数据进行分析,确定评价冲击地压危险性的最优和最劣状况,然后计算出各个评价方案与最优和最劣状况的距离,最后综合最优与最劣距离,确定评价对象的相对贴近度。应用结果表明:评价结果与实际情况一致,且该模型相较其他模型的评价结果更加科学准确,表明该方法有良好的实用价值。 相似文献

AbstractOxidation reaction is the typical thermal runaway reaction, and the reaction of 1, 4-dioldiacetate-2-Butene oxidized by ozone was investigated in this study. Firstly, the thermal hazards of the oxidative exothermic reactions were identified and evaluated combined process risk assessment method. The Qualitative Assessment for Inherently Safer Design (QAISD) was used to identify the risk of the reaction process. Meanwhile, the Reaction Calorimeter (RC1e) was used to obtain the thermal properties of the oxidation reaction. Then the inherent safer designs (ISD) were proposed according to the risk assessment results to increase the level of safety of chemical industry technique. 1) ISD I: reaction temperature was improved to –5?°C, and ventilation rate was improved to 200?L?h?1. 2) ISDII: using a tubular reactor as reaction vessel. The results indicated that the severity of the reaction hazard was reduced by 43%, and safety was improved significantly via two ISDs. Moreover, the inherent safety level of the reaction was increased by 63% and 43.4% via ISD Iand II, respectively. The reaction process get closer to inherent safety theories of “minimize,” “substitute,” and “moderate”. 相似文献
