通过对干熄焦锅炉炉管及腐蚀产物开展系统研究,提出炉管失效原因为氧化/硫腐蚀+高温粉尘冲刷。长寿命炉管仅耐磨层发生了较为严重的氧化及硫腐蚀,而近基体层发生了轻微氧化及硫腐蚀,基体只发生了轻微氧化;短寿命炉管耐磨层、近基体层以及基体裂纹内均发生了较为严重的氧化及硫腐蚀,且存在珠光体球化、内表面产生全脱碳层等缺陷。推测短寿命炉管存在超温现象,而超温可加剧氧化及硫腐蚀反应。此外,短寿命炉管遭受了较为严重的高温粉尘冲刷,不仅可造成炉管减薄,还会导致炉管表面温度升高。因此,减少循环气体中粉尘量尤其是大颗粒,可有效减弱冲刷以及控制炉管表面温度,是提高炉管使用寿命的关键。 相似文献

As suggested by the uncanny valley hypothesis, robots that resemble humans likely elicit feelings of eeriness. Based on the psychological model of meaning maintenance, we expected that the uncanny valley experience could be mitigated through a fictional story, due to the meaning-generating function of narratives. A field experiment was conducted, in which 75 participants interacted with the humanlike robot Telenoid. Prior to the interaction, they either read a short story, a non-narrative leaflet about the robot, or they received no preliminary information. Eeriness ratings were significantly lower in the science fiction condition than in both other conditions. This effect was mediated by higher perceived human-likeness of the robot. Maintenance service quality is assessed based on the commitment of management and its ability to provide suitable facility, tools, spares and manpower supported with comfortable environment and maintenance procedures. Assessment of the service quality of the aircraft maintenance organisation is a complex process. Airlines, regulators, insurance companies and other agencies need decision support system, to assess the performance of a maintenance organisation. This paper provides criteria and scientific approach for assessing the maintenance organisation; it presents a methodology of applying Analytical Hierarchy Process to prioritise the key functions and to rank the maintenance organisations under study. The aim of the study is to investigate the biochemical composition of grapeseed oil and cake from an unexplored Indian grape‐juice cultivar, Manjari Medika (MM). The composition of oil and residual seed cake is evaluated using various chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. The findings demonstrate that the vitamin E content of MM‐seed oil (1.15–1.35 g kg?1) is distinctively higher than the Codex standard, suggesting its superior quality as an edible oil. The predominant triacylglycerols include trilinolein (LLL, 43%), dilinoleoyl‐stearylglycerol (LSL, 19%), and dilinoleoyl‐palmitoylglycerol (LLP, 11%), which are earlier recognized as natural antioxidants. The seed‐cake is rich in polyphenols including acylated anthocyanins (e.g., pelargonidin‐3‐O‐coumaroyl glucoside) and certain other flavonoids (e.g., catechin). The profile of phytonutrients in MM seed‐oil and cake is significantly superior to its seeded female parent and two other widely cultivated wine‐grape varieties. In brief, the studied by‐products of this new grape‐juice cultivar can be an important source of high‐value ingredients for use in food supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods. Practical applications: This study reports the phytochemical profile of the seed‐oil and seed cake derived from a newly developed grape variety, Manjari Medika. High contents of selective antioxidants: lipids, vitamin E, and phenols in the seed‐oil and cake with health benefits suggest their potential for use in nutraceutical and functional foods. These byproducts can be utilised as ingredients of functional foods and nutraceuticals (e.g., grape seed oil capsule) and also as raw materials in food supply chains (e.g., for production of grape cookies or cake). 大港孔店油田本源微生物代谢产物监测分析 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
应用放射性同位素示踪剂技术研究了大港孔店北二断块水动力学关系,结果表明该区块注水井和采油井之间具有紧密的水动力学连通关系。在本源微生物驱油试验阶段,对试验区微生物及其代谢物在地层中的分布状况进行了3年连续监测,表明本源菌激活期间菌数增加102~105倍,原油部分氧化,使得低分子脂肪酸(乙酸盐,甲酸盐,丁酸盐等)含量约增加10~100倍,碳酸氢盐从0·4~0·6g/L增加到0·7~1·8g/L,产生的生物表面活性剂使地层水平均表面张力降低至48~33·3mN/m,地层水相对石蜡平均界面张力降至25~13·7mN/m,产生的生物多糖代谢物使地层水平均粘度增至0·76mPa·s,最高达0·83mPa·s。这些变化改变了油层物理化学和生态环境,改善了原油流动性,尤其是水动力学连通关系最好的井地层水组成的改变和增油降水效果最为明显。试验区监测结果表明,微生物及代谢物随注入水主流动方向运移,生物表面活性剂和低分子脂肪酸及生物聚合物的作用是提高原油采收率的主要机理。 相似文献
