White light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) fabricated by single-phase full color emitting phosphor are an emerging solution for health lighting. The crystallographic site occupation of activators in a proper host lattice is crucial for sophisticated design of such phosphor. Here, we report a high quality white light-emitting phosphor Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Ce3+(K+),Eu2+,Mn2+ with spectral distribution covering whole visible region. Blue light emission originates from Ce3+ ions occupying preferentially Ba2+ site by controlling synthesis conditions. Green and red lights are obtained from Eu2+ occupying Ba2+ (and Ca2+) site and Mn2+ occupying Ca2+ site, respectively. In this triple-doped phosphor, strong red emission with a low concentration of Mn2+ is realized by the efficient energy transfer from Ce3+ and Eu2+ to Mn2+. Furthermore, high quality white light is accomplished by properly tuning the relative doping amount of Ce3+(K+)/Eu2+/Mn2+ based on efficient simultaneous energy transfer. The results indicate that Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Ce3+(K+),Eu2+,Mn2+ is a promising white light-emitting phosphor in WLEDs application. 相似文献

LnPO4 · 0.667H2O rhabdophane has been considered as a potential material for the precipitation of actinides from radioactive waste liquid, owing to its outstanding characteristics of high actinide bearing and easy synthesis in acid solutions. However, a comprehensive understanding of the actinide occupation and the precipitation response of rhabdophane to remove actinides has yet to be established. In this study, the effect of ions concentration and pH values on the detailed precipitation reaction of CexNd1-xPO4 · 0.667H2O rhabdophane in acid solutions are systematically investigated. Some specific issues such as structural distortion and flexibility, and occupation mechanism are discussed by combining with experiments and density functional theory (DFT) calculation. The results reveal that ions concentration and pH values have a significant impact on the crystallization nucleation step before 12 h. The obtained removal rate of Nd3+ is more than 99% in pH 1–5 solutions with the ions concentration of 0.05–0.1 mol/L. Moreover, incorporating Nd in CePO4 · 0.667H2O rhabdophane will easily result in the lattice distortion in b-axis. DFT calculation and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results reveal that Nd is preferentially incorporated in nonhydrated site to form a weaker binding energy of NdO8 polyhedron. 相似文献

本文通过微观相场动力学模型模拟了Ni75Al15Ti10合金的沉淀过程。首先通过原子演化图发现,沉淀过程分为两步,起初为L10相向L12相的转变,随后为化学计量比L12相的形成。随后研究了单级时效温度对微结构,原子占位以及原子扩散的影响,结果表明:随着温度升高无规则形状的γ′相变为规则立方体状并且择优取向显著;同时Al原子从γ′相界面向内部扩散,Ti原子正好相反。但是温度越高,原子占位以及有序化程度越低。为了提高γ′相的原子占位,我们进一步比较了双级时效对γ′相的影响。发现双级时效不仅能获得规则排列稳定的γ′相,同时还可以提高Al与Ti原子在其正位处的原子占位并抑制反位缺陷的产生。我们的实验结果在一定程度上为制备具有优异力学性能的Ni-Al-Ti合金提供了理论依据。 相似文献

Although innovation is vital for the success of organizations, many may not be capitalizing on the creativity of all workers. Gender bias in attributions of creativity may lead to an imbalance in the extent to which organizations support the creativity of men and women. Because organizational support for creativity is positively associated with creative outcomes, this may undermine the creativity of women in the workplace. To determine if gender influences creative workplace behavior through support for creativity, conditional process models were used to analyze the survey responses and external employment data of workers (N = 14,590) across industries in the US. Our analyses demonstrate that men report greater support for creativity in the workplace than women, and greater support for workplace creativity leads to more frequent creative workplace behaviors. The proportion of women employed in an industry influences this relationship, such that differences between men and women become smaller as the proportion of women in an industry increases. However, the level of creativity required in an occupation does not influence the relationship between gender and creativity. The theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed. 相似文献
