Various products, including foods and pharmaceuticals, are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Thus, temperature monitoring during production, transportation, and storage is critical. Facile indicators are required to monitor temperature conditions via color changes in real time. This study aimed to prepare and apply thiol-functionalized covalent organic frameworks (COFs) as a novel indicator for monitoring thermal history and temperature abuse. The COFs underwent obvious color changes from bright yellow to purple after exposure to different temperatures for varying durations. The reaction kinetics are analyzed under isothermal conditions, which reveal that the order of reaction rates is k−20°C < k4°C < k20°C < k35°C < k55°C. The activation energy (Ea) of the COFs is calculated using the Arrhenius equation as 50.71 kJ moL−1. The COFs are capable of sensitive color changes and offer a broad temperature tracking range, thereby demonstrating their application potential for the monitoring of temperature and time exposure history during production, transportation, and storage. This excellent performance thermal history indicator also shows promise for expanding the application field of COFs.  相似文献

道教洞天福地作为中国名山风景的经典类型之一,在宗教山岳景观中占据独特地位。浙东天台山水神秀,历代高道以入山隐修为主要目的,形成了道教在区域山林的景观文化基础。从天台山“神仙之乡”的文化背景出发,从“想象与实践”的视角切入,梳理了天台山洞天福地的景观流变:分析其“不死之福庭”地域性景观的形成经历了“赤城→桐柏”的信仰转移过程;以天台山为坐标,洞天福地格局打破了区域“层级”分布特征,而呈现大范围“州郡”空间格局。作为“联结点”的天台山,洞天世界沟通了宇宙、山、人3个基本场域,由此衍生出“洞宫”式和“周回”式山岳空间营建典范。旨在挖掘洞天福地中典型案例的价值,为中国洞天福地体系的构建提供理论依据。  相似文献

This article proposes new bootstrap procedures for detecting multiple persistence shifts in a time series driven by non-stationary volatility. The assumed volatility process can accommodate discrete breaks, smooth transition variation as well as trending volatility. We develop wild bootstrap sup-Wald tests of the null hypothesis that the process is either stationary [I(0)] or has a unit root [I(1)] throughout the sample. We also propose a sequential procedure to estimate the number of persistence breaks based on ordering the regime-specific bootstrap p-values. The asymptotic validity of the advocated procedures is established both under the null of stability and a variety of persistence change alternatives. A comparison with existing tests that assume homoskedasticity illustrates the finite sample improvements offered by our methods. An application to OECD inflation rates highlights the empirical relevance of the proposed approach and weakens the case for persistence change relative to existing procedures.  相似文献

井喷失控是石油及天然气钻井、完井过程可能出现的灾难性事故,给人类生命财产造成严重伤害,污染环境,破坏地下资源以及在城市火灾、森林火灾、环境变化等监测工作中常需要远距离目标监测,为了获得高清晰的实时图像数据,需要实时自动调焦。通过系统分析远距离相机离焦的原因,建立了一个实时调焦数学模型,并以此为基础研制了一种新的对应距离和温度变化的离焦补偿控制系统。该系统采用微型步进电机实现智能控制,通过监测目标距离确定监测相机的初始焦距,以及环境温度变化的实时反馈实现焦距的实时控制,使相机可以在-40~125 ℃范围内获得清晰、稳定的远距离图像。该系统适用于井喷失控石油及天然气火灾、城市火灾、森林火灾、环境变化等远距离目标的实时监测。  相似文献

This study explored whether factors related to the work environment could predict changes in body mass index (BMI) and whether the effect of psychosocial factors was dependent on baseline BMI. The sample consisted of 1,980 male employees from the Danish National Work Environment Cohort Study. Changes in BMI between 1995 and 2000 were analyzed, by multiple regression, as a function of background variables and a series of occupational variables obtained in 1995. Age, baseline BMI, job insecurity, and psychological demands predicted changes in BMI. Job insecurity and high or low psychological demands increased the likelihood of weight gain among obese employees, whereas they increased the likelihood of weight loss among employees with a low BMI. 为扩大勘探领域,运用古生物资料对大庆外围盆地的古气候进行了研究,外围盆地株罗纪-早白垩世早期发育的地层有早侏罗世海拉尔盆地的东宫组,中侏罗世三江盆地的绥滨断陷的绥滨组,晚侏罗世三江盆地的东荣组,虎林盆地的裴德组,七虎林组,早白垩世早期鸡西盆地,三江盆地的滴道组,城子河组、穆棱组,虎林盆地的下云山组,上云山组,在这些组中除晚株罗世东荣组,裴德组,七虎林组外,其它各组都产有比较丰富的孢粉化石,未发现孢粉化石的层位,依据植物化石,得出早株罗世东营组为潮湿的暖温带气候,中侏罗世绥滨组为潮湿的北亚热带气候,晚侏罗世为潮湿的暖温带气候,早白垩世早期滴道组,下云山组为潮湿的北亚热带气候,城子河组、上云山组为潮湿的中亚热带气候,穆棱组为潮湿的南亚热带气候。  相似文献

经过对1996年及1999年灌装的种子牌系列浓香型白酒的理化指标检测,发现在贮存过程中理化指标变化很大,总酸,固形物呈上升趋势,总酯,己酸乙酯呈下降趋势,其升降幅度与贮存时间相关,时间越长变化越大,贮存3年的高低度5个样平均总酸上升18.2%,28度样总酸上升28.3%,50度样总酸仅上升11%,固形物平均上升39.2%,28度样上升43%,50度样上升18%,总酯平均下降24%,28度样下降34%,50度样下降31%,己酸己酯平均下降32.4%,28度样下降59%,50度样下降32%,贮存6年的5个样总酸平均上升39.8%,28度样上升52%,50度样上升41%,固形物平均上升71.8%,28度样上升635<50度样上升77%,总酯平均下降42.4%,28度样下降54%,50度样下降31%,己酸乙酯平均下降51.8%,28度样下降69%,50度样下32%.  相似文献

In this study the shelf‐life of sardine marinades was investigated. After the marination process, sardine fillets were packed into glass jars with 2% citric acid, 4% sodium chloride and spices. The effect of pasteurization at 70 °C for 20 min on the shelf‐life of the sardine marinades was determined. At the end of 6 months storage the differences between thiobarbituric acid, free formaldehyde (FA(ex)), free and bound formaldehyde (FA(dest)) and peroxide value of pasteurized and non‐pasteurizated marinades were not significantly (P > 0.05) different, while the difference between total volatile basic nitrogen, trimethylamine, pH, total plate count and lactic acid bacteria count of pasteurized and non‐pasteurized marinades were. The shelf‐life of both pasteurized and non‐pasteurized sardine marinades was found to be 5 months at 4 °C.  相似文献

A task-switching paradigm with a 2:1 mapping between cues and tasks was used to separate cue-switching processes (indexed through pure cue-switch costs) from actual task-switching processes (indexed through additional costs in case of cue and task changes). A large portion of total switch costs was due to cue changes (Experiments 1 and 2), and cue-switch costs but not task-switch costs were sensitive to effects of practice (Experiment 1) and preparation (Experiment 2). In contrast, task-switch costs were particularly sensitive to response-priming effects (Experiments 1 and 2) and task-set inhibition (Experiment 3). Results suggest two processing stages relevant during task-set selection: cue-driven retrieval of task rules from long-term memory and the automatic application of rules to a particular stimulus situation. Buffalo milk Cheddar cheese samples of different ages were analysed for compositional attributes (CA), ripening indices (RI) and Instron Textural Profile (ITP). All samples were compositionally alike, except for pH and salt-in-moisture (SM) contents. RI showed significant variations. CA and RI showed highly significant correlations within themselves and with each other, except for moisture with pH, SM with moisture, MNFS, Fat and FDM and Fat with MNFS. The ITPs of cheeses showed significant variations and had highly significant intercorrelations indicating their interdependence. CA (except moisture and MNFS) and RI showed a highly significant correlationship with ITPs. Moisture content showed a highly significant correlationship with all ITPs, except cohesiveness and springiness, where it was significant. MNFS content showed significant correlations only with hardness and brittleness. Stepwise regression analysis revealed that MI was the most predominant factor influencing cheese texture, followed by pH, SM, FDM and TVFA. Knowing Ca and RI, the textural properties of cheeses can be forecast through mathematical equations. Similarly the age of cheese can also be predicted if RI and/or textural properties are known.  相似文献
