大同市节水型社会建设的探讨

大同市是全国108个比较严重缺水城市之一，人均水资源量不足全国的1/10（全国人均水资源量2231m^3），稍超过全省的1／2（全省人均水资源量388m^3），市中心城区工农业及城市生活用水近20年来靠超采地下水来支撑。文中就大同市水资源供需不平衡的现状，提出大同市节水型社会建设的必要性，及今后水资源开源和节流的措施。     

轻质滤料滤池的试验与研究

轻质滤料滤池是以比水密度略小的滤料为滤床的滤池，通过以净水厂的原水和污水处理厂的二级处理出水为过滤试验对象，所取得的结果表明：下向流轻质滤料滤池对浊度和悬浮固体（SS）的去除率分别可以达到80％和45％，而滤床的水头损失不超过15cm。因此轻质滤料滤池可以以预过滤的形式配置在过滤处理的净水和污水的处理工艺中。     

Oligo(ethylene oxide) side‐chain steric screening effects on conductimetric properties of grafted poly(4‐vinylpyridinium) salts in aqueous solutions

A set of poly[N‐oligo(ethylene oxide)yl 4‐vinylpyridinium tosylate] (P4VOEOOTs) has been prepared by spontaneous polymerization of 4‐vinylpyridine. This method gives a grafted polyelectrolyte having a positive charge on every backbone pyridinic moiety. The P4VP15Ts, P4VP164Ts, P4VP350Ts and P4VP750Ts aqueous solution conductivities were determined in the concentration range from 6 × 10^?4 to 10^?2 M at 25 °C. The variation of the conductivity versus concentration of the investigated system exhibits typical polyelectrolyte behaviour. The polyelectrolyte mobility was found to be dependent on the oligo(ethylene oxide) (OEO) side‐chain length. Manning's rod‐like model fails to describe these results. Fenton试剂降低采油污水CODCr的研究与应用

针对辽河油区超稠油采油污水的特点，采用Fenton试剂催化氧化，对采油污水处理进行研究。实验研究及现场应用结果表明，此方法对污水的CODCr具有良好的去除效果。处理后污水经过简单生化，进一步降解污染物，能够实现稳定迭标排放，且具有能耗低、运行成本低和操作简单等特点。     

Effect of select parameters on the properties of edible film from water-soluble fish proteins in surimi wash-water

Edible film from water-soluble fish proteins were developed by casting film solution on leveled trays and effects of pH (9.5, 10.0 and 10.5), heating temperature (60, 70 and 80 °C), and heating time (10, 20 and 30 min) of the film solution on various film properties were determined using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The impact of pH and heating temperature of film solution was more significant, overall, on the film's properties than heating time. Contour plots of tensile strength and elongation at break was highest at pH of 10.0 at 70 °C (2.75-3.02 MPa) but low in elongation at break (6.35-9.16%), while water vapor permeability and oxygen permeability were at their lowest (58.55-65.96 g mm/m² d kPa and 351.33-624.18 cm³ μm/m² d kPa). There was a direct correlation between the films’ and proteins’ solubility on one hand, and heating temperature of film solution on the other, which reversed with change in pH of film solution. Film color was darker and more yellowish with increase in the pH of film solution.     

新型高K栅介质ZrO2薄膜材料的制备及表征

采用超高真空电子束蒸发法制备了新型高 K栅介质-非晶 ZrO2薄膜. X射线光电子能谱 (XPS) 中 Zr3d5/2 和 Zr3d3/2 对应的结合能分别为 182.1eV和 184.3eV, Zr元素的主要存在形式为 Zr4+,说明薄膜由完全氧化的 ZrO2组成 ,并且纵向分布均一.扩展电阻法( SRP)显示 ZrO2薄膜的 电阻率在 108Ω@ cm以上,通过高分辨率透射电镜( HR- XTEM)可以观察 ZrO2/Si界面陡直,没有 界面反应产物 ,证明 600℃快速退火后 ZrO2薄膜是非晶结构.原子力显微镜( AFM)表征了薄膜的 表面粗糙度,所有样品表面都很平整,其中 600℃快速退火样品 (RTA)的 RMS为 0.480nm.
