为解决罐底油泥的环境问题,采用新型环保清洗剂配方,选用热化学清洗法,研究了该清洗剂对罐底油泥的热化学清洗效果的影响。通过生物显微镜观察清洗后浮油的结构,以及测定油的回收率,确定最佳清洗条件为:清洗剂质量分数为1.2%,清洗时间为60 min。最佳清洗时,罐底油泥能够充分进行三相分离,油回收率可达92.5%,可以有效回收原油,减少环境污染。  相似文献

In the present work, the possibility of using R152a and hydrocarbon refrigerants (such as R290, R1270, R600a, and R600) as alternatives to R134a in domestic refrigerators has been assessed theoretically. The refrigerants are assessed over wider range condensing and evaporator temperatures. The assessment was done with standard parameters such as pressure ratio, volumetric cooling capacity (VCC), coefficient of performance (COP), compressor input power, compressor discharge temperature, and total equivalent warming impact (TEWI). The results obtained showed that pure hydrocarbon refrigerants are not suitable to be used as alternatives to R134a due to its mismatch in VCC. R152a has approximately the same VCC with about 9% higher COP and lower values of operating pressure and compressor input power. The discharge temperature of R152a was higher than that of R134a by about 14–26 K. TEWI of R152a was about 7% lower than that of R134a. The reported results proved that R152a is an energy-efficient and environment-friendly alternative to phase out R134a in domestic refrigerators.  相似文献

The plasma polymerised (PP) films were deposited on silicon substrates and used to bond the substrates at a low temperature (130 °C). Different types of monomers were used to deposit PP films on μ-electrode and μ-channel of micro-fluidic devices (MFD) to tailor the surface properties. To confirm the PP film deposition on the substrates the surface chemistry was characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The bond strength of about 100 nm PP acrylic acid, p-xylene, styrene, 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolininne and allylamine films were measured more than 2 Mpa. The bonding strength was also tested before and after passing the fluid in MDF and no significant change was observed. Generally, no change in the structure of μ-electrode was observed by the bonding, using a separating and cleaning process. Therefore, this bonding process is independent of the type of thin film deposited and the bonding can be easily carried out by me in the laboratory and the surface properties can be tailored for different applications. It also enables one to recycle and reuse the devices in production. This process allows the devices to be recycling and/or reusable for a better and cleaner global environment.  相似文献

In this article acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) latexes were synthesized via a pre-emulsion seeded semi-batch emulsion polymerization process with a conventional nonreactive surfactant (CO-436) and two polymerizable surfactants (traditional surfmer SE-10N and environment-friendly surfmer SR-10). The effects of surfactant contents on the particle size, zeta potential, electrolyte stability of the latexes and gel content, sol molecular weight (Mw, Mn), water absorption of the PSA copolymers were investigated. In addition, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angle measurements were used to characterize the latex films. The results showed that the particle sizes of latexes prepared with surfmers were smaller than their CO-436 containing counterparts. And the latexes prepared with surfmers had a lower storage stability than the one prepared with CO-436. However, surfmers can improve the electrolyte stability of the latex. Furthermore, the water resistances of the latexes prepared with surfmers were better than that of the latex with CO-436, which can be confirmed by water absorption, contact angle and XPS analysis. The results also indicated that the PSA prepared with SR-10 exhibited the highest gel content among the three surfactants. Finally, the effects of surfactants on the adhesive properties of the PSAs were also evaluated.  相似文献
