The effects of cellulose microfibres (CMFs, Average size: 100 ± 5 μm) and cellulose nanofibres (CNFs, Average size: 60 ± 3 nm) on the properties of myofibrillar protein (MP) gels from duck breast meat were studied. The results demonstrated that CMFs and CNFs were mostly connected to MP by non-covalent bonds, the diffusion and cross-linking of MP molecules was promoted, and a denser and more complete gel network was formed. With the increases of CMFs and CNFs concentration (0–10%), the hardness was increased by 13.15% and 19.78% for CMFs10% and CNFs10% gels, respectively, and the elasticity was increased by 40% and 80%, respectively. At the same concentration (0–10%), the increase in gel hardness, viscoelasticity and immobilised water content was greater in the CNFs-MP group than in the CMFs-MP group. The CNFs-MP group had a tighter gel network, and CNFs had a better potential to improve the gelation performance of MP. 相似文献

The present work was conducted to illustrate the mechanism of gel formation of myofibrillar proteins (MPs) under different microwave heating times. The results showed that the denaturation enthalpy (ΔH) of the MPs significantly decreased when the heating time increased from 3 to 9 s and then completely disappeared as the heating time progressed, indicating that the MPs gradually denatured and subsequently aggregated with increasing heating time, which was further verified by the changes in the secondary structure, electrophoretic bands, and gel properties (e.g., water holding capacity and textural profiles) of the MPs. Microstructural images indicated that the MP gel formed under 12 s had the most compact network, indicating that extended microwave heating time could induce quality deterioration of MP gels. Moreover, the hydrophobic forces, electrostatic forces, and disulphide bonds of the MPs gradually intensified with increasing microwave heating time, suggesting that both non-covalent and covalent bonds could promote molecular denaturation and subsequent aggregation of MPs. In addition, correlation analysis revealed that the changes in the molecular conformation of MPs induced by different microwave heating times could effectively regulate the formation of MP gels and their related properties. 相似文献

Recently, circularly polarized organic light-emitting diodes (CP-OLEDs) fabricated with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters are developed rapidly. However, most devices are fabricated by vacuum deposition technology, and developing efficient solution-processed CP-OLEDs, especially nondoped devices, is still a challenge. Herein, a pair of triptycene-based enantiomers, (S,S)-/(R,R)-TpAc-TRZ, are synthesized. The novel chiral triptycene scaffold of enantiomers avoids their intermolecular π–π stacking, which is conducive to their aggregation-induced emission characteristics and high photoluminescence quantum yield of 85% in the solid state. Moreover, the triptycene-based enantiomers exhibit efficient TADF activities with a small singlet-triplet energy gap (ΔEST) of 0.03 eV and delayed fluorescence lifetime of 1.1 µs, as well as intense circularly polarized luminescence with dissymmetry factors (|gPL|) of about 1.9 × 10−3. The solution-processed nondoped CP-OLEDs based on (S,S)-/(R,R)-TpAc-TRZ not only display obvious circularly polarized electroluminescence signals with gEL values of +1.5 × 10−3 and −2.0 × 10−3, respectively, but also achieve high efficiencies with external quantum, current, and power efficiency up to 25.5%, 88.6 cd A−1, and 95.9 lm W−1, respectively. 相似文献

Self-assembled peptide hydrogels represent the realization of peptide nanotechnology into biomedical products. There is a continuous quest to identify the simplest building blocks and optimize their critical gelation concentration (CGC). Herein, a minimalistic, de novo dipeptide, Fmoc-Lys(Fmoc)-Asp, as an hydrogelator with the lowest CGC ever reported, almost fourfold lower as compared to that of a large hexadecapeptide previously described, is reported. The dipeptide self-assembles through an unusual and unprecedented two-step process as elucidated by solid-state NMR and molecular dynamics simulation. The hydrogel is cytocompatible and supports 2D/3D cell growth. Conductive composite gels composed of Fmoc-Lys(Fmoc)-Asp and a conductive polymer exhibit excellent DNA binding. Fmoc-Lys(Fmoc)-Asp exhibits the lowest CGC and highest mechanical properties when compared to a library of dipeptide analogues, thus validating the uniqueness of the molecular design which confers useful properties for various potential applications. 相似文献

以聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、苯并三氮唑、水杨醛为原料合成耐高温分散剂,并进行红外和热重表征。结果表明:合成产物为目的产物,且具有明显的耐高温性能。根据抗焦增液的原理复配得到抗焦液体增收剂,在延迟焦化模拟试验装置进行试验。结果表明:含有耐高温分散剂的抗焦液体增收剂效果明显优于含聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的抗焦液体增收剂。该抗焦液体增收剂添加为200 μg/g时液体收率增加4.5百分点,其中汽油馏分增加1.24百分点,柴油馏分增加3.16百分点,蜡油馏分增加0.1百分点,气体收率降低1.58百分点,焦炭产率降低2.92百分点,各馏分族组成分析结果表明,添加抗焦液体增收剂后对液体馏分的族组成无明显影响,因此不影响延迟焦化液体产品质量。 相似文献

针对国内某炼油厂延迟焦化加热炉三点注汽问题,采用热负荷自动调节的算法进行了研究。运用该模型方法,分析了三点注汽量对加热炉热负荷和炉管结焦系数的影响,发现三点注汽量的改变均会对热负荷和炉管结焦系数产生影响,主要表现为提高注汽量将会提高热负荷,同时降低结焦系数;第1点注汽量和第2点注汽量对热负荷和结焦系数的影响较强,第3点注汽量对热负荷和结焦系数的影响较弱。在实际操作中,加热炉中的结焦程度既不能太强也不能太弱,合适的结焦系数能够保证正常开工周期里炉管不结焦,也能保证瓦斯、注汽量等参数的合理分配。通过对热负荷、注汽量的智能分配,可得到不同原料油加工负荷条件下更加合理的装置运行方案。 相似文献

To improve the convertibility of reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS), the concept of delayed reconfigurable manufacturing system (D-RMS) was proposed. RMS and D-RMS are both constructed around part family. However, D-RMS may suffer from ultra-long system problem with unacceptable idle machines using generic RMS part families. Besides, considering the complex basic system structure of D-RMS, machine selection of D-RMS should be addressed, including dedicated machine, flexible machine, and reconfigurable machine. Therefore, a system design method for D-RMS based on part family grouping and machine selection is proposed. Firstly, a part family grouping method is proposed for D-RMS that groups the parts with more former common operations into the same part family. The concept of longest relative position common operation subsequence (LPCS) is proposed. The similarity coefficient among the parts is calculated based on LPCS. The reciprocal value of the operation position of LPCS is adopted as the characteristic value. The average linkage clustering (ALC) algorithm is used to cluster the parts. Secondly, a machine selection method is proposed to complete the system design of D-RMS, including machine selection rules and the dividing point decision model. Finally, a case study is given to implement and verify the proposed system design method for D-RMS. 针对目前固井使用的缓凝剂存在的热稳定性能不好、异常胶凝现象(结块)、水泥石抗压强度减弱、水泥浆综合性能欠佳等问题,通过水溶液自由基聚合,研制了一种新型高温缓凝剂GWR-1,并对其热稳定性能进行了评价,同时,对加入4种缓凝剂GWR-1、GWH-1、HX-400、DRH-200L的水泥浆异常胶凝现象和综合性能做了比较。微观结构分析表明:各单体参与了反应,分子量分布较为均一,分子结构高温下稳定,GWR-1的热稳定性可达350℃。GWR-1在硅酸盐水泥基复合材料中应用性能测试结果表明:加入GWR-1水泥浆的稠化温度可达160℃,高温时加量不敏感,高温抗盐性能较好,加入GWR-1的水泥浆在150℃不会发生异常胶凝现象,且其硅酸盐水泥石的强度发展良好,低密度和高密度的水泥浆的综合性能优于加入其他3种缓凝剂的水泥浆。 相似文献

Freeze-casting is a technique used to produce structures with anisotropic porosity in the form of well-defined microchannels throughout a sample. Here, this technique is used on the magnetocaloric ceramic La0.66Ca0.26Sr0.07 Mn1.05O3. We show that a dynamic freezing profile, where the temperature is decreased continuously at −10 K/min, results in homogeneous, lamellar channels with widths of ∼15 µm, while static freezing, where the temperature is kept constant at 177 K, results in channels of increasing size away from the initial ice crystal nucleation site. The effect of gelation before freeze-casting is also investigated. Gelation inhibits ice crystal growth, which significantly changes the morphology by making channel cross sections less elongated, while additionally introducing more dendrites and ceramic bridges in the structure. The latter significantly dominates the flow path through the gelated structures, affecting the calculated tortuosity, which increases to τ ≈ 4 when compared to non-gelated samples where calculated tortuosities are in the range of ∼1.3 to ∼3. Finally, we present a systematic and automatic approach for evaluating channel and wall sizes and calculating tortuosities.
