The Fe/C/SiCN composite ceramics were synthesized by polymer-derived method to obtain the integration of structure and functions. The electromagnetic waves (EMW) absorption properties at X and Ku bands were investigated. The addition of nano-sized Fe particles improved the magnetic loss and impedance matching, and the carbon nanotubes generated by the iron in-situ catalysis increased the internal relaxation polarization and interfacial polarization, which together improved the EMW absorption properties significantly. In particular, the Fe/C/SiCN-9 showed the optimum reflection loss (RL) of ?31.06 dB at 10.03 GHz with an effective absorption bandwidth (EAB, RL < ?10 dB) of 3.03 GHz at 2.51 mm, indicating the excellent EMW absorption properties of Fe/C/SiCN composite ceramics. 相似文献

Mass transfer in polycrystalline Yb2SiO5 wafers with precise composition control was evaluated and analyzed by oxygen permeation experiments at high temperatures using an oxygen tracer. Oxygen permeation proceeded due to mutual grain boundary diffusion of oxide ions and Yb ions without synergistic effects such as acceleration or suppression. The oxygen shielding properties of Yb2SiO5 were compared with those of the other line compounds such as Yb2Si2O7 and Al2O3 based on the determined mass transfer parameters. It was found that the more preferentially an oxide ion diffuses in the grain boundary compared to the interior of the grain, the greater the effect of suppressing the movement of the oxide ion by applying an oxygen potential gradient becomes. 相似文献

This study investigates the effect of intermediate stress ratio (b) on the mechanical behaviour of granular soil in true triaxial tests. A CFD-DEM solver with the ability to model compressible fluid and moving mesh has been developed and calibrated based on existing experimental test results on Nevada sand. The effect of b on the undrained true triaxial test, which has been neglected in the literature, was investigated using a reasonable number of models. The effects of the initial confining stress and initial void ratio also have been studied. The developed model was used to calculate the hydrodynamic forces on the particles and evaluate the ratio of the particle–fluid interaction force to the resultant force on the particles. A polymer electrolyte membrane is considered as the heart of fuel cells. Here we report the preparation of proton exchange membranes (PEMs) of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) blend poly (methyl methacrylate)-co-poly (sodium-4-styrene sulfonate) (PMMA-co-PSSNa) by solvent evaporation method. Three different types of PEMs have been prepared by using different ratios of PVDF and PMMA-co-PSSNa copolymer. We have investigated the effect of concentration of PVDF on water uptake, ion exchange capacity, mechanical, thermal, and oxidative stability, proton conductivity (Km), and methanol permeability (PM) of the blend membranes. These blend PEMs showed good physicochemical and electrochemical properties along with thermal and oxidative stability. The membrane prepared from PVDF (45% w/w) to PMMA-co-PSSNa (55% w/w) exhibited optimum PM at room temperature (8.38 × 10?7 cm2s?1). This low fuel crossover and high relative selectivity can make our prepared blend membranes a potential candidate in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) or direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs). 相似文献

Efficient liquefaction of hydrogen is a crucial part for the large-scale storage and long-distance transportation of hydrogen. Helium Brayton cycle based on high-speed turbo-expanders has been widely employed in small and medium hydrogen liquefiers. In present study, a coupled model is proposed to predict the performance and cooling-down process of helium turbo-expanders with brake blower, and validation experiments were performed on a helium turbo-expander of a 2 t/d hydrogen liquefier. Experimental results indicated that the characteristic ratio of expander varied significantly during the cooling-down process which led to a large deviation from the optimal efficiency. The impact of brake pressure on the characteristic ratio and efficiency of the helium turbo-expander is studied, and a variable pressure control method is proposed for the efficient operation of turbo-expanders during the cooling-down process of a hydrogen liquefier. Compared with the constant brake pressure control method, the variable pressure control method can increase the expander efficiency by 5%–10% during the cooling-down process in the high temperature zone. 相似文献

Contactless optical thermometers have attracted extensive attentions for applications in scientific research and technological fields due to their apparent advantages. Herein, a novel sequence of Ba3-xSrxLu4O9 (B3-xSxLO):Er3+/Yb3+ phosphors were successfully prepared to investigate the temperature sensing property. By establishing energy transfer from Yb3+ to Er3+ and regulating the local lattice environment, up-conversion luminescence of Er3+ is dramatically improved when excited by 980 nm laser. This can effectively promote signal-noise ratio and reduce the errors in temperature detection. Furthermore, a multi-mode optical thermometry, which includes the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) from two thermally coupled levels of 2H11/2/4S3/2, FIR based on non-thermally coupled system of 2H11/2/4F9/2 and fluorescence lifetime of 4S3/2 state of Er3+, was explored systematically. The fabricated samples exhibit the superior temperature measurement performances containing wide temperature-sensing range, superior signal discriminability, high sensitivity and favorable repeatability, indicative of the enormous utilization prospects of B3-xSxLO:Er3+/Yb3+ for thermometry. 相似文献

为了解抗生素对石油降解菌的生态效应及微生物对典型抗生素毒害作用的应激响应机制,通过开展不同浓度典型抗生素对高效石油降解菌铜绿假单胞菌(ZS1)的毒性试验,研究了菌体细胞在3种不同种类抗生素(土霉素、红霉素、磺胺嘧啶)作用下的生长及毒理指标。结果表明,3种抗生素对ZS1有不同的抑菌效果,其中土霉素对ZS1活性的抑制程度最强,抑制率随着土霉素浓度的增大而明显上升,有显著的浓度-效应关系。研究了ZS1抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶)对抗生素的响应机制,结果表明ZS1受到污染时会通过产生抗氧化酶抵抗外界污染并维持细胞功能。 相似文献
