The construction and examination of meso-structural finite element models of a Chemical-Vapor-Infiltrated (CVI) C/SiC composite is carried out based on X-ray microtomography digital images (IB-FEM). The accurate meso-structural features of the C/SiC composites, which are consisted of carbon fiber tows and CVI-SiC matrix, in particular the cavity defects, are reconstructed. With the IB-FEM, the damage evolution and fracture behaviors of the C/SiC composite are investigated. At the same time, an in situ tensile test is applied to the C/SiC composite under a CT real-time quantitative imaging system, aiming to investigate the damage and failure features of the material as well as to verify the IB-FEM. The IB-FEM results indicate that material damage initially occur at the defects, followed by propagating toward the fiber-tow/SiC-matrix interfaces, ultimately, combined into macro-cracks, which is in good agreement with the in situ CT experiment results. 相似文献

This study deals with the manufacturing of catalyst-coated membranes (CCMs) for newcomers in the field of coating. Although there are many studies on electrode ink composition for improving the performance of proton-exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), there are few papers dealing with electrode coating itself. Usually, it is a know-how that often remains secret and constitutes the added value of scientific teams or the business of industrialists. In this paper, we identify and clarify the role of key parameters to improve coating quality and also to correlate coating quality with fuel cell performance via polarization curves and electrochemical active surface area measurements. We found that the coating configurations can affect the performance of lab-made CCMs in PEMFCs. After the repeatability of the performance obtained by our coating method has been proved, we show that: (i) edge effects, due to mask shadowing - cannot be neglected when the active surface area is low, (ii) a heterogeneous thickness electrode produces performance lower than a homogeneous thickness electrode, and (iii) the origin and storage of platinum on carbon powders are a very important source of variability in the obtained results. 相似文献

目的 随着潮玩市场的不断发展,盲盒玩偶受到了大量年轻消费者的青睐。通过研究盲盒玩偶外观与消费者偏好之间的关系,可以了解现代年轻群体的审美偏好,从而辅助设计师创造出更多满足消费者偏好的产品。方法 基于魅力工学等研究方法展开定性与定量研究。以POP MART盲盒玩偶为研究对象,首先进行深度访谈,根据访谈内容绘制盲盒玩偶外观评价构造图,得到消费者对偏好的盲盒玩偶外观的原始评价、抽象感受和关注的具体要素;再结合抽象语义设计Likert问卷,并进行问卷调研,以此获得盲盒玩偶的魅力评价均值;最后运用数量化I类理论进行多元回归分析,建立多个要素与消费者审美偏好之间的线性关系。结果 利用SPSS26.0统计软件进行定量研究,得到“治愈温馨”“纯洁可爱”“潮酷个性”“有趣搞怪”四类语义分别与消费者吸引力的线性关系,以及具有显著影响的外观设计要素。结论 研究获得了消费者对不同语义盲盒玩偶外观的审美偏好与关注要素,以及不同职业、不同年龄段消费者对盲盒玩偶外观审美偏好程度的差异。研究结果对潮玩设计师的创作具有参考性意义,也可将研究结果拓展应用于小型艺术装饰品/创意玩具等类似产品中。 相似文献

目的 在传统器物的创新设计中,最重要的环节是了解消费者对所使用产品的不同感受与意向并转换为具体的设计要素.研究消费者心理的感性因素与传统器物设计元素之间的联系,确定设计要素,从而对产品进行创新设计,为提升传统器物附加值作出贡献.方法 以中国传统器物茶宠为例,首先对8位相关的茶宠专家进行访谈,通过魅力工学中的评价构造法整理并提取魅力因子,设计出问卷调查表;然后以访谈内容为依据,使用问卷调查法得到大众对茶宠的魅力评价,共回收84份有效问卷;最后应用数量化一类分析茶宠魅力因子影响权重.结果 得到了数量化一类统计表,选取了其中影响因素较大的魅力因子作为茶宠设计前的风格定调考量.结论 通过茶宠的研究案例证明了该理论的可行性,为未来传统器物的设计提供了更多元且新颖的设计依据. 相似文献

Household fine particulate matter (PM2.5) pollution greatly impacts residents' health. To explore the current national situation of household PM2.5 pollution in China, a study was conducted based on literature published from 1998 to 2018. After extracting data from the literature in conformity with the requirements, the nationwide household-weighted mean concentration of household PM2.5 (HPL) was calculated. Subgroup analyses of spatial, geographic, and temporal differences were also done. The estimated overall HPL in China was 132.2 ± 117.7 μg/m3. HPL in the rural area (164.3 ± 104.5 μg/m3) was higher than that in the urban area (123.9 ± 122.3 μg/m3). For HPLs of indoor sampling sites, the kitchen was the highest, followed by the bedroom and living room. There were significant differences of geographic distributions. The HPLs in the South were higher than the North in four seasons. The inhaled dose of household PM2.5 among school-age children differed from provinces with the highest dose up to 5.9 μg/(kg·d). Blends of plasticized casein (CA) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) at various ratios were prepared using the solution‐casting method. The prepared blend solutions were cast onto polystyrene petri plates and bend films were obtained. The characterization of films was performed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, tensile testing, thermogravimetric analysis, contact angle measurements and water vapour permeability. According to spectroscopic analysis, there were interactions between the CA and PVA molecules. The tensile test results showed that the tensile strength of CA increased with increasing PVA content. The flexibility of plasticized CA film increased with the incorporation of PVA. The thermal stability and water vapour barrier properties of plasticized CA improved on blending with PVA. As a result, it was seen that blend films were successfully produced using plasticized CA and PVA with potential for use in biodegradable packaging applications. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

阿魏酸对粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌产酪胺机制的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究阿魏酸对高产酪胺的粪肠球菌XL-M66和屎肠球菌XL-M76生长、基因表达以及产酪胺的影响。利用反转录实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应技术分析2株菌在阿魏酸作用下的酪氨酸脱羧途径相关基因表达情况,并使用高效液相色谱法检测2株肠球菌培养48 h期间酪胺积累量。结果表明:未添加酪氨酸底物时,阿魏酸对酪氨酸脱羧酶(tyrosine decarboxylase,tyrDC)和酪氨酸/酪胺透性酶(tyrosine/tyramine permease,tyrP)基因的转录影响不大(P0.05),但能促进酪氨酰-tRNA合成酶(tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase,tyrS)基因的转录(P0.05)。反之存在酪氨酸时,阿魏酸对tyrS基因表达的影响不大(P0.05),却能显著抑制tyrDC和tyrP基因的表达(P0.05)。同时,阿魏酸能显著抑制粪肠球菌XL-M66和屎肠球菌XL-M76的生长(P0.05),最终使得酪胺产量分别降低27.0%和19.9%。 相似文献
