Polycaprolactam (PA6) fibers were coated with polyaniline (PANI) by a novel dissolving-coating method. In the dissolving-coating method, dissolution of PA6 fiber surface is the necessary condition for imparting conductivity to PA6 fiber. But the dissolution of fiber surface would cause the structural integrity of PA6 fiber being destroyed. In this research, the effect of solvent concentration and roller speed on the mechanical and electrical properties of PANI-coated PA6 fiber were discussed. The results showed that the optimum condition for PANI-coated PA6 fiber is 75% formic acid aqueous solution and 100 rpm. The coating durability of PANI was tested by TG, FT-IR, water washing and heating to different temperatures. The experimental data indicate that PANI coating is difficult to peel off after the heating and washing treatment.  相似文献

Thin films of Al-doped ZnO (AZO) and (Al, K)-co-doped ZnO (AKZO) were synthesized by sol–gel spin coating and their structural and optical properties were investigated. All the films had a preferential orientation in which the c-axis was perpendicular to the substrate. The optical bandgap increased after Al doping, but decreased after K doping at a given Al doping concentration. UV emission and a broad visible emission band were observed in photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The intensity of both emission bands decreased after Al and K co-doping. PL excitation (PLE) spectra of the blue emission band indicate that the initial state is possibly the same for all the samples and a similar case occurs for the orange–red emission band. The green emission can be attributed to electronic transitions involving oxygen vacancies. A possible process for the orange–red emission of the thin films is radiative recombination of an electron trapped in a zinc interstitial defect with a hole deeply trapped in interstitial oxygen.  相似文献

We report the enhancement of the thermoelectric power factors of single-walled carbon-nanotube (SWCNT) films caused by the addition of polystyrene to the films as a binder. The Seebeck coefficient of the SWCNT films was increased by addition of polystyrene. On the other hand, the electrical conductivity gradually decreased with increasing amount of polystyrene. The power factor was maximum for a polystyrene concentration of 20 wt%; it was approximately 1.7 times higher than that of a pure SWCNT film. These results indicate that polystyrene is a superior binder polymer for synthesizing CNT/polymer thermoelectric composites.  相似文献

Circular recesses have been fabricated on indium tin oxide (ITO) anodes to enhance light extraction of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The effects of recess depth and recess coverage ratio on the performance of a green OLED were systematically investigated. Results showed that the current efficiency could be enhanced from 40.7 cd/A of a planar device to 47.2 cd/A of the device with a recess depth of 100 nm and a recess coverage ratio of 14.1%. The enhanced light extraction by the recess wall effect was realized to be the major factor leading to the improved efficiency. The efficiency is however limited by the accompanying increase in electrical resistivity of the ITO films at deep recesses and high recess coverage ratios. Despite of the insignificant efficiency enhancement (up to 16%) in this study, this recessed ITO approach provides a simple architecture to enhance waveguide mode light extraction without adding an internal medium.  相似文献

Speech emotion recognition (SER) in noisy environment is a vital issue in artificial intelligence (AI). In this paper, the reconstruction of speech samples removes the added noise. Acoustic features extracted from the reconstructed samples are selected to build an optimal feature subset with better emotional recognizability. A multiple-kernel (MK) support vector machine (SVM) classifier solved by semi-definite programming (SDP) is adopted in SER procedure. The proposed method in this paper is demonstrated on Berlin Database of Emotional Speech. Recognition accuracies of the original, noisy, and reconstructed samples classified by both single-kernel (SK) and MK classifiers are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and robust when noise exists.  相似文献
