A large-scale high-precision scan stage is important equipment in the industrial productions of micro-fabrication such as flat panel display (FPD) lithography systems. Designing controllers for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems is time-consuming and needs experience because of the interaction between each axis and many controller tuning parameters. The aim of this study is to develop a peak filter design method based on frequency response data to reduce repetitive disturbance. This data-based approach does not use the model and only uses the frequency response data of the controlled system and the disturbance spectrum calculated from the scanning error data (Contribution 1). The peak filter is designed by convex optimization and satisfies robust stability conditions for six-degree-of-freedom systems (Contribution 2). The control performance of the designed peak filter is experimentally demonstrated with an industrial MIMO large-scale high-precision scan stage in reducing the scanning error of the main stroke of the translation along the -axis (Contribution 3). 相似文献

This article presents a hands‐off control design for discrete‐time nonlinear system with a special type of nonlinear sector termed as “discrete‐time sector.” The design method to define the boundary of a discrete‐time sector is done with control‐Lyapunov function. The generalization of nonlinear system is viewed in the perspective of a comparison function. By means of a proposed sector, a switching control is designed such that no control action is experienced inside the sector thus, saving unnecessary control efforts. However, to study the robustness for discrete‐time system, a hands‐off control is modified to ensure the monotonic decrease in the energy of the system. 针对传统的小区内开环功率控制算法通常以提升本小区的吞吐量性能为目标,忽略了当前小区用户对邻小区用户同频干扰的问题,为提升边缘用户性能的同时兼顾系统整体性能,提出了一种LTE系统小区间上行联合功率控制(UJPC)算法。该算法采用单基站三扇区为系统模型,以最优化系统吞吐量比例公平函数为目标,首先根据最小信干噪比(SINR)约束值和用户最大发射功率这两个约束条件得到相应的数学优化模型,然后采用连续凸近似的方法求解优化问题得出各个基站所管辖的小区内所有用户的最优发射功率。仿真结果表明,与基准的开环功控方案相比,联合功控方案在保证系统平均频谱利用率的情况下能够较大幅度地提高小区边缘频谱利用率,其最佳性能增益能达到50%。 相似文献

Output feedback controller for polytopic systems exploiting the direct searching of the design space
This paper deals with the problem of designing a robust static output feedback controller for polytopic systems. The current research that tackled this problem is mainly based on LMI method, which is conservative by nature. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed, which considers the design space of the controller parameters and iteratively partitions the space to small simplexes. Then, by assessing the stability in each simplex, the solution space for design parameters is directly determined. It has been theoretically proved that, if there exists a feasible solution in the design space, the algorithm can find it. To validate the result of the proposed approach, comparative simulation examples are given to illustrate the performance of the design methodology as compared to those of previous approaches. 相似文献

为了更加准确地检测出图像中的显著性目标,提出了多先验融合的显著性目标检测算法。针对传统中心先验对偏离图像中心的显著性目标会出现检测失效的情况,提出在多颜色空间下求显著性目标的最小凸包交集来确定目标的大致位置,以凸包区域中心计算中心先验。同时通过融合策略将凸包区域中心先验、颜色对比先验和背景先验融合并集成到特征矩阵中。最后通过低秩矩阵恢复模型生成结果显著图。在公开数据集MSRA1000和ESSCD上的仿真实验结果表明,MPLRR能够得到清晰高亮的显著性目标视觉效果图,同时F,AUC,MAE等评价指标也比现有的许多方法有明显提升。 相似文献

不规则三角网是影响土石方量计算的关键问题之一,虽然目前已有大量研究人员对Delaunay三角网进行优化,但仍然缺少对三角网生成速率和计算精度的综合研究。针对此问题,基于VB.NET平台的点、边以及三角形的结构化数据结构设计快速生成凸闭包集形成Delaunay三角网,通过四边形空圆特性以及对角线最短原则对构网结果进行检验和优化。试验计算表明,该算法的计算结果与经典DTM法、方格网法的土方量计算相对误差均在0.30%以内。该方法不仅具有较高的组网效率,并能保持较好的计算精度。 相似文献

There are many coolants frequently used in the industry for controlling not only heat transfer, but also temperature distribution in a confined domain. However, little is known on the thermal properties of sodium droplets. The qualitative analysis of differential equations that model the thermal explosion, nonlinear dynamic of sodium droplet with variable thermophysical properties when thermal radiations are considered as suggested by Cogley et al, Sohrab et al, and P‐1 approximation Sazhin et al is deliberated upon in this study. The governing equations, first‐order nonlinear ordinary differential equations, are nondimensionalized using the appropriate similarity variables. The existence and uniqueness of the solutions, concavity, and convexity of the temperature distribution, and positivity nature of the solutions of the dimensionless governing equations are established. It is concluded that there exists a solution for a certain range of the admissible parameters and when the reduced activation energy is negative and temperature distribution fits concavity. This article develops an improved seismic risk assessment formulation exhibiting both random and bounded uncertainties using a probability and parallelepiped convex set mixed model. Limit thresholds for different types of components are described via a probabilistic model. The distribution parameters of limit thresholds are originally treated by employing a multidimensional parallelepiped convex model, in which marginal intervals are utilised to represent scattering levels for the distribution parameters, while relevant angle are employed to express the correlation between uncertain distribution parameters. The structural responses, i.e., engineering demand parameters (EDPs), are considered as correlated random variables and are assumed to follow a multidimensional lognormal distribution. A performance limit state function, which allows considering the relationship between the EDPs and the corresponding limit thresholds, is employed to reflect the coexistence of both random and parallelepiped convex variables. The limit state function is mapped into the standard parameter space via a transformation technique. Then, the improved seismic risk formulation, characterised through a probability and parallelepiped convex mixed variables, can be derived with the combination of the seismic fragility function and the ground motion hazard curve. The main purpose is to illustrate that the performance limit states should be properly modeled as random and parallelepiped convex mixed variables rather than only random or deterministic quantities. A six-story reinforced concrete building designed according to Chinese codes are used to illustrate the proposed approach for constructing hazard curves. The interstory drift and the peak floor acceleration are the selected EDPs, calculated through incremental dynamic analysis. The results demonstrate that the calculated failure probabilities for different limit states in 50?years are found capable of meeting the requirements of Chinese seismic norms after the proposed seismic risk formulation is adopted. 相似文献
