堆芯中子学计算是反应堆设计分析的基础,为提高堆芯中子学计算的模拟分辨率与计算精度,开发了反应堆堆芯先进中子学模拟软件(SCAP-N)。该程序首先根据轴向特征对堆芯进行分层,并逐层进行二维堆芯非均匀输运计算,再采用超级均匀化方法(SPH)获得栅元等效均匀化截面,最后进行三维堆芯逐棒(pin-by-pin)输运计算,获得堆芯有效增殖因子与精细棒功率分布。为提高程序计算效率,采用分布式/共享式(MPI/OPENMP)混合并行方式对程序进行了并行化开发。利用虚拟反应堆(VERA)系列基准例题及美国先进非能动压水堆(AP1000)启动物理试验实测数据对程序进行了测试验证。结果表明,相比于商用核设计程序系统,SCAP-N程序采用的逐棒输运技术能够提高堆芯中子学的计算精度。与同类型高精度中子学程序相比,SCAP-N具有更高的计算效率,可进一步提高核电厂的经济性及运行灵活性。 相似文献

采用高压均质辅助构筑十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性植物精油/凹凸棒石复合抗菌材料,对其进行了FTIR、XRD、SEM、Zeta电位和TG测试表征.FTIR分析表明,植物精油负载于凹凸棒石并成功实现表面改性.随CTAB用量增加,复合抗菌材料的Zeta电位由负变正.最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测试结果表明,复合材料的抗菌性能随CTAB用量的增加而增强,CTAB改性明显提升了复合材料对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性.当CTAB用量为2.5%(以凹凸棒石质量为基准,下同)时,CTAB改性香芹酚/凹凸棒石复合材料和肉桂醛/凹凸棒石复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值由未改性的1 g/L分别减小至0.125 g/L和0.5 g/L. 相似文献

The effects of joining temperature (TJ) and time (tJ) on microstructure of the transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding of GTD-111 superalloy were investigated. The bonding process was applied using BNi-3 filler at temperatures of 1080, 1120, and 1160 °C for isothermal solidification time of 195, 135, and 90 min, respectively. Homogenization heat treatment was also applied to all of the joints. The results show that intermetallic and eutectic compounds such as Ni-rich borides, Ni−B−Si ternary compound and eutectic-γ continuously are formed in the joint region during cooling. By increasing tJ, intermetallic phases are firstly reduced and eventually eliminated and isothermal solidification is completed as well. With the increase of the holding time at all of the three bonding temperatures, the thickness of the athermally solidified zone (ASZ) and the volume fraction of precipitates in the bonding area decrease and the width of the diffusion affected zone (DAZ) increases. Similar results are also obtained by increasing TJ from 1080 to 1160 °C at tJ=90 min. Furthermore, increasing the TJ from 1080 to 1160 °C leads to the faster elimination of intermetallic phases from the ASZ. However, these phases are again observed in the joint region at 1180 °C. It is observed that by increasing the bonding temperature, the bonding width and the rate of dissolution of the base metal increase. Based on these results, increasing the homogenization time from 180 to 300 min leads to the elimination of boride precipitates in the DAZ and a high uniformity of the concentration of alloying elements in the joint region and the base metal. 相似文献

A global variance reduction(GVR)method based on the SPN method is proposed.First,the global multi-group cross-sections are obtained by Monte Carlo(MC)global homogenization.Then,the SP3 equation is solved to obtain the global flux distribution.Finally,the global weight windows are approximated by the global flux distribution,and the GVR simulation is performed.This GVR method is implemented as an automatic process in the RMC code.The SP3-coupled GVR method was tested on a modified version of C5G7 benchmark with a thick-ened water shield.The results show that the SP3-coupled GVR method can improve the efficiency of MC criticality calculation. 相似文献

弥散燃料与弥散可燃毒物由于具有双重非均匀性,采用传统体积均匀化方法(VHM)会带来较大的计算偏差。反应性等效物理转换(RPT)方法被应用于含弥散燃料的双重非均匀系统,具有方法简单且计算精度较高的特点。本文首先对传统RPT方法和改进RPT(IRPT)方法进行了分析和验证,结果表明,这2种方法对于含有弥散可燃毒物的双重非均匀系统燃耗过程中依然存在相对较大的计算偏差;然后提出环形RPT(RRPT)方法和2步环形RPT(TRRPT)方法分别用于处理含单一颗粒类型和含2种颗粒类型的双重非均匀系统,通过含不同类型可燃毒物的算例验证并与蒙卡颗粒模型基准解对比可知,本文提出的RRPT方法和TRRPT方法可用于处理含弥散燃料和弥散可燃毒物的双重非均匀系统,相比传统方法具有更高计算精度和更广适用范围。 相似文献

本实验分别利用高压均质、空化射流和超声破碎3 种均质方式制备以大豆分离蛋白和磷脂酰胆碱包裹的鱼油纳米乳液和微胶囊,并对纳米乳液粒径、Zeta-电位、稳定性、黏度、乳化产率及微胶囊形貌、理化性质、稳定性进行比较分析,研究均质工艺对鱼油纳米乳液和微胶囊理化性质的影响。结果发现,空化射流工艺制备的纳米乳液平均粒径小,乳化产率和乳液稳定性较高,经过空化射流10 min制备的微胶囊包埋率达87.44%,溶解度较高,微胶囊颗粒表面形态饱满、致密、无裂纹和空隙,氧化稳定性和热稳定性较好。高压均质和超声破碎制得的纳米乳液平均粒径大,乳化产率和乳液稳定性较低,经过100 MPa高压均质和400 W超声破碎制得的微胶囊包埋率分别为80.36%和78.64%,溶解度相较于空化射流差,微胶囊颗粒表面分别出现微孔和较大的孔洞,氧化稳定性和热稳定性较差。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明3 种均质工艺均有较好的包埋效果。通过实验可以得出空化射流均质工艺制备的鱼油纳米乳液及微胶囊在产品性能上要优于其他两种均质工艺。本研究可为鱼油纳米乳液和微胶囊产品的均质工艺选择以及应用评价体系的构建提供理论依据。 相似文献

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、差热分析及透射电镜等手段,对一种航空用超高强7055铝合金大尺寸铸锭的均匀化工艺进行分析与优化。提出分级提高均匀化温度的方法,在确保不发生过烧的情况下,最大限度改善铸锭质量。结果显示:低温预均匀化时,铸锭中析出大量的Al3Zr相,能够大幅度降低对后续挤压变形的再结晶比例;对铸锭采用400 ℃×4 h+465 ℃×16 h+474 ℃×8 h的分级均匀化处理工艺,能够显著消除铸锭中低熔点相的含量,提高铸锭质量,同时相比于原工艺节省约13 h。新的均匀化处理工艺,不仅提高了生产效率,还能够为后续工艺提供良好的铸锭。 相似文献

Plant‐based food materials are mostly porous in nature and heterogeneous in structure with huge diversity in cellular orientation. Different cellular environments of plant‐based food materials, such as intercellular, intracellular, and cell wall environments, hold different proportions of water with different characteristics. Due to this structural heterogeneity, it is very difficult to understand the drying process and associated morphological changes during drying. Transport processes and morphological changes that take place during drying are mainly governed by the characteristics of and the changes in the cells. Therefore, to predict the actual heat and mass transfer process that occurs in the drying process and associated morphological changes, development of multiscale modeling is crucial. Multiscale modeling is a powerful approach with the ability to incorporate this cellular structural heterogeneity with microscale heat and mass transfer during drying. However, due to the huge complexity involved in developing such a model for plant‐based food materials, the studies regarding this issue are very limited. Therefore, we aim in this article to develop a critical conceptual understanding of multiscale modeling frameworks for heterogeneous food materials through an extensive literature review. We present a critical review on the multiscale model formulation and solution techniques with their spatial and temporal coupling options. Food structure, scale definition, and the current status of multiscale modeling are also presented, along with other key factors that are critical to understanding and developing an accurate multiscale framework. Computational continua for linear elastic heterogeneous solids on unstructured finite element meshes

The computational continua framework, which is a variant of higher‐order computational homogenization theories that is free of scale separation, does not require higher‐order finite element continuity, and is free of higher‐order boundary conditions, has been generalized to unstructured meshes. The salient features of the proposed generalization are (i) a nonlocal quadrature scheme for distorted elements that accounts for unit cell distortion in the parent element domain and (ii) an approximate variant of the nonlocal quadrature that eliminates the cost of computing positions of the quadrature points in the preprocessing stage.
