本文研究了对地观测激光回波特征与地面目标特征之间的关系模型，分析了分类地面目标的激光回波特征，提出一种基于查表法的目标特性计算方法并给出了仿真结果。     

Equitone Predicate Algebras and Their Applications

Predicates that preserve their values on a larger (extended) body of data are called equitone. An algebra of such predicates is constructed, a system of its generators is specified, and a complete system of transformations of identities is defined. The results obtained are used for construction and investigation of complete classes of compositions of various types and levels of abstractions that are used in logics of partial predicates.     

抛物线型有损传输线频域灵敏度分析的伴随方程法

提出了一种求解含抛物线型有损非均匀线网络频域灵敏度的方法。该方法首先将抛物线型有损非均匀线用科罗达(Kuroda)等效方法变换成有损均匀线及若干集中元件组成的等效电路,然后借助伴随网络方程法求出抛物线型有损非均匀传输线等参数的频域灵敏度。给出了计算实例,并通过扰动法进行了验证。     

The impracticalities of R. B. Stuart's practical multicultural competencies.

Comment in response to Stuart's recent article (see record 2004-10365-001) on multicultural competence. This comment includes three distinct voices. One voice is of a Brazilian woman, living in the United States, who experienced a visceral reaction to the article. The second voice is from a European American man who appreciates Stuart's efforts but is troubled by a disguised ideology that possibly objectifies culture and ignores sociopolitical realities. The third voice is from an Italian-Catholic-Austrian-Jewish man who can see himself and his clinical psychology training in what he considers Stuart's Western/White-male scientific multicultural metatheory. To the three of us, the practical suggestions Stuart offered seem useful, on the surface. However, we fear that when put into practice, these suggestions could not only be culturally insensitive, but in extreme cases might undermine some of the important progress made in the field of multicultural psychology over the past 2 decades. Multiculturalism: Questions, Not Answers.

A reply by Richard B. Stuart regarding the comment by Stolle, Hutz, and Sommers-Flanagan (see record 2005-13212-019). The American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines on multiculturalism (APA, 2002b) exhort psychologists to recognize and control their personal biases and to strive to "apply culturally appropriate skills in clinical and other applied psychological practices" (p. 3). My article (see record 2004-10365-001) offered 12 suggestions aimed at helping psychologists follow these mandates. It was motivated by the fear that some well-intended attempts to appreciate diversity could inadvertently contribute to the very insensitivity they were intended to prevent. It is my view that group influences are extremely important in shaping individual identity, but the effect of culture on a given individual cannot be verified without consulting that person directly. 对场采用泛函积分量子化,从正则变量表述的Green函数的生成泛函出发,分别导出了用非奇异拉氏量和奇异拉氏量描述的系统在相空间中的广义Ward恒等式,指出一般情况下奇异系统量子正则方程与Dirac猜想给出的正则方程是不同的,讨论了声子、电子和光子系统的奇异拉氏量描述,导出了该系统Green函数的生成泛函,给出了正则形式的广义Ward恒等式的初步应用。     

On Becoming a Social Housing Manager: Work Identities in an ‘Invisible’ Occupation

Social housing in Britain is managed by a large grouping of ‘housing managers’, an occupational label which is viewed as unproblematic by most housing academics, and therefore, is largely taken for granted. Urban sociologists posit that a collective identity is crucial to professional status, and hence have been sceptical of housing managers' prospects of furthering their aims collectively. The paper departs from this focus on the collective endeavours of housing management as a profession to examine how housing managers themselves create and present self-identities. Specifically, it argues that housing managers use the lack of a collective identity as an opportunity to manage the ‘spoiled identity’ of being in an ‘invisible’ and marginalised profession. In doing so, they construct individualised occupational trajectories which bear little relation to the domain professionalism of more established occupations.     

居住区老年人户外活动及其空间特征研究——夏季户外活动实态调查

以北京市近年来新建的居住小区为例,对夏季老年人户外活动的类型、时间规律、活动空间的特征进行了调查分析与规律总结,在此基础上提出夏季居住区老年人户外活动空间设计的建议。

确定了共形映射与坐标变换之间的关系;推导了共形群的四个子群和二维共形Ward恒等式;综述了二维共形场论的理论基础及其于Virasoro代数的关系。
