A large-scale high-precision scan stage is important equipment in the industrial productions of micro-fabrication such as flat panel display (FPD) lithography systems. Designing controllers for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems is time-consuming and needs experience because of the interaction between each axis and many controller tuning parameters. The aim of this study is to develop a peak filter design method based on frequency response data to reduce repetitive disturbance. This data-based approach does not use the model and only uses the frequency response data of the controlled system and the disturbance spectrum calculated from the scanning error data (Contribution 1). The peak filter is designed by convex optimization and satisfies robust stability conditions for six-degree-of-freedom systems (Contribution 2). The control performance of the designed peak filter is experimentally demonstrated with an industrial MIMO large-scale high-precision scan stage in reducing the scanning error of the main stroke of the translation along the x-axis (Contribution 3).  相似文献

Two adaptive discretization frameworks are tested for computerized tomography (CT) data reconstruction. Removal of inactive pixels is primary motivation. Efficient and user independent entropy optimized masking is employed for spatial filtering purposes. Density of nodes at high gradient of reconstructed physical property is used as adaptation criterion. An alternative option, independent from noisy projection data and nature of the physical properties, is also discussed. Sensitivity analysis between the uniform and nonuniform (evolved via adaptive route) reconstruction grid reveals the utility of nonuniform grids. Iterative and transform based reconstruction techniques are used. Outcomes are tested successfully on three real world projection data from two different compact CT setups and one commercial high-resolution micro-CT scanner.  相似文献

针对连续查询位置服务中构造匿名区域未考虑语义位置信息导致敏感隐私泄露问题,通过设计[(K,θ)]-隐私模型,提出一种路网环境下面向连续查询的敏感语义位置隐私保护方案。该方案利用Voronoi图将城市路网预先划分为独立的Voronoi单元,依据用户的移动路径和移动速度,选择具有相似特性的其他[K-1]个用户,构建匿名用户集;利用匿名用户集用户设定的敏感语义位置类型和语义安全阈值,以及用户所处语义位置的Voronoi单元,构建满足[(K,θ)]-隐私模型的语义安全匿名区域,可以同时防止连续查询追踪攻击和语义推断攻击。实验结果表明,与SCPA算法相比,该方案在隐私保护程度上提升约15%,系统开销上降低约20%。  相似文献

This article presents a hands‐off control design for discrete‐time nonlinear system with a special type of nonlinear sector termed as “discrete‐time sector.” The design method to define the boundary of a discrete‐time sector is done with control‐Lyapunov function. The generalization of nonlinear system is viewed in the perspective of a comparison function. By means of a proposed sector, a switching control is designed such that no control action is experienced inside the sector thus, saving unnecessary control efforts. However, to study the robustness for discrete‐time system, a hands‐off control is modified to ensure the monotonic decrease in the energy of the system. SrLa[Ga1−x(R0.5Ti0.5)x]O4 (R = Mg, Zn) ceramics were prepared by a standard solid state sintering method. The single-phase ceramics with K2NiF4-type layered perovskite structure and I4/mmm space group were obtained, indicating that SrLa(R0.5Ti0.5) and SrLaGaO4 can form the unlimited solid solutions. With increasing x for = Mg and Zn, εr increases monotonously, the Qf value first increases and then decreases, while τf increases from a negative to a positive value. The optimized microwave dielectric properties were obtained as following: εr = 23.3, Qf = 89 400 GHz, τf = −0.8 ppm/°C for SrLa[Ga0.6(Mg0.5Ti0.5)0.4]O4 and εr = 23.3, Qf = 76 200 GHz, τf = 0.2 ppm/°C for SrLa[Ga0.7(Zn0.5Ti0.5)0.3]O4, indicating that the present solid solution ceramics are the promising candidates as microwave resonator materials for the telecommunication applications.  相似文献

Parametric uncertainty associated with unmodeled disturbance always exist in physical electrical–optical gyro-stabilized platform systems, and poses great challenges to the controller design. Moreover, the existence of actuator deadzone nonlinearity makes the situation more complicated. By constructing a smooth dead-zone inverse, the control law consisting of the robust integral of a neural network (NN) output plus sign of the tracking error feedback is proposed, in which adaptive law is synthesized to handle parametric uncertainty and RISE robust term to attenuate unmodeled disturbance. In order to reduce the measure noise, a desired compensation method is utilized in controller design, in which the model compensation term depends on the reference signal only. By mainly activating an auxiliary robust control component for pulling back the transient escaped from the neural active region, a multi-switching robust neuro adaptive controller in the neural approximation domain, which can achieve globally uniformly ultimately bounded (GUUB) tracking stability of servo systems recently. An asymptotic tracking performance in the presence of unknown dead-zone, parametric uncertainties and various disturbances, which is vital for high accuracy tracking, is achieved by the proposed robust adaptive backstepping controller. Extensively comparative experimental results are obtained to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

Ru nanoparticles supported on SiO2 microspheres (Ru/SiO2-GUS) were prepared by the glucose-urea-metallic salt method and applied in the decomposition of ammonia. In the glucose-urea-metallic salt method, glucose as the carbon template plays a significant role in the formation of diffusion-beneficial structural properties of Ru/SiO2-GUS, and also induceds the modification of the electronic state of Ru. Ru/SiO2-GUS exhibited higher catalytic activity compared with the catalyst prepared with the impregnation method. The catalytic performance of Ru/SiO2-GUS was further enhanced with the addition of either K or Cs——the addition order and amount strongly affecting the catalytic performance. When the ratio of K/Cs to Ru is 2, the alkali metal (KOH/CsOH) solution is added in the homogeneous solution of glucose, urea, RuCl3 and the colloidal silica, the promotion effect of K/Cs is the strongest, particularly under lower reaction temperatures. However, the promotion effects of K and Cs are different as reveled by the combined results of H2-TPR, XPS and NH3-TPSR. More NH3 can be absorbed on K–Ru/SiO2-GUS and the electron density of Ru decreased. By contrast, more metallic Ru formed on Cs–Ru/SiO2-GUS, facilitating N2 recombination.  相似文献
