A certain class of starlike functions

This paper presents a new class of functions analytic in the open unit disc, and closely related to the class of starlike functions. Besides being an introduction to this field, it provides an interesting connections defined class with well known classes. The paper deals with several ideas and techniques used in geometric function theory. The order of starlikeness in the class of convex functions of negative order is also considered here.     

The exact order of starlikeness of uniformly convex functions

A Briot-Bouquet differential subordination is used to determine the exact order of starlikeness for the class of uniformly convex functions. In the solution we use some integral representations, which offer the possibility of correct estimation.     

A class of meromorphic multivalent functions with negative coefficients defined by a differential operator

For 0≤μ≤λ, 0<α≤1, 1/(p+1)<τ≤1, m∈N₀=N∪{0} and p∈N, a new class of meromorphic p-valent functions defined by means of the differential operator is introduced and systematically studied. Membership in this class is characterized through coefficient estimates. Distortion, radii of starlikeness and convexity of order , Hadamard convolution product, an integral operator, convex combinations and neighborhoods are also investigated.
