目的 从包装功能实现的角度分析研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的原理、类型与发展趋势,指出开发设计时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器应完成的包装功能,为有效实现包装交流功能提供研究思路和技术支持。方法 列出现有食品包装功能在物理环境、周围环境和人类环境下的实现矩阵,通过研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的实现原理和所满足的包装交流功能,探讨这2种技术提高矩阵中分值较低元素的可行性。结果 时间–温度指示器监测食品所经历的时间、温度的完整历程,有助于提高实现矩阵中ComA元素的分值;食品新鲜度指示器提供生理变化或微生物生长引起的食品质量变化的定性或半定量信息,有助于提高实现矩阵中ComH元素的分值。结论 时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器能够有效提升食品包装的交流功能,保证消费者安全,减少资源浪费,具有广阔的发展前景。  相似文献

Charge-based field-effect transistors (FETs) greatly suffer from unavoidable carrier scattering and heat dissipation. Analogous to valley degree of freedom in semiconductors, chiral anomaly current in Weyl/Dirac semimetals is theoretically predicted to be nearly nondissipative over long distances, but still lacks experimental ways to efficiently control its transport. Here, field-effect chirality devices are demonstrated with Dirac semimetal PtSe2, in which its Fermi level is close to the Dirac point in the conduction band owing to intrinsic defects. The chiral anomaly is further corroborated by the planar Hall effect and nonlocal valley transport measurement, which can also be effectively modulated by external fields, showing robust nonlocal valley transport with micrometer diffusion length. Similar to charge-based FETs, the chiral conductivity in PtSe2 devices can be modulated by electrostatic gating with an ON/OFF ratio of more than 103. Basic logic functions in the devices are also demonstrated with electric and magnetic fields as input signals.  相似文献

The influence of Newtonian heating/cooling in the presence of heat source/sink has been investigated on laminar free convective flow in a vertical annular permeable region. The mathematical model for the problem has been considered as a boundary value problem consisting of two simultaneous ordinary differential equations. The boundary value problem has been transformed to nondimensional form. This has given rise to a number of parameters representing both geometrical and physical features of the problem. Closed‐form analytical solutions of the governing equations have been obtained for two different cases of internal heat generation/absorption. To assess the effects of governing parameters on the fluid velocity and temperature, a number of profiles of these field variables have been presented. The efficacy of the distinct processes on the field variables has been discussed extensively. The main outcome obtained in this study is that the velocity as well as temperature is enhanced in the case of the Newtonian heating while the opposite behavior occurs in the Newtonian cooling for both cases of source and sink. Furthermore, the influence of the governing parameters has been shown on the skin friction, volume flow rate, and the Nusselt number.  相似文献

It is well known that the finite element method (FEM) encounters dispersion errors in coping with mid-frequency acoustic problems due to its “overly stiff” nature. By introducing the generalized gradient smoothing technique and the idea of condensed shape functions with virtual nodes, a cell-based smoothed radial point interpolation method is proposed to solve the Helmholtz equation for the purpose of reducing dispersion errors. With the properly selected virtual nodes, the proposed method can provide a close-to-exact stiffness of continuum, leading to a conspicuous decrease in dispersion errors and a significant improvement in accuracy. Numerical examples are examined using the present method by comparing with both the traditional FEM using four-node tetrahedral elements (FEM-T4) and the FEM model using eight-node hexahedral elements with modified integration rules (MIR-H8). The present cell-based smoothed radial point interpolation method has been demonstrated to possess a number of superiorities, including the automatically generated tetrahedral background mesh, high computational efficiency, and insensitivity to mesh distortion, which make the method a good potential for practical analysis of acoustic problems.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular-dynamics simulations have been used to investigate the liquid and amorphous Al94-xNi6Lax (x=3-9) alloys. Through calculating the pair distribution functions and partial coordination numbers, the structure and properties of these alloys are researched, which will help the design bulk metallic glass. The concentration of La atoms can affect the short-range order of Al94-xNi6Lax alloys, which is also studied in this calculation result.  相似文献

The coupled thermal-mechanical response of a polycrystalline metallic film in response to ultrafast optical impingement is investigated. The thermo-elastodynamics formulated in the article considers laser absorption along the axial direction and thermal diffusion along the radial direction to account for the normal and shear stresses initiated by the rapid heating. The generalized formulation incorporates a two-step hyperbolic temperature model that characterizes the energy transport of electrons and lattices as finite in velocity. The coupling of thermal and mechanical fields is established through considering the energy dissipated in the form of propagating thermo-mechanical disturbances. The thermo-elastodynamical response of the polycrystalline film is found to be a strong function of the electron heat capacity that is also temperature-dependent. In addition, grain size effects due to film surface and grain-boundary scatterings are found to impact several thermophysical properties of the material. The impact of the energy transport of electrons is particularly prominent when the thickness becomes comparable with the electron mean-free-path. A staggered-grid finite difference scheme is followed to simultaneously resolve the coupled thermo-elastodynamical responses using an axisymmetric model. The time variation of the normalized electron temperature of a single crystalline gold film derived from the generalized model is favorably examined against published physical data, thus demonstrating the feasibility of the formulation in depicting the electron transport dynamics in response to non-ablating ultrafast irradiation.  相似文献

The object of study is nonlinear stationary controlled system of ordinary differential equations with constant disturbance in the right part. The problem of constructing the synthesising control function providing the transfer of this system from the initial state to the origin is considered. The sufficiently simple for numerical implementation algorithm of solution of the above-mentioned problem is obtained. It is shown that for local null controllability of the considered system, it is sufficient that the conditions of the Kalman's type were satisfied. In addition, the estimates restricting the choice of initial conditions and external disturbances under which the transfer is guaranteed are obtained. The main idea of the method of construction of the desired control function consists in reducing the original problem to stabilisation of a special kind linear non-stationary system and solving the Cauchy problem for an auxiliary system of ordinary differential equations closed by stabilising control. The simplicity of the realisation of this algorithm is determined by the construction of the auxiliary system and its stabilisation that could be obtained by analytical methods. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated by solving the problem of crane control and its numerical simulation.  相似文献

For industrial chemical process, preliminary-summation-based principal component analysis (PS-PCA), an amended PCA method was recently provided for coping with both Gaussian and non-Gaussian characteristics. By summing the training and monitoring data respectively, PS-PCA is capable of resolving the issue of non-Gaussian processes and achieves higher fault detection rate than the traditional PCA. However, in the PS-PCA summation operation, all data samples are regarded as the same weight, which results in the fault information of newly-samples may be diluted, leading to significant detection delays. To address this challenge, in this paper, we propose a novel weighted PS-PCA (WPS-PCA) method that employs an exponential weighting scheme to put more emphasis on recent information. Subsequently, a mathematical argument demonstrates that when the number of variables is enough plentiful, the obtained summation combined with the generalized central limit theorem conforms to approximately a Gaussian distribution. The kurtosis relationships indicate this conversion will bring out well-pleasing feasibility for conventional PCA. Ultimately, the proposed technique verifies detection performance using the Tennessee Eastman process, which is compared with the existing PCA and PS-PCA schemes, in terms of the fault detection time and fault detection rate. The simulation studies reveal that the proposed method is efficient and superior.  相似文献

Flash memory bits, like other integrated circuit (IC) devices, are prone to random variability in their actual versus nominal characteristics. We present the use of 1.5-transistor flash memory cells in physically unclonable functions leveraging their erase speed variability. This type of memory is interesting for the internet of things due to its wide availability as intellectual property at foundries. Using experimentally measured results, we show simple methods that provide high reliability with no or limited need for helper data and error correction. High quality fingerprints for IC identification are demonstrated. Moreover, techniques to remove systematic variations from the array response are shown, allowing the resulting binary strings to pass all National Institute of Standards and Technology tests for randomness. Consequently, with low complexity helper functions, true random numbers can be readily produced.  相似文献

食品安全问题一直为人们所关注,其中微生物污染是导致食品腐败变质的主要原因。抗菌肽来源广泛,抑菌谱广,杀菌速度快,可以较好地控制食品中腐败微生物的滋生;对pH值、蛋白酶和热处理有较好的稳定性,在成分复杂的食品体系中有一定的适用性;由于其抑菌机理特殊,不易产生耐药性;部分具有抗氧化和提高免疫力等多种功能,对人体具有一定的保健作用。抗菌肽的以上特点满足了人们对新型防腐保鲜剂的多种需求,有望在食品工业上发挥重大作用。因此,在抗菌肽的生物学功能以及抗菌肽保鲜机理简单介绍的基础上,对抗菌肽应用于不同食品中的研究现况进行详细综述,最后对抗菌肽在食品中应用目前存在的问题和发展方向提供了思考。  相似文献
