针对燃气轮机故障诊断过程中诊断精度不足,卡尔曼滤波易出现“弥散”现象的问题,提出了一种基于滤波阵列的燃气轮机气路故障诊断方法。该方法首先构建了一组基于健康参数调度的平衡流形展开模型阵列,然后结合平方根容积卡尔曼滤波对气路部件健康参数进行了实时估计,最后通过隔离因子实现了对故障部件的检测与隔离。仿真表明:该方法有效解决了卡尔曼滤波在故障诊断过程中出现“弥散”现象的问题,针对燃气轮机气路部件突变故障,能够有效实现故障的检测、隔离与估计。  相似文献

针对三维数值流形法中罚函数法施加任意方向边界位移和多步加载误差累积问题,通过修正传统三维数值流形法控制方程中的位移边界部分,推导出含沿着某一方向施加边界位移条件和相应的分步加载情况的计算公式,以期扩大控制方程在位移边界处理上的适用范围和减少多步加载误差累积效应。选取2个典型算例进行数值模拟和对比分析,验证该方法的准确性。计算结果表明:文中方法的计算结果与解析解相吻合,修正公式适用于不同方向施加边界位移的情况,具有较强的适应性;考虑位移边界误差修正比不考虑误差修正的计算精度高;随分步加载步数的增多,不考虑位移边界误差修正的累积计算误差逐渐增大,考虑位移边界误差修正的则影响不大。  相似文献

Many database applications currently deal with objects in a metric space. Examples of such objects include unstructured multimedia objects and points of interest (POIs) in a road network. The M-tree is a dynamic index structure that facilitates an efficient search for objects in a metric space. Studies have been conducted on the bulk loading of large datasets in an M-tree. However, because previous algorithms involve excessive distance computations and disk accesses, they perform poorly in terms of their index construction and search capability. This study proposes two efficient M-tree bulk loading algorithms. Our algorithms minimize the number of distance computations and disk accesses using FastMap and a space-filling curve, thereby significantly improving the index construction and search performance. Our second algorithm is an extension of the first, and it incorporates a partitioning clustering technique and flexible node architecture to further improve the search performance. Through the use of various synthetic and real-world datasets, the experimental results demonstrated that our algorithms improved the index construction performance by up to three orders of magnitude and the search performance by up to 20.3 times over the previous algorithm.  相似文献

Access to electricity is still a challenge in many parts of sub-Saharan Africa. In Nigeria, over 70% of the rural dwellers do not have access to electricity. The purpose of this paper is to examine the potential of a smart microgrid for off-grid rural electrification in Nigeria. A combination of design thinking and model-based design methodology is employed to select a suitable microgrid configuration and to develop a smart microgrid model. A system consisting of a solar photovoltaic array, battery energy storage and a diesel generator is selected, and the model is developed in Simulink. Demand data from 10 rural communities in Nigeria are used to validate the performance of the model and the potential for demand management is considered. The use of energy efficient light bulbs is found to reduce the peak electricity demand of the case study communities by 42 to 76%. Combining the proposed system with the use of LED bulbs makes the system to have 56 to 81% less net present cost than a system with a diesel generator alone and incandescent light bulbs. The proposed smart microgrid is found to be more suitable for off-grid rural electrification in Nigeria than diesel generators which are currently used for off-grid electrification in Nigeria.  相似文献

In recent years, metabolic engineering has made great progress in both academic research and industrial applications. However, we have not found any articles that specifically analyze the current state of metabolic engineering in China in comparison with other countries. Here, we review the current development and future trends of global metabolic engineering, conduct an in-depth benchmarking analysis of the development situation of China’s metabolic engineering, and identify current problems as well as future trends. We searched publications in the Scopus database from 2015 to September 2020 in the field of metabolic engineering, and analyzed the output in general, including publication trends, research distribution, popular journals, hot topics and vital institutions, but also analyzed the share of citations, field-weighted citation impact, and production in collaboration with strategic countries in science and technology. This study aims to serve as a reference for later studies, offering a comprehensive view of China’s contribution to metabolic engineering, and as a tool for the elaboration of national public policy in science and technology.  相似文献

Modal analysis is an important tool in the structural dynamics community; it is widely utilised to understand and investigate the dynamical characteristics of linear structures. Many methods have been proposed in recent years regarding the extension to nonlinear analysis, such as nonlinear normal modes or the method of normal forms, with the main objective being to formulate a mathematical model of a nonlinear dynamical structure based on observations of input/output data from the dynamical system. In fact, for the majority of structures where the effect of nonlinearity becomes significant, nonlinear modal analysis is a necessity. The objective of the current paper is to demonstrate a machine learning approach to output‐only nonlinear modal decomposition using kernel independent component analysis and locally linear‐embedding analysis. The key element is to demonstrate a pattern recognition approach which exploits the idea of independence of principal components from the linear theory by learning the nonlinear manifold between the variables. In this work, the importance of output‐only modal analysis via “blind source” separation tools is highlighted as the excitation input/force is not needed and the method can be implemented directly via experimental data signals without worrying about the presence or not of specific nonlinearities in the structure.  相似文献

Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) were proposed by Yager in 2013 to treat imprecise and vague information in daily life more rigorously and efficiently with higher precision than intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In this paper, we construct new distance and similarity measures of PFSs based on the Hausdorff metric. We first develop a method to calculate a distance between PFSs based on the Hasudorff metric, along with proving several properties and theorems. We then consider a generalization of other distance measures, such as the Hamming distance, the Euclidean distance, and their normalized versions. On the basis of the proposed distances for PFSs, we give new similarity measures to compute the similarity degree of PFSs. Some examples related to pattern recognition and linguistic variables are used to validate the proposed distance and similarity measures. Finally, we apply the proposed methods to multicriteria decision-making by constructing a Pythagorean fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution and then present a practical example to address an important issue related to social sector. Numerical results indicate that the proposed methods are reasonable and applicable and also that they are well suited in pattern recognition, linguistic variables, and multicriteria decision-making with PFSs.  相似文献

目的 针对工件表面形态复杂、干涉交叠缺陷难以实现自动分离、分类图像检测的情况,提出一种工件表面交叠缺陷自适应图像聚类方法。方法 首先提取工件表面缺陷二值图像,采用混合概率主成分分析器估计缺陷位置各像素点局部切空间信息,并改进局部切空间之间的相似性矩阵;然后通过改进局部密度峰值自适应方法,基于相似性矩阵确定聚类中心点和数目;最后通过谱多流形聚类,将各分析器所包含的像素点分配至不同缺陷流形结构中,实现多个交叠缺陷分离、检测。结果 首先通过比较计算与实际测量的长度、宽度来验证该方法对相互交叠结构缺陷良好、准确的分离效果,平均相对误差分别为0.957%和0.650%。其次为了体现该方法对于分离工件表面相互交叠缺陷的有效性及优越性,使用k-means聚类、谱聚类与该方法进行对比实验,证明了该方法良好的聚类效果。最后对所设计方法的稳定性进行测试,统计检测结果的平均ME值均在6%以下,正确聚类数目率高达99%~100%。结论 该方法能够较为准确地自动识别工件表面图像中存在相互干涉的不同缺陷,并进行分离。  相似文献

This review summarizes the development of particle-based numerical manifold method (PNMM) and its applications to rock dynamics. The fundamental principle of numerical manifold method (NMM) is first briefly introduced. Then, the history of the newly developed PNMM is given. Basic idea of PNMM and its simulation procedure are presented. Considering that PNMM could be regarded as an NMM-based model, a comparison of PNMM and NMM is discussed from several points of view in this paper. Besides, accomplished applications of PNMM to the dynamic rock fracturing are also reviewed. Finally, some recommendations are provided for the future work of PNMM.  相似文献

针对当前较多图像复制-粘贴篡改检测算法主要依靠图像的灰度信息来检测图像特征,没有考虑图像的色彩特征,使其存在误检与漏检的不足,引入余弦调制高斯滤波(cosine modulated Gaussian,CMG),设计了基于颜色度量因子与局部特征聚类的图像复制-粘贴篡改检测算法。利用CMG来求取图像的尺度响应值,并通过极值计算来提取图像的候选特征点;再利用像素点的光谱反射模型来建立颜色度量因子,从候选特征点中确定图像的鲁棒特征点。构建特征点的邻域圆,并求取该圆域中的四元数指数矩(quaternion exponent moments,QEM),从而得到相应的特征向量;利用特征向量来计算特征点间的欧氏距离,完成图像的特征匹配。最后,利用匹配点对的R、G、B值,形成特征点的局部特征,实现图像特征的聚类,准确定位复制-粘贴伪造内容。仿真结果显示,较当前的复制-粘贴伪造检测方法而言,对于简单的复制-粘贴篡改和复杂组合篡改,所提方法都具备更高的检测精度与鲁棒性。  相似文献
