研究了3种微通道板基底羟基化的方法,测量了羟基化处理后微通道板基底表面水接触角及通道端面的形貌变化,分析了各种方法中微通道板基底的亲水性和腐蚀情况。实验结果表明:氨水双氧水溶液对基体表面的亲水性能提升不大,NaOH溶液对基体有腐蚀作用,经食人鱼溶液处理的基体表面亲水性明显提高且无腐蚀作用。研究了微通道板在食人鱼溶液中的浸泡时间和浸泡温度对表面亲水性的影响。结果表明:随着浸泡温度的增加,微通道板表面水接触角先减小后增大,当温度为80℃时达到极小值,浸泡时间对微通道板表面的亲水性影响不大。最终确定了微通道板表面羟基化工艺:浸泡温度为80℃,静置时间为20~60 min。 相似文献

A cheap and commercially available small molecule (namely EPPDI) is introduced to the active layer of N2200-based all polymer solar cells as a solid additive. EPPDI at the optimal ratio can improve the D-A nano-scale morphology and reduce trap density of the active layer by filling morphological spaces. As a result, the photovoltaic performance of the resulting devices based on PF2:N2200 are increased from 6.28% to 7.03% with significantly enhanced fill factor. The microstructure evolution in 3D was studied by X-ray microtomography to reveal the relation between topology of pore networks and characteristic length in viscous sintering. The mean intercept length was defined from solid/pore interface for characterizing the length of solid phase and pore phase. The increase of the characteristic length with densification was termed as domain coarsening. The topological pore evolution was analyzed by using genus. The characteristic length increased with decreasing genus in the intermediate stage. The domain coarsening takes place as a natural consequence of pore evolution in viscous sintering, i.e., the decrease of total surface area concurrent with the topological transformations. 相似文献

为研究固液两相磨粒流加工喷嘴小孔过程中的流场分布、涡旋形成规律及涡旋的存在对磨粒流加工的影响机制,采用Smagorinsky亚格子模型对磨粒流加工喷嘴小孔的流道进行大涡数值模拟,并使用磨粒流对变直径喷嘴工件进行加工试验。数值模拟发现磨粒流流体中磨粒与壁面的碰撞与剪切作用随流体的速度增大而增大,同一截面的速度存在速度差,其中还伴随涡旋的存在;通过试验研究发现:经固液两相磨粒流加工后的喷嘴小孔表面质量得到明显提高,喷嘴经过四次不同入口速度的磨粒流加工后大孔处表面粗糙度Ra由1.24 μm降至0.542 μm,小孔处表面粗糙度Ra由1.21 μm降至0.437 μm。结论显示固液两相磨粒流加工技术可有效提高被加工喷嘴工件的内表面质量,加工时同一截面的速度存在速度差,速度差的存在利于涡旋的形成,涡旋的存在利于提高磨粒流加工过程的剪切作用,有助于获得高质量的喷嘴小孔内通道表面。 相似文献

Development of high performance anode materials with resisting coking and sulfur poisoning is significant for the practical application of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). Here we report a nickel-free double perovskite anode material Sr2TiFe0.5Mo0.5O6–δ (STFM05), which exhibits excellent electrochemical performance using H2 as fuel and acceptable electrochemical stability in syngas fuel containing H2S. At 800 °C, the STFM05 anode shows the electrical conductivity value of 22.3 S cm?1 in H2 and the maximum power densities of 547 and 215 mWcm?2 with electrolyte-supported cell using H2 and syngas as fuels, respectively. The single cell with STFM05 anode shows a relatively stable electrochemical performance in syngas at 750 °C, and no carbon deposition is detected by Raman spectroscopy. In addition, STFM05 anode is thermally and chemically compatible with the La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3?δ and Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 electrolytes in reducing atmosphere. These preliminary results suggest that the STFM05 double perovskite is a promising candidate of anode material with coking resistance and sulfur tolerance for use in SOFCs. 相似文献

将超声辅助离子液体/阴离子表面活性剂双水相萃取和高效液相色谱法相结合,建立一种简单、绿色、高效的分析方法用于检测虎杖中的虎杖苷和白藜芦醇。本研究以水溶性离子液体为萃取剂,以阴离子表面活性剂为成相盐,在超声的辅助作用下,目标分析物被萃取于离子液体中。实验结果表明,最佳提取条件为:以400μL 1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为萃取剂,0.16 g十二烷基苯磺酸钠为成相盐,样品溶液pH 7.0,超声时间20 min,超声功率160 W。各化合物在线性范围内都具有良好的线性关系(r0.9995),日内和日间精密度分别低于3.27%和6.31%,检出限和定量限分别为2.8~12.3和9.4~41.1 ng/mL,样品加标回收率在86.88~94.13%之间。本研究采用离子液体代替传统的有机溶剂作为萃取剂,集提取、分离和纯化于一体,具有操作简单、溶剂用量少、提取时间短等优点,可广泛应用于中药活性成分的提取与分析。 相似文献

子射线法(Raylet method)基于走时场的互易性,可用于多路径射线的计算。针对子射线法在拾取总走时(源点到给定点走时与接收点到给定点走时之和)场极值中存在的困难与稳定性问题,提出利用反插值求取总走时场中走时横向或纵向一阶导数为零的点来构成射线路径。此外,结合多级次计算策略,利用上述算法得到了全部的续至射线。在均匀介质和垂向梯度介质中,通过与解析结果的数值对比,发现计算网格尺度与导数算子长度对上述算法的精度有一定影响;在横向变速介质中,数值试验表明该算法相对于常规运动学射线追踪只有很小的计算偏差,其对横向变速具有很强的适应能力。低速体模型和Marmousi模型试算结果表明,本文算法对复杂模型具有令人满意的计算精度和计算效率。 相似文献

The proton transport can be enhanced by properly controlling the chemical structure of side chains. In this work, polyelectrolytes supported on poly (arylene ether ketone), decorated with four kinds of nitrogen-heterocycles, were prepared as alternative materials for high-temperature proton exchange membrane (HT-PEM) applications. Particularly, the “prominent basic” alongside backbone makes positive imidazole group more effective than other three to promote phosphoric acid doping, enhance proton conductivity and avoid phosphoric acid leakage. The obtained BrPAEK-MeIm1.6 membranes (1.6 imidazole/unit), with PA doping level of 19.2 in 1 h acid absorption process, exhibited the conductivity of 0.091 S cm?1 at 170 °C. Under harsh experimental conditions, membrane with higher imidazole exhibited relatively higher phosphoric acid retention ability (27% enhancement). The stability of proton conductivity has also been demonstrated, which indicates that the PA/BrPAEK-MeIm1.6 come to an equilibrium state with 77.7% of initial conductivity after 5 h. Then, there is almost negligible conductivity loss within 30 h. These results provide a basic understanding of nitrogen-heterocyclic addition and PA absorption and open up avenues for further research in this area. 相似文献
