To reduce the energy consumption of the shrimp blanching process and improve the economic value of the blanched product, a transcritical CO2 heat pump blanching system (THPB system) was designed in this paper. The trends of astaxanthin were investigated at atmospheric pressure near boiling temperature, combined with the color and structural properties of shrimp samples, and the optimal blanching times of 270 s and 240 s were obtained at 90°C and 95°C, respectively. In contrast to the fuel blanching system (FB system) at 100°C, the annual standard coal consumption of the THPB system with 90°C blanching is decreased by 79%, and the annual operating cost can be saved by CNY 63,800, with a payback period of about 3.13 years.Industrial relevanceBlanching is one of the effective ways to prolong the shelf life of shrimp. However, the research on the blanching time and temperature of shrimp is not comprehensive. In addition, the traditional fuel blanching process has high energy consumption and pollution, and can no longer meet the quality requirements of the modern food processing industry. Heat pump has been shown to have better performance in food drying, but it is less used in blanching. The information presented in this study may provide other insights into food processing.  相似文献

A new type of high-temperature-resistant SiZrBOC ceramics was prepared by sol-gel method using polymethyl-hydro siloxane (PMHS), boric acid (B(OH)3), and n-propyl zirconate (Zr(OPr)4) as raw materials. After high-temperature pyrolysis, the SiZrBOC precursor was transformed into a crystalline ceramic material with a yield of 89.5 wt%. Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were applied to characterize the polymer-ceramic conversion process and thermal behavior of ceramic precursors. According to the results, the addition of boron elements led to the formation of Si-O-B links in the system. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the phase composition and microstructure of SiZrBOC ceramics. Finally, the oxidation test at 1200 °C revealed that SiZrBOC ceramics with a boron/zirconium molar ratio of 2.5:1 exhibited the best oxidation resistance at a weight gain of 0.4 wt% only.  相似文献

Manipulating the critical switching field between antiferroelectric (AFE) state and ferroelectric (FE) is an important concept for tuning the energy storage performance of AFEs. As one of the lead-based AFE systems, Pb(Lu1/2Nb1/2)O3 promises high potential in the miniaturization of pulsed power capacitors, but the extremely high critical switching field and low induced saturated polarization demonstrate severe drawbacks with respect to temperature stability and flexibility. Here, A-site Ba2+ doping engineering is used to effectively reduce the critical switching field and improve the saturated polarization in BaxPb1-x(Lu1/2Nb1/2)O3 (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.08, abbreviated as xBa-PLN) ceramics. We found the AFE-FE phase transition can be occurred at 80ºC with a high energy storage density of 4.03 J/cm3 for Ba0.06Pb0.94(Lu1/2Nb1/2)O3 ceramic. Our results show that Ba2+ additions destroy the antiparallel structure of AFE phase, and finally reduce the critical switching field, demonstrating a potential alternative to modulate the energy storage performance of AFEs.  相似文献

In this paper, a new kinetic model considering both oxidation and volatilization kinetics is established and applied to analyze the oxidation of SiC-B4C-xAl2O3 ceramics and other systems in various oxidation conditions. The effects of diffusion area and volume changes during the oxidation process are considered in this model. The physical meaning of each parameter in this model is explicit and simple. According to this model, the diffusion coefficient of species and the corresponding diffusion activation energy are easily available. The practicability of this model is well verified by the experimental data of SiC-B4C-xAl2O3 and other systems oxidized under different conditions. In addition, the practice shows that the model is applicable not only to the systems where oxidation and volatilization coexist, but also to the system where only oxidation plays a major role. We hope the model proposed in this work can be used in other materials with more complex environments.  相似文献

针对高帧频、全局曝光和光谱平坦等成像应用需求,设计了一款高光谱成像用CMOS图像传感器。其光敏元采用PN型光电二极管,读出电路采用5T像素结构。采用列读出电路以及高速多通道模拟信号并行读出的设计方案来获得低像素固定图像噪声(FPN)和非均匀性抑制。芯片采用ASMC 0.35μm三层金属两层多晶硅标准CMOS工艺流片,为了抑制光电二极管的光谱干涉效应,后续进行了光谱平坦化VAE特殊工艺,并对器件的光电性能进行了测试评估。电路测试结果符合理论设计预期,成像效果良好,像素具备积分可调和全局快门功能,最终实现的像素规模为512×256,像元尺寸为30μm×30μm,最大满阱电子为400 ke^(-),FPN小于0.2%,动态范围为72 dB,帧频为450 f/s,相邻10 nm波段范围内量子效率相差小于10%,可满足高光谱成像系统对CMOS成像器件的要求。  相似文献

The effects of ohmic heating (OH) and conventional heating (CON) on the structural and physical properties of soybean protein isolate (SPI) and SPI films were studied. When the electric field was varied from 0 to 12 V·cm−1, the fluorescence intensity, average particle size, and polydispersity index (PDI) of the OH-SPI were the least at 9 V·cm−1 and increased thereafter. Meanwhile, the free SH-group content and surface hydrophobicity were the maximum at 9 V·cm−1 and decreased thereafter. Moreover, the α-helix content decreased and the random coil content increased noticeably at 12 V·cm−1. In terms of the properties of the SPI films, the mechanical properties and water resistance of the OH-SPI films were superior to those of the CON-SPI films. When the electric field was 9 V·cm−1, the tensile strength of the OH-SPI film increased from 2.76 MPa to 4.34 MPa, and the elongation at break of the OH-SPI films improved. Moreover, the water resistance of the OH-SPI films was the best at this electric field.  相似文献

Core–rim structures were observed as common features in Y-α-SiAlON ceramics hot-pressed between 1550?1950 °C. We found most dopants were taken into α’-rims, and a transition layer grown first on α-cores from liquid-phase over-saturated with metal solutes. Elongated β’-grain were formed as minor phase with α’- or AlN-cores thus only after the α’ matrix had consumed up all Y solutes, revealing that the α’ → β’ transformation is controlled by the transient liquid-phase and similar defects and dangling bonds could be detected in both SiAlON phases by cathodoluminescence. Quantitative assessment of Ym/3Si12?(m+n)Alm+nOnN16?n demonstrates the multiphase evolution, initiated by over-saturation of Y solutes at low temperatures thus retaining α-phase as cores to lower the infra-red transmittance, dictated by homogenization of Al solutes at higher temperature. The elimination of those phase boundaries leads to better dopant and sintering design for achieving transparent and high-performance SiAlON ceramics.  相似文献

BiFeO3 thin films, specifically those fabricated by chemical solution deposition, suffer from severe leakage that hinder the acquirements of their intrinsic high polarizations and are thus normally not considered for use in practical electronics. The controlled fabrication of thin films with reduced leakage is of vital importance. In the present work, BiFeO3 films (with thicknesses below ~300 nm), assisted by an interfacial amorphous layer, were fabricated by chemical solution deposition on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates. This facile method facilitates the growth of the mentioned amorphous layer, and the ferroelectric properties of the obtained films were greatly enhanced. The conducting mechanisms of both types of thin films were systematically investigated to understand the impact of the designed interface. The results not only advance the potential use of BiFeO3 thin films in electromechanical devices but also promote chemical solution deposition as a promising methodology for the fabrication of high-quality ferroelectric films with compressed leakage.  相似文献

The tribological behaviors of the 700 °C annealed sintered polycrystalline diamond (PCD) at various relative humidity (RH) levels were systematically investigated. The comparison of tribological behaviors between the 700 °C annealed PCD and the pristine PCD was made to further understand the tribological mechanisms. The results reveal that the friction inducing carbonaceous transfer film and oxidation and hydrolysis induced tribochemistry reaction dominant the tribological behaviors of the annealed PCD at various RH levels. The low coefficient of friction (COF) obtained in dry environments is attributed to carbonaceous transfer film on the worn Si3N4 surface, which was formed by the layers shearing action of massive tiny diamond grains exfoliated from the annealed PCD surface. The graphitization, oxidation and stress relaxation of the PCD induced by the 700 °C annealing treatment make the tiny diamond grains more easily to exfoliate and be grinded on the Si3N4 interface. It facilitates the formation of friction reducing carbonaceous transfer film, and finally results in the 30% lower COFs than those of pristine PCD at low RH levels (5%–50% RH). Meanwhile, an enhanced wear resistance of PCD can be achieved after 700 °C annealing treatment. The tribochemistry reaction induced by the oxidation and hydrolysis of Si3N4 governs the tribological behaviors of the annealed PCD at high RH levels (60%–99.9% RH). It reveals higher COFs accompanied with serious wear of Si3N4 ball and nearly no wear loss of annealed PCD. The produced SiO2 and silicic acid embeds into massive spalling pits on the annealed PCD surface, resulting in slighter wear of the PCD and Si3N4 than that of the pristine PCD/Si3N4. These results propose that the tribological behaviors of PCD under humid environment can be significantly improved by the 700 °C annealing treatment.  相似文献

For the successful application of boundary lubrication, detailed investigations about the influence of preparation process on molecular films are needed. In this paper, a specially designed device was used for the film preparation. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) combined with atomic force microscope (AFM) was employed to characterize the surface morphology and nanotribological behavior of molecular films. After the liquid phase deposition, molecular films are randomly and densely distributed over Ti-doped diamond-like carbon (Ti-DLC) substrates. Through rigorous surface treatments, island-like molecular films were finally achieved on substrate surfaces. The surface friction of molecular films is obviously lower than that of Ti-DLC surfaces. Then, pin-on-disk tribotests were performed to study the macrofriction behavior of molecular films under different preparation parameters. Based on the orthogonal experiment, the effect of five preparation parameters (solution weight percent, smearing force and processing time of three smearing steps) on initial friction coefficient of molecular films was investigated. The results indicated that the order of significance levels is as follows: processing time of the second smearing step > solution weight percent > processing time of step 1 > processing time of step 3 > smearing force. For the purpose of friction reduction, the appropriate level ranges are 0.75% (Solution), 2.5 N–15 N (Force), 1 min–10 min (Step 1), 1 min–2 min (Step 2) and 1 min, 2 min, 5 min and 15 min (Step 3). The initial friction coefficient under the optimized conditions is around 0.112, and the equilibrium friction coefficient is around 0.162, which is lower than that of unlubricated Ti-DLC substrates.  相似文献
