The interfacial delamination of electrode/ceramic multilayer structure will seriously damage the reliability of low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) module in practical applications. In this work, three kinds of glasses employed in Au electrode are designed and prepared to study the abnormal expansion and delamination process in the Au/ceramic LTCC multilayer structure. The interfacial delamination in the co-fired structure is found to be attributed to the abnormal expansion of glass in respect to Au electrode at high temperature, which is originated from the enlarged closed pores during the co-firing process. This conclusion is further confirmed by co-firing the sample in a low-pressure condition. The mechanism and elimination of interfacial delamination here provides a feasible solution for the design of novel glasses in Au electrode for LTCC applications.  相似文献

An ultra-wideband transition from coplanar waveguide (CPW) to a pair of microstrip lines is presented in this letter. It is shown that the proposed transition can be used to devise an ultra-wideband T-junction power divider with equally split in-phase output signals. More importantly, it is demonstrated that the out-of-phase magnetic currents in the slots of the CPW can be utilized to achieve an out-of-phase power divider or a balun. Both the T-junction power divider and the balun benefit from compact size and good performance over an ultra wide frequency band from 3 to 16 GHz. Prototypes of both proposed devices are fabricated and measured to provide an experimental verification on the concept and numerically predicted features.  相似文献

The temperature and dc bias stability of the dielectric constant and loss tangent of CaCu3Ti4O12 samples sintered under different oxygen atmospheres are discussed. The results suggest that the metal-oxygen vacancy related defects not only provide the charge carriers for the conduction (defect doping) but also contribute to the huge permittivity in the way of defect dipoles repositioning under charge carrier hopping. The charge localization in a specific copper-oxygen vacancy defect complex is the reason of the huge and stable permittivity and low dielectric loss in the middle temperature range, 90 K-200 K (20 Hz), while the implementation of the large barrier layer height needs a contribution by the titanium oxygen vacancy related trap charges in the grain boundaries, which also lead to a second permittivity stable range in a higher temperature range 200 K–300 K.  相似文献

In this paper, the observer design problem for the sideslip angle of ground vehicles is investigated. The sideslip angle is an important signal for the vehicle lateral stability, which is not measurable by using an affordable physical sensor. Therefore, we aim to estimate the sideslip angle with the yaw rate measurements by employing the vehicle dynamics. The nonlinear lateral dynamics is modeled firstly. As the tyre model is nonlinear and the road adhesive coefficient is subject to a large variation, the nonlinear lateral dynamics is transformed into an uncertain model. Considering the variation of longitudinal velocity, an uncertain linear-parameter-varying (LPV) system is obtained. Based on the LPV model, a gain-scheduling observer is proposed and the observer gain can be determined with off-line computation and on-line computation. The off-line computation includes the calculation of a set of linear matrix inequalities and the on-line computation contains several algebraic operations. The proposed design methodology is applied to a four-wheel-independent-drive electric vehicle in simulation. It infers from different maneuvers that the designed observer has a good performance on estimating the sideslip angle.  相似文献

This study used a traditional solid-state reaction method to prepare a series of composite ceramics in the 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-(0.3-x)ZnAl2O4-xTiO2 ternary system. Crystalline phases and microstructure of Mg4Nb2O9-ZnAl2O4-TiO2 dielectric ceramic composites were investigated and correlated with the relevant dielectric properties. It was observed that the addition of Ti4+ substituted Nb5+ in the Mg4Nb2O9 structure, which promoted the decomposition of Mg4Nb2O9 to form the second phase, Mg5Nb4O15, during sintering. The synergistic effect of ZnAl2O4-TiO2 co-doping promoted the Mg4Nb2O9 ceramic densification. The sample (0.7Mg4Nb2O9-(0.3-x)ZnAl2O4-xTiO2) with x = 0.15?0.2 exhibited dielectric constants of 13–14, larger than those of ZnAl2O4, Mg4Nb2O9 and Mg5Nb4O15, due to the NbO6 octahedra distortion resulting from the substitution of Al3+/Ti4+ for Nb5+ in Mg4Nb2O9 and Mg5Nb4O15. The long-range order of the NbO6 octahedra was enhanced by co-doping ZnAl2O4 and TiO2, thereby enhancing the Qxf value. A dielectric constant of 13.1, Qxf value of 366,000 GHz and a τf of ?60.8 ppm/°C were obtained from 1300 °C sintered 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-0.15ZnAl2O4-0.15TiO2. These results show that 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-0.15 ZnAl2O4-0.15TiO2 ceramic is a good candidate for microwave electronic device applications.  相似文献

High-entropy (HE) ceramics nanoparticles have received much attention due to their interesting properties. However, very limited studies have been conducted on their sintering. Here, we report the sintering behavior of HE A2B2O7 type rare earth oxide nanoparticles obtained by polyol process. HE cerate (HECe) (La0.2Y0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Gd0.2)2Ce2O7-δ is chosen as an exemplary case, which is considered as a good candidate for thermal insulation. HECe nanoparticles with size of 2.6–7.1 nm can be synthesized through polyol process followed by annealing in air at 300–700 °C. HECe nanoparticle compact can be densified by directly sintering at 1500 °C. The sintering temperature could be further decreased using a two-step sintering process, i.e., 1500 °C 5 min-1300 °C 5 h. Our results show that fine particle and abundant oxygen vacancies probably dominate the densification process. By controlling the sintering regime, we can tune the microstructure of HECe ceramics and thermal conductive properties accordingly.  相似文献

A non-contact method is proposed to characterize graphene at microwave frequency by combining Raman spectroscopy and Amphenol Precision Connector (APC-7). The CVD-grown graphene is transferred to the ring-shape Teflon substrate and characterized by Raman spectroscopy to estimate its doping density and the related Fermi energy. The graphene is then sandwiched between two APC-7 coaxial connectors and S parameters under transverse electromagnetic (TEM) mode normal incident waves are measured to extract the surface conductivity through transmission matrix, in which the de-embedding process can be avoided. By combing the Kubo formula with our proposed circuit model, the scattering rate of graphene on Teflon substrate is obtained and analyzed.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new nonlinear tracking control scheme with simultaneous unknown mass identification for magnetic suspension systems. Specifically, an amplitude-saturated adaptive control law is developed to achieve stable tracking and accurately estimate the unknown suspended mass simultaneously. The stability is assured with rigorous Lyapunov-based analysis. As far as we know, this is the first continuous control method for magnetic suspension systems with unknown levitated ball mass and actuator saturation, yielding an asymptotic result to achieve simultaneous tracking control and mass identification. Through hardware experiments, we verify the performance of the proposed method and compare it with existing methods.  相似文献
