This work investigates the influence of niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5) as dopant, on the structural, magnetic, and dielectric properties of NiZnCo ferrites. The results showed that Nb2O5 was an effective dopant, and the Nb5+ ions entered the B site to replace Fe3+ ions, which altered the electromagnetic properties of the NiZnCo ferrite. In particular, the coercivity (Hc) was 20~24 Oe, and the magnetic quality factor (Q), was more than 200 at x = 0 and x = 0.1 wt%, which is 4~5 times higher than that of NiZn and NiCuZn ferrites. Excellent electromagnetic properties were obtained for 0.1 wt% Nb2O5-doped NiZnCo ferrite, i.e., Ms = 88.3 emu/g, Hc =20.4 Oe, ρ = 2.4 × 105 Ω m and Q = 202 @20 MHz. These excellent electromagnetic properties of Nb2O5-doped NiZnCo ferrites could be potentially applied to resonators and capacitors at high frequency.  相似文献

An analytical model is presented to study the dynamics of wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) networks with waveband switching (WBS). The reduced load approximation method is considered to compute approximated network blocking probabilities in WBS-based WDM networks. The analytical model considers the link blocking probability due to insufficient link capacity and an impact of the waveband granularity (G). The analytical model also considers the node blocking probability due to unavailability of a switch port at the wavelength cross connect (WXC) layer of an Hierarchical cross connect (HXC) switch node. The set of nonlinear equations is obtained with the link independence assumption and solved using repeated substitutions. The accuracy of the analytical model is examined by comparing with simulation results considering the random-fit algorithm for waveband and wavelength assignments in different network scenarios. Lightpaths are routed between source and destination (s-d) HXC switch nodes using shortest path first (SPF) routing. An impact of the switch parameter to limit the input and the output WXC switch ports of an HXC switching node is also being investigated using the analytical model as well as through simulation results.  相似文献

基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)工艺,提出一种多层圆片堆叠的THz硅微波导结构及其制作方法。为了验证该结构在制作THz无源器件中的优势,基于6层圆片堆叠的硅微波导结构,设计了一种中心频率365 GHz、带宽80 GHz的功率分配/合成结构,并对其进行了仿真。研究了制作该结构的工艺流程,攻克了工艺过程中的关键技术,包括硅深槽刻蚀技术和多层热压键合技术,并给出了工艺结果。最终实现了多层圆片堆叠功率分配/合成结构的工艺制作和测试。测试结果表明,尽管样品的插入损耗较仿真值增加3 dB左右,考虑到加工误差和夹具损耗等情况,样品主要技术指标与设计值较为一致。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a novel narrow-frame antenna with a size of 75 × 8 × 5.8 mm3 for 5.7 in. mobile phones. The antenna mainly consists of a monopole with four branches that are coupled to a two-branch grounded strip. Our antenna is able to cover more bands than other narrow-frame antennas by excitation of several resonant modes. The improved range of the antenna covers the following eleven bands: LTE700, GSM850, GSM900, DCS, PCS, UMTS, LTE2300, LTE2500, LTE3400 (3400–3800 MHz)/WiMAX3.5 GHz (3400–3650 MHz), WLAN5.2 GHz (5150–5350 MHz) and WLAN5.8 GHz (5725–5875 MHz). Another advantage of the proposed antenna is that it does not need any lumped element to match the antenna. The working principles of the proposed antenna are thoroughly studied. A prototype of the proposed antenna is fabricated and measured, with the results in good agreement with the simulation results.  相似文献

Sodium 9,10-anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate (Na2AQ26DS, 130 mAh g−1) with polyanionic character and two O–Na ionic bonds is used as an organic cathode for Li-ion batteries. Na2AQ26DS exhibits highly impressive cycle stability in ether electrolytes due to its polyanionic character and the effective suppression of solvent-molecule co-intercalation. In half cells (1–3.9 V vs. Li+/Li) using 1 M bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide lithium salt (LiTFSI) in 1,3-dioxolane/dimethoxyethane (DOL/DME), Na2AQ26DS delivers a highly stable specific capacity of 123 mAh g−1 at 50 mA g−1 for 900 cycles (6-month test) and realizes ∼69 mAh g−1 for 2800 cycles at 500 mA g−1. In the full cells with the reduced state (Li4TP) of lithium terephthalate (Li2TP) as the organic anode, the resulting Li4TP II Na2AQ26DS organic lithium-ion batteries (OLIBs) can display a highly stable average discharge capacity of 120 mAh g−1cathode for 100 cycles at 50 mA g−1 and ∼63 mAh g−1cathode for 1200 cycles at 500 mA g−1 in 0.2–3.3 V.  相似文献

四元数调制(Quaternion Modulation,QMod)是一种新型高传输速率的极化调制(Polarized Modulation,PMod)技术,是未来卫星通信系统中极具潜力的多元调制方案之一。QMod将数据块分成4块,其中两块是传输数据信号,另外两块则映射到极化状态部分。每个极化状态块均有一位比特,那么它们可以产生4个极化状态组合。这些状态组合可以用来确定传输数据块在四元数4个不同维度中的位置,从而获得两位额外的传输比特。相比于传统的PMod技术,QMod有着更高的频谱效率。为了进一步挖掘QMod的潜力,介绍了由可重构智能表面(Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface,RIS)辅助的QMod系统,同时推导了该系统的平均误码率理论上界,并在瑞利信道下进行了BER性能仿真。仿真结果表明,RIS辅助的PMod或者QMod系统即便在较低的SNR情况下仍有良好的BER性能,并且随着RIS单元数的增多,其BER性能会逐步提升。  相似文献

The modified 0.7Ba (Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.3Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (BCZN) powders filled PTFE composites were synthesized by hot-pressing. The influences of BCZN content on the microstructure, dielectric, thermal, mechanical properties and moisture absorption were investigated systematically. The modified BCZN powders filled PTFE composites exhibited better microstructure and dielectric properties compared with untreated powders. Various mathematic models were utilized to predict the dielectric constant of different composites and the effective medium theory (EMT) showed perfect consistency with the experimental results. The modified BCZN/PTFE composites possess the best comprehensive properties at the powders content of 50 vol% with high dielectric constant (εr) of 7.7, low loss (tanδ) of 0.0014, acceptable temperature coefficient of dielectric constant (τε) of −125.6 ppm/°C and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of 29.4 ppm/°C at 7 GHz, low moisture absorption of 0.07% and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 33 ppm/°C. All the results show modified BCZN/PTFE composites are the potential materials for microwave substrate applications.  相似文献

When multiple single-antenna half-duplex (HD) nodes communicate with a full-duplex (FD) base station equipped with multiple transmit and receive antennas, the uplink nodes would generate inter-node interference (INI) on the downlink nodes. We propose a base station assisted INI suppression scheme. The scheme is to design a proper amplify-and-forward matrix at the base station so that the sum achievable rate of the uplink and downlink is maximized. We derive the close-form expression of the amplify-and-forward matrix, which is the product of a parameter optimization and a zero-forcing beamforming (ZFBF) matrices. Finally, we investigate the performance of the proposed INI suppression scheme in a single cell.  相似文献

A phaser-based processing technique was adopted in an UWB over fiber system employing SOA. The target is to simultaneously reduce the ASE noise impact and nonlinear effects inherent to optical amplification.
