我国中空吹塑行业发展现状及“十四五”期间重点产品、工艺和设备发展方向

从原料、中空成型机和吹塑工艺等方面介绍了我国中空吹塑行业发展现状，并对电子化学品专用超洁净桶、高压储氢四型瓶、全电动中空成型机、微发泡中空成型技术和挤吹聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）容器等在“十四五”期间的重点产品、工艺和设备发展方向进行了展望。     

阳泉地区“老窑水”现状及治理对策探究

阳泉地区的“老窑水”目前已在部分区域出露,对区域地表水和喀斯特地下水水质造成了一定的影响。因此,本文在充分了解“老窑水”成因及对阳泉地区的影响的基础上,针对区域现状,按照分类制定、综合施策的原则,系统探究了“源头控、末端治”有效结合的治理方案,可为当地“老窑水”治理提供参考,以期为其他类似地区的“老窑水”治理提供借鉴。     

能源监管领域违法所得法律内涵和认定方式浅析

能源行业法律法规设置了“没收违法所得”行政处罚方式,但违法所得这一概念还存在很多模糊认识,具体认定方式也需要进一步明确。在不同行政机关对违法所得的法律概念存在较大分歧时,能源监管领域应遵循违法所得固有含义和立法原意,结合能源行业的基本特点,采取利润说观点定义违法所得概念,并以全部收人扣减合理支出方式进行计算。     

Styrenated urethane oil synthesis via CuAAC “click” chemistry approach

In this study, a novel route for the modification of sunflower oil-based partial triglycerides with styrene (St) was described. For this purpose, in the first step, copolymers of St and 4-chloromethyl styrene (P(St-co-CMS)) were synthesized by free radical polymerization (FRP) and controlled/living radical polymerization (nitroxide mediated radical polymerization (NMRP)) methods. In the second step, chloro groups of these samples were transformed into azido groups by using NaN₃/DMF and then azido groups were coupled with propargyl alcohol to achieve hydroxyl functional polystyrene chain (PSt-OH) via Cu(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) “click” chemistry approach. Finally, alcohol groups of PSt-OH and the partial glyceride (PG) were combined by the reaction with toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI). As a result, styrenated urethane oil (PG-TDI-PSt) was obtained as an oil-based binder. The structures were determined by FT-IR, ¹H NMR and GPC analyses, and film properties of the products were examined according to the related standards. (PG-TDI-PSt) gave good film properties, and therefore could be considered as an applicable oil-based binder.     

Electromagnetic transients in the control system of output parameters of a solar power plant in Tajikistan Central Asia region

At present, as the demand for electricity increases in all sectors, there is an urgent need to introduce alternative renewable energy sources into modern energy systems. Renewable energy sources, which consist of solar (photovoltaic, PV), wind and hydro power, are key alternative sources of “green energy’’ energies, but it can also be used to produce “green” hydrogen. Thanks to scientific and technological progress, the cost of photovoltaic solar radiation converters is constantly decreasing at a high rate, which makes it possible to build solar power plants of sufficiently large capacity. In the coming decades, solar energy will become an incentive for the economic development of countries that have the maximum “solar” resource. The Republic of Tajikistan is one of these countries with a high potential for solar energy.The article presents an analysis of the resources and potential of solar energy in the Republic of Tajikistan. The study of electromagnetic transients in networks with photovoltaic solar power plants is performed. The main equations, simulation model and calculations of transients are presented, taking into account changes in voltage on DC buses. An algorithm for controlling the system of automatic control of output parameters is proposed. The analysis of dynamic and static modes in parallel operation of a solar power plant with the grid is carried out. A block diagram and computer model is constructed in the MATLAB package together with Simulink and Power System Blockset.     

MG410采煤机滚筒辅助叶片板的增设与应用

针对MG170/410-WD滚筒式采煤机在大倾角、仰角、“三软”煤层使用中遗漏在机道中的浮煤多、装煤效率低等问题,通过添加螺旋板数量对采煤机滚筒进行改造。改造后,在滚筒转速不变的情况下,提高抛煤效率,缩短了工作面割煤和工作面空顶时间,提高了装煤效率,从源头上降低了顶板管理的安全风险。

由于学科特性与教学要求,“软件工程”课程教学对实践性和系统性的要求极高。PBL教学模式作为一种自主式教学的新型模式,在教育领域受到广泛关注。文章基于PBL教学模式的特点及优势,结合“软件工程”课程教学改革趋势及教学实践中面临的主要困境,系统分析了PBL教学模式应用于“软件工程”课程教学的途径,以期为促进“软件工程”的课程教学改革及教学质量提高提供参考及借鉴。     

Premixed hydrogen-air flame front dynamics in channels with central and peripheral ignition

Experimental and analytical study of burning hydrogen-air mixtures with 12, 13, and 15 vol% hydrogen concentrations in channels with central and peripheral ignition was performed. Flame propagation speeds were determined by shadow and infrared high-speed imaging in the transverse and longitudinal directions, respectively. It was found that the increase in the flame front speed during the peripheral ignition reaches up to 1.7 times compared to the central ignition depending on mixture content. The pressure growth rate was examined in a closed channel. It was estimated that the time to reach a maximum pressure is 1.1 times less in the case or peripheral ignition than the central one. An analytical model was formed to describe the dynamics of the flame front in both cases. The model of a “reversed finger-flame” generated by a peripheral ignition was presented. The obtained results could be used in designing hydrogen-fueled combustible engines with the reduced knock-effect.
