It is important to develop the advanced coal to chemicals industry (ACCI) against a backdrop of coal-based energy structures,excessive imported oil and natural gas,and strict environmental con-straints in China.In this study,the technology and industry of China's ACCI are reviewed to explain the effect of using coal to replace oil and natural gas,and the corresponding resource and environmental burdens that this will create.Development trends in technology and industry are also proposed to explore future scenarios.The review shows that although excellent progress has been made on an indus-trial scale,demonstrative level,and in terms of technology and equipment,the lack of strategic under-standing,severe external constraints,partly underdeveloped technologies,and weak foundations must be immediately addressed.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the importance that the ACCI has on the energy revolution and energy system.Based on technological innovation,a variety of external factors should be considered as a whole with emphasis on filling the knowledge gap of theoretical foundations and industry standards to support high-quality development for ACCI.  相似文献

PurposeTo determine whether orthokeratology (OK) induced treatment zone (TZ) diameter can be reduced by altering OK lens design, and if so the impact of modifying TZ diameter on relative peripheral refraction (RPR).Methods16 subjects (mean age 23.4 ± 1.5 years; 8 female) completed the study. Standard (Control) OK lens design (PJ, Capricornia, Australia) or a modified version (Test) where the back optic zone diameter was reduced, and back optic zone asphericity and intermediate lens curves were altered, were worn overnight only for 7-nights in a randomised double masked order, with a minimum 1-week wash out (no lens wear) between lens designs. Full correction of refractive error was targeted. Refraction; best corrected visual acuity (BCVA); RPR (Shin-Nippon NVision-k 5001) along the horizontal and vertical meridians; and corneal topography (Medmont E300) were measured before starting lens wear and in the morning after lens removal after the seventh night of lens wear for both lens designs. TZ diameter and decentration was calculated from corneal topography.ResultsAfter 7-nights of wear both lens designs created -2.00D refraction effect with no significant difference in refractive effect or change to BCVA between the designs. The Test design created a significantly smaller horizontal (4.78 ± 0.37 vs 5.70 ± 0.37 mm, p < 0.001) and vertical (5.09 ± 0.51 vs 5.92 ± 0.51 mm p < 0.001) TZ diameter. The TZ was decentered inferior temporal with no significant difference between designs. There was no significant difference between the lens designs in RPR along the horizontal and vertical meridians at any measurement period.ConclusionsOK induced TZ diameter can be reliably reduced by altering OK lens design without detrimentally effecting lens centration or refractive effect. Reducing TZ diameter did not alter RPR, though measurement artifacts could be responsible for masking an effect. Longitudinal studies are needed to assess whether smaller TZ OK lens designs increase efficacy for slowing progression of myopia.  相似文献

The visual ability factors of peripheral perception, visual reaction and visual pursuit ability are important for safe driving. Thus, this study explored the influence of driving experience on these visual ability factors. Sixty-five drivers, including novice and experienced drivers, participated in this study. The visual ability levels of the three factors were measured by the Vienna Test System. In addition, driver's awareness of the three factors' importance for safe driving was measured by questionnaire items. Results showed that out of the three factors, drivers' peripheral perception ability was correlated significantly with their driving experience. Experienced drivers had higher peripheral perception ability than that of novice drivers. In addition, compared with novice drivers, experienced drivers believed that peripheral perception was more important whereas visual reaction was less important. It is suggested that higher attention should be paid to peripheral perception in driving training and novice drivers should increase their importance awareness for this factor.  相似文献

Given a surgery department comprising several specialties that share a fixed number of operating rooms and post-surgery beds, we study the joint operating room (OR) planning and advanced scheduling problem. More specifically, we consider the problem of determining, over a one week planning horizon, the allocation of OR time blocks to specialties together with the subsets of patients to be scheduled within each time block. The aim of this paper is to extend and generalize existing approaches for the joint OR planning and scheduling problem. First, by allowing schedules that include patients requiring weekend stay beds which was not the case previously. Second, by tackling simultaneously both the OR planning and patient scheduling decision levels, instead of taking them into account in successive phases. To achieve this, we exploit the inherent hierarchy between the two decision levels, i.e., the fact that the assignment decisions of OR time blocks to surgical specialties directly affect those regarding the scheduling of patients, but not the reverse. The objective function used in this study is an extension of an existing one. It seeks to optimize both patient utility (by reducing waiting time costs) and hospital utility (by reducing production costs measured in terms of the number of weekend stay beds required by the surgery planning). 0–1 linear programming formulations exploiting the stated hierarchy are proposed and used to derive a formal proof that the problem is NP-hard. A two level metaheuristic is then developed for solving the problem and its effectiveness is demonstrated through extensive numerical experiments carried out on a large set of instances based on real data.  相似文献

In the current study, the hydrogen-induced embrittlement on advanced high strength steels (AHSSs) is evaluated by in-situ electrochemical microcantilever bending (IECB) tests. Microcantilevers of 1200 M and 1400 M steels were bent while hydrogen charged inside a miniaturized electrochemical cell and then compared to bent-cantilevers in the air. The results of bending experiments and post-mortem evaluation of the bent-cantilevers showed that the plastic deformation occurred for the bent-cantilevers in the air. At the same time, the reduction of yield stress and the formation of hydrogen-enhanced cracking happened for the hydrogen-charged cantilevers. The results indicated that the microcracks are initiated and propagated adjacent to the clamped boundaries of the cantilevers, where the stress intensity is topmost. This finding is demonstrated by created step-wise cracks in 1400 M representative bent cantilever. The results show that the hydrogen-enhanced dislocation nucleation and hydrogen-reduced dislocation mobility are responsible for plastic deformation and hydrogen-enhanced cracking behavior.  相似文献

为研究钢铝异质自冲铆接头在盐腐蚀和酸腐蚀中静力学性能的变化,对DP590-5052自冲铆试件进行干湿周浸加速腐蚀实验,通过腐蚀动力学和静力学测试分析不同腐蚀时间接头的失重量、失效模式和静失效载荷性能。结果表明,盐腐蚀环境中钢铝试件(YDA)组失重量呈现上升趋势,腐蚀速率则逐渐减小;酸腐蚀(SDA)组试件失重量先上升后下降,腐蚀速率也呈现出相同的趋势。酸腐蚀对接头失效模式影响更为显著。两种腐蚀对接头静强度均有影响,接头对盐性环境的抗腐蚀性能较小。  相似文献

Strength distribution of advanced ceramics is commonly characterized by two-Parameter (2P) Weibull distribution. However, deviation of strength distribution from 2P-Weibull distribution may occur in ceramics due to various mechanisms. R-curve behavior is one of these mechanisms where increase of fracture resistance with the extension of crack occurs. In such cases, 2P-Weibull distribution may not be the best fitting distribution function based on the goodness-of-fitness tests. This article examines the effectiveness of three-parameter (3P) Weibull distribution function for fitting the strength variation due to R-curve effect by using experimental and virtual strength data. The effect of Weibull parameters, degree of increase in crack resistance and number of samples on effectiveness of fitting via 3P-Weibull distribution is investigated. It is reported that 3P-Weibull distribution function fits the strength distribution better than 2P-Weibull distribution function for materials showing R-curve behavior when the crack resistance curve is steep and Weibull modulus is high. Furthermore, it is shown that at least 100 samples should be used for a reliable estimate when the material exhibits R-curve behavior.  相似文献

Experimental and analytical study of burning hydrogen-air mixtures with 12, 13, and 15 vol% hydrogen concentrations in channels with central and peripheral ignition was performed. Flame propagation speeds were determined by shadow and infrared high-speed imaging in the transverse and longitudinal directions, respectively. It was found that the increase in the flame front speed during the peripheral ignition reaches up to 1.7 times compared to the central ignition depending on mixture content. The pressure growth rate was examined in a closed channel. It was estimated that the time to reach a maximum pressure is 1.1 times less in the case or peripheral ignition than the central one. An analytical model was formed to describe the dynamics of the flame front in both cases. The model of a “reversed finger-flame” generated by a peripheral ignition was presented. The obtained results could be used in designing hydrogen-fueled combustible engines with the reduced knock-effect.  相似文献

The series of electrodes were fabricated by the scalable and manufacturable slot-die coating method for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) application. The inks with different amounts of solids were studied by rheological methods in order to establish a coating window with minimum manufacturing defects. The obtained electrodes were characterized by SEM, AFM, and optical microscopy, which showed that they were uniform and homogeneous with minimum defects. The electrochemical evaluation of the manufactured gas diffusion electrodes (GDE) showed that the main characteristics of the electrodes, like electrochemical surface area, proton resistivity, and double layer capacitance, were found to be close for all samples confirming the reproducibility of the slot-die process. Additionally, we studied the effects of membrane thickness on the performance of the GDE membrane electrode assemblies and determined that a decrease in membrane thickness favored the performance. The obtained results clearly demonstrated the applicability and feasibility of the approach for the Manufacturing of catalyst layers for the fuel cell application with potential for future mass production.  相似文献
