Nowadays, we can use different websites that help us make decisions about various aspects of our lives. However, privacy protection prevents websites from providing personalised guidelines to users. We propose a novel doctor‐ranking system (DRS) based on multi‐criteria group decision‐making (MCGDM) method to address the problems of privacy protection. The following aspects differentiate our proposed DRS model from previous works: (a) textual information reviews are used to identify user preferences and complementary criteria, (b) criteria weights are determined by term frequency inverse document frequency (TF‐IDF) instead of Delphi method or expert opinion, (c) intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are used to replace sentiment analysis to express subjective user criteria, and (d) VIsekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranjie (VIKOR) method for MCGDM with IFSs is used to solve the doctor‐ranking problem. We apply our proposed model to datasets from Haodf.com to compare the performance of our method with that of sentiment analysis and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) methods. The experimental results show that our method provides accurate ranking and increases the reliability of DRS.  相似文献

Many scale-up criteria for supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) can be found in literature. However, the studies are often divergent and inconclusive; therefore, more studies on this field are needed. The objective of the present work was to study the scale-up of SFE process focusing application to Brazilian raw materials. A laboratory scale equipment (290 mL extraction vessel) and a pilot scale equipment (5.15 L extraction vessel) were used to study scale-up of SFE for clove and sugarcane residue. The scale-up criterion adopted consisted in maintaining solvent mass to feed mass ratio constant. The criterion was successfully used for a 15-fold scale-up of overall extraction curves for both raw materials studied; yields in pilot scale were slightly higher than in laboratory scale. The criterion studied allows a rapid and simple scale-up procedure, which can be very useful for the purpose of developing SFE technology at industrial scale in developing countries where such technology is still not available at industrial level.  相似文献

Nanosized material fillers are widely used to enhance certain properties of polymers. Moreover, the use of nanoclays as a delivery host in pharmaceutical fields has gained a great interest. Sepiolite was incorporated to gelatin–egg white films containing clove essential oil. The effect of the incorporation of both sepiolite and clove essential oil on the physical properties of the resultant films was evaluated. Special attention was given to the role of this nanoclay in the release of antioxidant and antimicrobial compounds from the film matrix. Sepiolite showed a reinforcement effect of Young’s modulus and tensile strength, meanwhile the clove essential oil had a certain plasticizing effect by increasing the elongation at break and water vapour permeability (WVP). When both compounds were added together, a noticeable loss of mechanical properties was observed, related to the loss of gelling capacity (G′), protein self-aggregation and α-helix structure decrease (FTIR). However, the WPV increased, probably due to the presence of cavities in the matrix observed by SEM. The incorporation of sepiolite in these films containing clove essential oil increased the release of both protein components and eugenol from the film matrix, leading to a controlled release of the antioxidant activity measured by ferric reducing ability and radical scavenging capacity, as well as a higher antimicrobial effect.  相似文献

Abstract

The documentation of wars had become a significant feature of photography by the 1860s. As the camera's advantages became apparent, photographers gradually took the place of the graphic artists and painters who had previously accompanied military and diplomatic missions. The camera could reproduce reality in minute detail and an infinite number of prints were possible from each negative. Its precision as a recorder, coupled with its apparent objectivity, also made it a potentially powerful tool of propaganda.  相似文献

In the present study, a mathematical modeling for extraction of oil from clove buds using supercritical carbon dioxide was performed. Mass transfer is based on local equilibrium between solvent and solid. The model was solved numerically, and model estimation was validated using experimental data. For optimization, the clove oil equilibrium constant between solid and supercritical phase was determined by a theoretical method using fugacity concept, consequently the genetic algorithm for obtaining optimal operational conditions was used. The optimal conditions which obtained the highest amount of clove oil were pressure of 10 MPa and temperature of 304.2 K.  相似文献

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of essential oil from clove buds with CO2 was explored. The effect of different parameters, such as temperature (30 °C, 40 °C, 50 °C), pressure(10 MPa, 20 MPa, 30 MPa) and particle size (three degree index), on the extraction yield and the content of eugenol in extracts was investigated using three-level orthogonal array design. The experimental results show that the temperature has the largest effect on the eugenol content of the extracts, and particle size has the maximum effect on the oil yield. The essential oil of 19.56% yield, in which the maximum content of eugenol in extracts is 58.77%, can be extracted from clove buds at pressure of 10 MPa and temperature of 50 °C. Essential oil of clove buds obtained by SFE, hydrodistillation, steam distillation and Soxhlet extraction were further analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometric detection to compare the extraction methods. Twenty three compounds in the clove oils have been identified, showing that the composition of the clove oil extracted by different methods is mostly similar, whereas relative concentration of the identified compounds is apparently different. General characteristics of the clove oils obtained by different methods were further compared, and SFE is considered as the optimum process among the four processes for obtaining clove oil with high quality.  相似文献

Analysis of clove (Syzygium aromaticum L) bud oil extracted with liquid and supercritical carbon dioxide shows significant qualitative and quantitative compositional differences compared with oil obtained by the conventional hydrodistillation process. The parameters of pressure, temperature, contact time etc, and also the clove oil components, affect the extraction of the bud flavour from the spice.  相似文献
