我国的军工科研所成立于上世纪，它以军工项目的科研、预研为主，为我国的国防军工提供研发产品。伴随着我国经济实力的增强和科技军事力量的增长，军工科研院所也转变了原有的工业专属性质，走上了军民两用、寓军于民的道路，并在时代的进步中成为了我国先进装备制造业的重要科研力量和科技创新支柱。凸现军事工业“高、精、尖”的特点，以项目管理的优化为具体策略进行军工科研开发工作。

本文简要回顾了１５０发动机发展历史，阐述了世界坦克动力发展现状，列举了几种对１５０ 继续发展的看法，认为从综合约束条件和高紧凑性考虑，仍以保持或适当减少缸径较优．指出当 前是追赶世界先进水平的极好时机，要牢牢把握住这个稍纵即逝的机遇．     

军事卫星通信系统的发展趋势

卫星通信在C~3I系统中将发挥越来越重要的作用,而目前卫星通信又处在一个大发展的时期,可以预计在未来的十年到二十年间卫星通信将面临许多重大变革。论文从四个方面论述了军事卫星通信系统的发展趋势。     

Spray forming technology for military applications

Over the past five years, the Annapolis Detachment, Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (formerly David Taylor Research Center) has established a state- of- the- art spray forming facility for the study and exploitation of this near net shape manufacturing process. Spray forming is a single step gas atomization/deposition process which yields ferrous and nonferrous, near final shape, near fully dense preforms that has proven to be a viable and cost effective alternative to conventional metalworking technology for the production of material preforms with properties surpassing those of their cast and wrought counterparts. Current programs at Carderock Divison Naval Surface Warfare Center are aimed at optimization of the process, certification of the spray formed products and industrialization of the technology.     

Treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder in Military and Veteran Populations.

While concerns about the psychological effects of war are not new, only recently has systematic attention been paid to such problems among past and present military personnel. There is increasing recognition that mental health has serious implications for operational performance, retention, and compensation. Although little controlled research exists with this population, preliminary evidence suggests that psychological treatments for posttraumatic stress disorder may be beneficial, albeit less so than for civilian populations. This article reviews evidence for each of several psychological treatment stages: stabilization and engagement, psychoeducation, symptom management, prolonged exposure, cognitive restructuring, and relapse prevention, with particular reference to the clinical issues raised by military personnel. Possible explanations for reduced treatment effects in this population compared with civilians are discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

Longitudinal analysis of the relationship between symptoms and quality of life in veterans treated for posttraumatic stress disorder.

This study examined how change in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms relates to change in quality of life. The sample consisted of 325 male Vietnam veterans with chronic PTSD who participated in a randomized trial of group psychotherapy. Latent growth modeling was used to test for synchronous effects of PTSD symptom change on psychosocial and physical health-related quality of life within the same time period and lagged effects of initial PTSD symptom change on later change in quality of life. PTSD symptoms were associated with reduced quality of life before treatment. There were synchronous effects of symptom change on change in quality of life but no significant lagged effects. Results indicate the importance of measuring quality of life in future investigations of PTSD treatment. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

军事地理信息系统的现状与发展

在信息作战条件下，军事地理信息系统（MGIS）作为作战指挥自动化、数字化战场和现代武器系统的战场地理环境平台备受世界各国的重视。美国投入了大量人力、物力和财力先后研制并使用了地形分析系统等一系列应用系统，目前正着手研制地理影像情报综合管理系统（TPED）和地理影像与地理空间信息系统。我国的MGIS起步较晚，但发展很快，已成功地研制出了第一个具有自主版权的MGIS工具软件。该软件采用层次化体系结构和面向对象的设计方法，具有功能齐全、结构紧密、安全性好等特点。文章在分析国内外MGIS的基础上，着重介绍了军事地理信息系统软件的研制特点，并对军事地理信息系统进一步发展要解决的若干问题进行了探讨。     

基于HLA的水中兵器仿真系统框架

为了解决我国水中兵器传统的仿真系统,局限于某些参数的数学仿真和部分半实物仿真,没有实现系统化、可视化,实时化,文章提出一种采用高层体系结构（HLA）作为分布交互的仿真体系框架,通过对水中兵器对抗系统仿真建模,解决了不同仿真应用之间的集成问题,较好地满足仿真系统的可视化、可操作性、强实时性及强交互性等要求。该仿真系统可以为水中兵器作战研究和武器装备论证提供仿真试验环境,检验装备各项战略战术指标,并为装备研制和战略战术决策提供依据,具有很高的实用价值。

阐述了军事代表参与武器装备全寿命费用管理的现状和作用,提出了提高军事代表费用管理参与率的措施.     

Utility of stereoscopic displays for indirect-vision driving and robot teleoperation

The effectiveness of an active shutter-glasses stereoscopic display (SD) and a passive polarised SD was evaluated in a live robot-teleoperation task and a simulated indirect-vision driving task in various terrains. Overall, participants completed their tasks significantly faster with the SDs in three-dimensional (3D) mode than with the SDs in the baseline 2D mode. They also navigated more accurately with the SDs in 3D mode. When the effectiveness of the two types of SDs was examined separately, results showed that the active shutter-glasses SD resulted in faster responses and task completion times than the passive polarised SD, though most of the differences failed to reach statistical significance. Perceived workload when interacting with the two SD systems did not differ significantly between the active versus passive display types or between the 3D and 2D modes of operation; however, participants reported more severe discomfort after interacting with the passive polarised SD.
