乾隆御制釉上彩母子图的文化解读

在乾隆御制釉上彩出现为数不少的西洋式母子图题材,这类题材在形式上既有强烈的西洋特点,又融入了部分的中国传统文化因素。本文试图通过对这类釉上彩西洋式母子图题材的分析,来解读其背后所隐涵的东西方文化在18世纪的碰撞与融合,尤其是耶稣会士希望通过合儒来达到传播天主教所做出的努力。

明末清初,西方来华传教士将翻译作为“学术传教”的一种手段,将大量的西方宗教和科技著作译介入中国,同时将中国古代典籍和文献著作等输出至西方,形成了“西学东渐”和“东学西传”并存的局面。客观上,这是中西方政治、经济和文化的发展的必然结果;主观上,这与传教士自身的人格魅力和知识素养有着紧密的联系。     

武汉近代教会学校发展概述

作为中国交通心脏的武汉，在近代也是西方教会对其实施文化影响的重要地区，但也因此促进了武汉教育发展。该文总结了西方教会在武汉办学的发展情况，叙述了几所著名的教会学校并分析武汉教会学校建筑特点。

ABSTRACT

Reformation Protestants’ detestation of Catholic sacra, holy objects, and sacred sites is well documented. To probe the later history of this contempt, this essay observes two nineteenth-century Protestants in Palestine. Both, as might be anticipated, exhibit disgust at those physical phenomena revered by other Christianities. But surprisingly, both also obsessively collect alternative things that are associated with the Holy Land. Contemporary theory—namely Bill Brown's Thing Theory—is brought to bear on the preoccupation with things represented by this substitution of safe objects for abhorrent ones. However, instead of providing an explanatory frame for this behavior, Thing Theory seems to reproduce it. The essay concludes by suggesting that a primal Protestant anxiety about powerful things continues to haunt contemporary Western scholarship.     

谈西方传教士画家影响下的康熙珐琅彩瓷及意义

康熙珐琅彩瓷是在受西方传教士画家的影响下创烧成功的,形成了与传统釉上彩瓷有显著区别的艺术新风,中西合璧是其最突出特色。康熙珐琅彩瓷在清代釉上彩瓷风格之变中具有重要意义,对雍正、乾隆珐琅彩瓷,粉彩瓷以及广彩瓷风格都产生积极影响。     

Incomplete Logical Control System and its Application to Some Intellectual Problems

The wolf‐sheep‐cabbage puzzle and the missionaries‐cannibals problem are two classical intellectual problems, and various methods have been developed to solve them. This paper proposes a new logical control system (LCS), called the incomplete LCS, which allows controls to apply to certain particular states. Using semi‐tensor product (STP) of matrices, the incomplete LCS can be expressed into its algebraic form, and then the controls are designed to reach our goal. Using algebraic state space technique, the two intellectual problems are converted to controllability of incomplete LCSs with restricted state space. Then the solvability and related algorithms are developed.
