5G时代下的广电创新发展与商业模式分析

中国广电于2019年获得了5G牌照,由文化传媒行业进入电信领域,其在党性原则、政策红利、用户基础等方面具备优势,有机会利用后发优势,通过组网方式、发展理念、用户模式和时间计划等策略的落实,获得竞争优势。主要结合自身工作实践,探讨了中国广电在5G时代下创新发展思路与商业模式,从连接型运营商、解决方案推动者、解决方案创建者等模式进行分析,分析得知,中国广电只有从多角度把握5G带来的发展机遇,才能后来居上,在5G时代构建新的竞争优势。     

传统文化电视节目的发展特点

传统文化电视节目在探索发展的过程中,选题逐渐聚焦中国风物人文,视野逐步向百姓生活延伸,立意兼顾文化内涵与百姓情感需求,编排制作节目内容与造型双发展。在此基础上,传统文化节目迎来更大的繁荣。     

民族服装元素在影视服装设计中的创新研究

当前,我国社会越来越重视传统文化的发扬与传播,传播最主要以及最有效的途径便是通过影视媒体。在我国的影视界以及服装设计行业中,带有民族特色元素的服装一直被广泛地采用,对于影视古装剧来说,传统服装元素必不可少。汉服在我国影视服装设计中较为常见,在现代也受到了人们的广泛追捧,本课题主要针对汉民族的服饰特点及其蕴含的元素展开分析,提出民族服饰元素在影视服装设计中的创新思想。     

三网融合下广电媒体网内整合模式创新探讨

广电行业2010年进入改革阶段,目前进入深化改革阶段,此番改革是前所未有的,是三网融合背景下行业发展的必然趋势。立足广电媒体工作实践,从三网融合背景出发,探究广电媒体网内整合的创新模式,以期能够促进广电媒体发展,加快网内整合步伐。     

Quo Vadis public television? Market position of selected Western European countries

The liberalization of television markets and the emergence of commercial channels has changed the position of public television, bringing an end to monopolies. Public television now competes for audiences with private television. In this paper, the authors analyze the changes to the market position of public television in Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom (UK), and Italy between 1995 and 2019. In this 25-year period, all of these countries have had a liberalized TV market. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the ways in which public television competes with commercial television, assessing the consequences of this on market power. This analysis allows us to detect similarities and dissimilarities between public television and television markets in large Western European countries. The results show the decline of the market share of public television in all countries, except Germany. Furthermore, public television has remained market leading in all countries, with the exception of Spain. One of the ways to compete with commercial television is to start new public channels and acquire a large audience.     

合肥电视塔地震响应分析

首先对合肥电视塔进行了动力特性分析，分析表明该塔具有明显的鞭梢效应和振型退化的特点，计算分析时，应考虑高振型的影响。其次分别输入El-Centro波（N-S）、Taft波和人工合成的合肥波，通过Newmark-β法对合肥电视塔进行地震响应分析，分析结果表明，结构的地震反应是多振型的组合。     

Slide rule estimates of Fire Growth

A series of prediction methods has been assembled to provide an analytical basis for estimating fire growth in compartments. Solutions for each prediction method can be made using programmable scientific calculators. Prediction methods are presented for: fire size and growth rates, mass loss rates, radiant heat flux, flame height, radial flame impingement, heat flux to a ceiling, smoke filling of a room, carbon monoxide hazard with smoldering fires, temperature rise in a compartment, ventilation flow rate, flashover occurrence, corridor smoke transfer and filling, smoke concentration, visibility, flame spread rates, and fire burn time.These predictive methods are useful for estimating many of the critical elements related to fire behavior and help provide a better understanding of this complex phenomenon.This report appears as Appendix B inFire Growth in Combat Ships by J.
