F-C烷基化反应原位增容工艺对PS/LLDPE合金结构与性能的影响

在熔融状态下,利用无水AlCl3引发大分子之间的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应来增容聚苯乙烯(PS)/线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)(80/20)合金。研究了"一步法"和"两步法"增容工艺对PS/LLDPE合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明,以"一步法"增容PS/LLDPE(50/50)合金40份为母料,与60份聚苯乙烯混合("两步法")制备PS/LLDPE(80/20)合金,可有效地降低聚苯乙烯降解对合金性能的影响,提高合金的热稳定性和力学性能;从扫描电镜(SEM)照片可以看出,"两步法"制备的合金的分散相更加均匀细小,韧性断裂特征明显。     

热轧薄板钢焊接区组织与性能分析

采用包钢CSP（Compact Strip Production）薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产L245钢为原料进行螺旋焊管焊接生产,针对生产中焊缝裂纹问题对焊缝区的形貌、组织进行了观察,并对焊缝进行拉伸性能和X射线检验。分析表明,母材与热影响区的交界处（即偏向热影响区的“过渡区”）是L245焊管力学性能最脆弱处,珠光体的形貌是影响其拉伸性能的关键因素。

Numerical and physical simulation of new SPD method combining extrusion and equal channel angular pressing for AZ31 magnesium alloy

碾压混凝土渗透溶蚀耐久性的研究

本文结合200m级高碾压混凝土重力坝实际工程,阐述了粉煤灰混凝土抗渗、溶蚀性能的稳定性。通过对不同配合比混凝土中主要物质累计溶出量的计算及耐久性预测,获得了粉煤灰混凝土中粉煤灰的临界掺量。     

永乐电站调压室模型试验

结合具体的模型试验,对长引水隧洞引水系统的变态模型设计进行了研究,特别对阻力相似条件进行了分析,指出在变态模型设计中,也可以同时满足沿程阻力相似和局部阻力相似。并给出相应的涌波试验结果,此外,对隧洞至调压室过渡段的流道体型、分流墩形式进行了优化设计,从而改善了流态,减少了水头损失。     

舷外机喷水推进研究

喷水推进是较螺旋桨更为先进的一种推进技术,将其应用于舷外机可进一步提升舷外机的性能。围绕将喷水推进技术应用于舷外机这一课题展开研究,阐述了舷外机喷水推进的工作原理,设计了其总体方案并分析了实现舷外机喷水推进的技术要点。     

锤式破碎机锤头偏摆的相似性原理及应用

在对锤式破碎机锤头动力学的研究中.发现了锤头运动系统与单摆系统的相似性,利用这种物性得到了锤头最大偏倒角的计算公式,并发现了锤头摆动的稳定性规律。     

可控挤压油膜阻尼器—转子系统主动控制试验

通过调节可控挤压油膜阻尼器（ＣＳＦＤＢ）的结构参数（油膜间隙、油膜承载长度）,使其产生的非线性油膜力逼近线性转子系统所需的控制力,可以有效地控制转子系统的不平衡响应。试验研究了可控挤压油膜阻尼器（ＣＳＦＤＢ）对转子系统振动的主动控制,并取得了良好的控制效果。
