Smartphones are being used and relied on by people more than ever before. The open connectivity brings with it great convenience and leads to a variety of risks that cannot be overlooked. Smartphone vendors, security policy designers, and security application providers have put a variety of practical efforts to secure smartphones, and researchers have conducted extensive research on threat sources, security techniques, and user security behaviors. Regrettably, smartphone users do not pay enough attention to mobile security, making many efforts futile. This study identifies this gap between technology affordance and user requirements, and attempts to investigate the asymmetric perceptions toward security features between developers and users, between users and users, as well as between different security features. These asymmetric perceptions include perceptions of quality, perceptions of importance, and perceptions of satisfaction. After scoping the range of smartphone security features, this study conducts an improved Kano-based method and exhaustively analyzes the 245 collected samples using correspondence analysis and importance satisfaction analysis. The 14 security features of the smartphone are divided into four Kano quality types and the perceived quality differences between developers and users are compared. Correspondence analysis is utilized to capture the relationship between the perceived importance of security features across different groups of respondents, and results of importance-satisfaction analysis provide the basis for the developmental path and resource reallocation strategy of security features. This article offers new insights for researchers as well as practitioners of smartphone security.  相似文献

Product features can be classified into different categories based on customer opinions. The rapid development of artificial intelligence and machine learning paves the way toward computational analysis of customer reviews for opinion mining. This paper presents an Intelligent Kano framework to extract, quantify, and classify different product features based on customer reviews. The framework is enabled by a novel integration of multiple artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques such as sentiment analysis and anomaly detection. A case study is conducted to validate the framework’s effectiveness. Over 12,000 customer reviews on two coffee machines are analyzed for the classification.  相似文献

居住型口袋公园与公众日常交流、互动和联系程度最为紧密,能为开展环境教育提供良好场所,实现“家门口的环境教育”。诸多学者对于在居住型口袋公园中开展环境教育展开了一些定性方面的探讨,而对其环境教育需求的定量研究较为缺乏。根据相关研究总结口袋公园环境教育需求,利用Kano模型对临平区9个居住型口袋公园展开需求类型调查、重要度排序,并基于人群信息进行差异分析。结果显示,居住型口袋公园使用者在4类一级需求中最注重场地规划与实践活动,包含植物景观、专题展览活动等需求;解说服务与维护管理方面注重解说牌、环境教育监管机制等需求;在不同人群信息条件下,年龄、学历对于场地规划与实践活动上的环境教育需求存在差异。该成果可为居住型口袋公园环境教育设计优化提供依据。  相似文献

运用细分后的Kano模型甄别养老机构中老年人对公共空间需求的优先度排序及其影响因素的主次排序。首先通过规范、文献研究与访谈研究获取南京市养老机构中老年群体公共空间需求要素,并将得到的需求项进行层次归属划分。接着测算SI与DI系数量化各项需求对空间满意度的影响,得出公共空间需求优先度排序。最后利用多元线性回归对需求项的影响因素进行分析,探讨“自我”和“家庭”维度下影响因素的主次排序。得出养老机构公共空间的设计应首先满足老年人医疗保健空间层面的需求且空间需求受老年人“自我”维度下失能等级的影响程度最深。通过对需求重要度的排序,可以得出设计的优先满足策略,提升空间的利用效率及老年群体的满意度,为养老机构公共空间的投入侧重点提供理论依据。  相似文献

Reduction of dietary sodium intake by lowering amount of sodium in foods is a global industry target. Quantitative information on current consumer knowledge of sodium reduction trends in Korea is unknown. The objective of this study was to quantify the consumer knowledge and awareness of sodium and salt reduction in foods and to characterize consumer interest in health labeling on the food package. Additionally, comparison of consumer knowledge status between Korea and United States was followed. Consumers (n = 289) participated in an internet survey designed to gauge consumer knowledge and attitudes toward dietary sodium, the sodium content in representative food products (n = 27), and their interest toward specific health claims, including sodium labeling. Questions regarding demographics as well as consumption characteristics were asked. Sodium knowledge index and saltiness belief index were calculated based on the number of correct responses regarding the salt level and sodium content in given food products. Kano analysis was conducted to determine the role of nutrition labels in consumer satisfaction with products. Current consumer knowledge on the sodium content in food products was high, and consumers were adept at matching the sodium content with the salty taste intensity of food products. Consumers’ knowledge of the relationship between diets high in sodium and an increased risk of developing previously reported sodium‐related diseases, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, and stomach cancer, were also high. Information on the nutrition panel that influences the consumer satisfaction (trans‐fat, sodium, ingredient list, and country of origin) as well as adjective‐nutrition claim pairs that appeal positively to purchase intent of the product were identified.  相似文献

When thin films of vacuum-condensed praseodymium and neodymium are exposed to hydrogen or to air the electrical resistance changes owing to the chemical reactions which occur. The progress of the reactions was studied by means of the resistance changes which occur and by means of electron diffraction.At room temperature, neodymium reacted less readily with hydrogen than did praseodymium and the reaction rate for both metals increased with increasing temperatures. The phases formed in the various experiments ranged from the double h.c.p. structure of the metals to the high resistance cubic structure of the hydrides LnHx with x approaching 3. Cubic and hexagonal Nd2O3 formed when the specimens were strongly heated by the beam of the electron microscope.Exposure to air caused the films to oxidize. Thin films approximately 250 Å thick became insulators but the oxide layer formed on thicker films protected the interior of a given film from rapid oxidation so that the film did not become an insulator.  相似文献

目的 根据用户需求对当前市场户外净水器进行改进设计,可大幅提高用户对产品的满意度。方法 通过调研分析用户对当前户外净水器的使用感受及需求,基于Kano模型按照必备质量、期望质量以及魅力质量对用户需求进行划分,根据分类结果进行用户诉求分析,深度挖掘用户潜在需求,获取需求重要度排序及现有产品的不足,以确定提高用户满意度的核心需求。结论 从“体积小型化”及“补充能量”两方面对户外净水器进行改进设计。设计净水器拉伸结构及营养素补充结构,满足用户核心需求,提高户外运动饮水品质。  相似文献

目的通过Kano模型得到共享单车用户的需求重要性。方法定性分析前期调查中筛选的用户需求,转化为功能特征信息。通过模型理论得到功能特征所对应的需求重要性矩阵,利用可用性测试进行修正,得到实际开发过程中用户的需求。结论得到了基于Kano模型的共享单车用户的需求重要性矩阵,以及修正后的结果。需求重要性矩阵直接反应了用户的满意度,间接映射了用户需求的重要性。经过用户的可用性测试,提高了需求映射的准确度,为共享单车的开发和升级提供了更有效的建议。  相似文献
