The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of non-traditional and highly available and nutrient-dense ingredients in the production of value-added crackers. The crackers were prepared by combining partially defatted chia flour, wheat germ, quinoa, and oat. The antioxidant activity and the polyphenol content were 7.0–8.4 times higher in crackers produced with non-traditional ingredients compared to the control snack. The hydroperoxide value indicated a low oxidative deterioration of the oil. The sample with 10% of partially defatted chia flour was selected for shelf-life test under storage conditions and sensory evaluation. Modified atmosphere exerted a protective effect on the lipid stability regardless of the incorporation of BHT to the formulation. All the evaluated attributes scored highly during consumer acceptance. The formulated cracker presented a relevant content of protein, dietary fibre and omega-3 and -6 fatty acids. Based on these results, the crackers containing non-traditional ingredients resulted in a product with a good potential for both consumer acceptance and outstanding nutritional benefits.  相似文献

As the formaldehyde is one of the main indoor pollutants, the purpose of this study is to effectively remove indoor formaldehyde pollution by using environmentally friendly 3D printing ornaments. The wood 3D printing filaments cellulose/polylactic acid composite (Cellu/P) was selected as the starting material, and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) was used for chemical modification to obtain a series of cellulose composite materials with amino groups. The modified composite materials (APTES@Cellu/P) were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and mechanical tests, and a formaldehyde removal experiment was performed. The feasibility of 3D printing was evaluated, and the process of 3D printing-functionalized customized ornaments was proposed, and then a school emblem was used for modeling, printing, and surface modification. Compared with the commercially traditional activated carbon, 3D printing-customized ornaments of APTES@Cellu/P material has a better formaldehyde removal effect, and can even avoid the secondary pollution that is common to the activated carbon.  相似文献

In this paper, we explore whether a feature selection method can improve model performance by using some classical machine learning models, artificial neural network, k-nearest neighbor,partial least squares-discrimination analysis, random forest, and support vector machine(SVM),combined with the feature selection methods, distance correlation coefficient(DCC), important weight of linear discriminant analysis(IW-LDA), and Relief-F algorithms, to discriminate eight species of wood(African rosewood, Brazilian bubinga, elm, larch, Myanmar padauk,Pterocarpus erinaceus, poplar, and sycamore) based on the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) technique. The spectral data are normalized by the maximum of line intensity and principal component analysis is applied to the exploratory data analysis. The feature spectral lines are selected out based on the important weight assessed by DCC, IW-LDA,and Relief-F. All models are built by using the different number of feature lines(sorted by their important weight) as input. The relationship between the number of feature lines and the correct classification rate(CCR) of the model is analyzed. The CCRs of all models are improved by using a suitable feature selection. The highest CCR achieves(98.55...0.39)% when the SVM model is established from 86 feature lines selected by the IW-LDA method. The result demonstrates that a suitable feature selection method can improve model recognition ability and reduce modeling time in the application of wood materials classification using LIBS.  相似文献

This study indicated that by applying an improved classification system to decayed large-diameter Norway spruce (Picea abies) wood, its use as raw material for kraft pulping without loss of pulp quality could be essentially increased. This is based on the fact that although the cooking yield of decayed spruce material which has been sorted according to these new recommendations is somewhat lower and Kappa number higher than those of sound wood material, the greatest part of the decayed stem (the outer part of the stem) contains long-fiber wood material which produces pulp of good quality. Therefore, large-diameter spruce logs can also be separately used, for example, in the manufacture of reinforcement pulp.  相似文献

为筛选出适宜加工马铃薯面条的小麦粉品种,本研究比较分析了双福02-1、永良4、奎冬5、济南17、山农15和新冬18六种不同品种小麦粉对马铃薯面条蒸煮损失、拉伸特性、TPA质构特性的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对其内部结构进行观察。结果表明:在马铃薯全粉添加量20%,小麦粉添加量80%,面团含水量35%的条件下,济南17和山农15两种小麦粉制得马铃薯面条的蒸煮损失、拉伸特性、质构特性等品质指标均显著优于其他4种小麦粉。扫描电镜结果表明,济南17和山农15马铃薯干面内部结构更加致密,空隙率更小。由双福02-1、永良4小麦粉制得马铃薯面条感官品质整体较差。综合以上结果,六种小麦粉中济南17和山农15较适合制作马铃薯面条,而双福02-1和永良4制作的马铃薯面条加工适应性较差。  相似文献

采用一种操作简便且易于工业推广的方法对木粉进行疏水改性,具体过程为:将3种可热聚合的单体,即甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和苯乙烯(St)均匀喷洒在木粉上,经过预热处理后,与配方中其他组分,如高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)等通过高速混合机混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机造粒后,注射制备木塑复合材料(WPC)样条,测试其力学性能。另外,考察了疏水改性对WPC接触角、维卡软化温度、洛氏硬度、吸水性能、热性能的影响规律。结果表明:疏水改性后WPC的接触角增大,木粉和HDPE的界面相容性改善,力学性能得到明显提高。其中,当MMA、BMA和St的添加量为3%时,WPC的力学性能最好,与疏水改性前相比,弯曲强度分别提高了17.3%、26.3%和27.5%,弯曲模量分别提高了24.4%、24.4%和26.0%,冲击强度分别提高了54.7%、57.7%和60.5%。 此外,疏水改性后WPC的维卡软化温度、洛氏硬度、耐水性和耐热性也得到改善。  相似文献

A general solution technique for non-axisymmetric thermoelectroelastic problems in cylindrical domains with D symmetry is constructed. The displacement and electric field are expressed in terms of the respective potential functions, and the thermoelectroelastic field quantities are expressed in terms of the elastic and piezoelastic potential functions, each of which essentially satisfies a Laplace equation with respect to the spatial coordinates, combined with the two thermoelastic displacement potential functions. As an application of the technique, the theoretical analysis of a solid cylinder subjected to combined mechanical and thermal loading is performed, and the necessity of the thermoelectroelastic analyses is demonstrated.  相似文献

为了解我国食品中黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxin B1,AFB1)和柄曲霉素(Sterigmatocystin,STC)污染情况,采集自我国大陆地区1137份的食品样品以及室温储存1-2年的米份样品315份,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法分析其中AFB1和STC的含量。检测结果显示食品中AFB1检出率范围为0%-40%,谷物类和谷物基加工品检出率分别为0.2%和7.8%;坚果检出率为8.7%,其中有两份样品中AFB1含量超标,啤酒中AFB1的检出率为0%。STC检出率为12.9%,平均含量为0.39 μg/kg,谷物类、谷物基加工品、坚果和啤酒中检出率分别为2.6%,28.3%,4.3%和0%。相比于所采集的超市和农贸市场样品,室温储存1-2年的米粉样品中AFB1和STC的阳性率均较高,分别为4.4%和84.8%,平均含量为0.84和2.38 μg/kg。  相似文献

为了解婴幼儿配方米粉中克罗诺杆菌的污染情况、分子分型特征及耐药性情况,采集广西区内市售6个厂家和品牌不同配方的婴幼儿米粉进行克罗诺杆菌分离及fusA基因的扩增、测序和MLST数据库比对分析。并应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对菌株进行分型鉴定及微量肉汤稀释法测定分离株对8种常见抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations,MICs)。采集的268份婴幼儿米粉共分离到32株克罗诺杆菌,检出率为11.94%,菌株鉴定结果显示32株分离株包括22株C.sakazakii、6株C.malonaticus、3株C.dublinensis和1株C.muytjensii。不同添加成分的婴幼儿配方米粉污染情况差异明显,其中添加淮莲和果蔬的米粉污染率最高为17.78%和15.38%。PFGE分析显示32个菌株共分成32种不同的分子型,相似度为61.20%~92.30%,所有分离株对环丙沙星、庆大霉素和头孢噻肟都敏感,部分菌株(6.25%~43.75%)对氯霉素、四环素、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲基异恶唑、头孢西丁和萘啶酸表现为中等敏感,有2个菌株对氯霉素表现为抗性。结果表明市售婴幼儿配方米粉中存在一定的克罗诺杆菌污染,尤其是添加营养成分的米粉。婴幼儿配方米粉中克罗诺杆菌污染来源广泛,部分菌株对一些抗菌药表现为中等敏感甚至是抗性,提示克罗诺杆菌对抗菌药的敏感性呈现减弱的趋势。  相似文献
