The evaluation of the volumetric accuracy of a machine tool is an open challenge in the industry, and a wide variety of technical solutions are available in the market and at research level. All solutions have advantages and disadvantages concerning which errors can be measured, the achievable uncertainty, the ease of implementation, possibility of machine integration and automation, the equipment cost and the machine occupation time, and it is not always straightforward which option to choose for each application. The need to ensure accuracy during the whole lifetime of the machine and the availability of monitoring systems developed following the Industry 4.0 trend are pushing the development of measurement systems that can be integrated in the machine to perform semi-automatic verification procedures that can be performed frequently by the machine user to monitor the condition of the machine. Calibrated artefact based calibration and verification solutions have an advantage in this field over laser based solutions in terms of cost and feasibility of machine integration, but they need to be optimized for each machine and customer requirements to achieve the required calibration uncertainty and minimize machine occupation time.This paper introduces a digital twin-based methodology to simulate all relevant effects in an artefact-based machine tool calibration procedure, from the machine itself with its expected error ranges, to the artefact geometry and uncertainty, artefact positions in the workspace, probe uncertainty, compensation model, etc. By parameterizing all relevant variables in the design of the calibration procedure, this simulation methodology can be used to analyse the effect of each design variable on the error mapping uncertainty, which is of great help in adapting the procedure to each specific machine and user requirements. The simulation methodology and the analysis possibilities are illustrated by applying it on a 3-axis milling machine tool.  相似文献

Prognostics and health management of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) systems have driven increasing research attention in recent years as the durability of PEMFC stack remains as a technical barrier for its large-scale commercialization. To monitor the health state during PEMFC operation, digital twin (DT), as a smart manufacturing technique, is applied in this paper to establish an ensemble remaining useful life prediction system. A data-driven DT is constructed to integrate the physical knowledge of the system and a deep transfer learning model based on stacked denoising autoencoder is used to update the DT with online measurement. A case study with experimental PEMFC degradation data is presented where the proposed data-driven DT prognostics method has applied and reached a high prediction accuracy. Furthermore, the predicted results are proved to be less affected even with limited measurement data.  相似文献

为了提高转炉炼钢的终点命中率,建立了一种新的转炉终点预测模型,实现了对转炉终点碳质量分数和温度的准确预测。模型采用K最近邻孪生支持向量机(KNNWTSVR)算法,将权重矩阵引入到目标函数中,并利用鲸群优化算法进行求解,提高了传统算法的性能;然后基于某炼钢厂260 t转炉的实际生产数据,建立了转炉炼钢终点预测模型。结果表明,预测模型的终点碳质量分数(误差±0.005%)和温度(误差±15 ℃)的终点单命中率分别为94%和88%,双命中率达到84%。与其他两种现有的建模方法相比,本模型取得了最优的预测效果。该方法满足转炉炼钢实际生产的需求,也可适用于钢铁冶金其他领域的数学建模。  相似文献

针对高压注入井油管在服役环境下长期承受交变拉伸载荷作用存在泄漏风险的问题,通过搭建交变拉伸载荷下油管丝扣密封性能测试试验平台、优选试验设备及制定合理的试验步骤,对平扣、BGT扣、FOX扣油管试样在10~50 t拉伸交变载荷下的密封性能进行了模拟。模拟结果显示:对3种扣型油管试样施加同等拉伸载荷,其密封性能随交变次数增加而降低,降低幅度为平扣>BGT扣>FOX扣;50 t拉伸载荷施加5次后,3种扣型油管试样的密封性能分别为5.67 MPa、32.69 MPa、73.67 MPa。研究表明,平扣无法满足注入井的密封要求,BGT扣及FOX扣具有较好的适用性。研究结果为注入井油管扣型选择提供了依据。  相似文献

采用双转子连续混炼挤出机并通过熔融共混法制备了碳纤维(CF)增强聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料,并对其微观形貌、动态力学性能、力学性能和导电性能进行了研究,且对相关的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,适当降低挤出机转子转速、提高CF含量可以改善PPS/CF复合材料的力学性能和导电性能;当转子转速为200r/min时,采用含量为20 % (质量分数,下同)的CF制得的PPS/CF复合材料的冲击强度达到49.94 J/m,体积电阻率达到60.65 Ω·cm,均优于纯PPS。  相似文献

Properties of an immiscible polymer blend have been proved to be closely related to dispersion uniformity of the minor phase. At present, dispersion uniformity is difficult to evaluate during the blending process, resulting in hysteretic feedback. Aiming at this problem, this work utilized near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to in-line characterize dispersion uniformity evolution during a twin-screw extrusion. A multichannel NIR measurement system was set up and applied to evaluate the blending process of polypropylene and polyolefin elastomer (POE). Based on the NIR spectra collected at different positions of the extruder, five prediction models of POE content were established using the light gradient boosting machine algorithm. Dispersion uniformity was characterized through the fluctuation of the predicted content. The evolution of dispersion under such processing parameters was consistent with scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

Ball screws are crucial for improving the reliability and interchangeability of transmission mechanical systems; however, existing contact measurement methods that utilise stylus contact are not efficient, which precludes their use for rapid in-situ geometry evaluation. This paper presents a vision-based two-stage method for rapid measurement of key parameters (raceway arc radii and centre distance) of ball screws. The edge contour information is extracted from the acquired image using the dual-tree complex wavelet transform and non-maximal suppression. In the matching stage, a shape-matching algorithm is used for detecting approximate geometrical centres of raceway arcs. The refinement stage, on the other hand, is implemented for acquiring precise dimensional results. Furthermore, the method of averaging multiple measurements is performed to suppress random noise. A comparative experiment is presented to validate the robustness of the proposed method. Based on experimental results, the calculated mean absolute errors in the measurement of the two raceway arc radii and the centre distance are found to be 0.0082 mm, 0.0079 mm and 0.0055 mm, respectively. This study therefore paves the way for key parameter measurement without removing ball screws.  相似文献
