车门铰链系统与车门下沉刚度的相关性

针对某型车门下沉问题,通过台架试验获得车门、铰链和车身等各单因素下沉量和车门绞链系统整体下沉量,对单因素下沉量与系统整体下沉刚度进行线性拟合分析,得到车门铰链系统各单因素与系统下沉刚度的相关度排序.对前、后车门分别选取相关度较高的单因素进行优化,最终改进方案的仿真和试验结果证明该方案可有效地提升车门下沉刚度.采用定量分析法可快速找出影响下沉刚度的敏感因素,并能够快速生成优化方案,为新车型设计提供参考.     

A simplified approach for the thermoelastic large deflection in the thin clamped annular sector plate

The present article is concerned with analysis of large deflection of a heated thin annular sector plate with clamped edges under transient temperature distribution using Berger’s approximate methods. The prescribed surface temperature is at the top face of the plate whereas the bottom face is kept at zero temperature. In this study, the Laplace transform as well as the classical method have been used for the solution of heat conduction equation. The thermal moment is derived on the basis of temperature distribution, and its stresses are obtained using resultant bending moment and resultant forces per unit length. The calculations are obtained for the aluminium plate in the form of an infinite series involving Bessel functions, and the numerical results for temperature, deflection, resultant bending moments, and thermal stresses have been illustrated by graphs.     

撞击流反应器撞击面稳定性研究进展

撞击流技术因其良好的混合特性近些年用于强化制备超细粉体反应中的混合过程。撞击面的稳定影响反应器内的混合效果，所以本文对撞击面稳定性的研究进行了综述。撞击流反应器不同结构形式包括平面撞击流、轴对称撞击流和微型撞击流等。文中简述了撞击流稳定性的实验研究手段，分析轴对称撞击流反应器的径向偏转振荡的起止条件和不同喷嘴间距下的轴向偏移振荡规律，并且分析平面撞击流反应器的撞击面偏转周期以及偏转振荡的起止条件。得出轴对称撞击流与平面撞击流撞击面驻点的振荡对混合都有促进作用，并且偏移振荡周期不定，轴对称撞击面偏移振幅与喷嘴间距和雷诺数相关。平面撞击流的偏转振荡周期与进口流速成反比，反应器结构参数是撞击流稳定性的影响因素之一。根据轴对称撞击流偏移振荡对混合的促进作用，本文提出一种新型的预设流量波形双组撞击流反应器。新型撞击流反应器的独特结构克服了物料反应通道单一缺点，通过预设波形控制其进口流量，增大其撞击面偏移振幅，消除撞击面无序振荡，使流动轨迹扩展，扩大混合区域，并设计实验装置与方法讨论动态流量撞击流反应器撞击面稳定性对混合效果的影响。最后，本文对轴对称撞击流反应器的混合性能研究前景进行展望。     

Modeling and Analytical Solution of Hybrid Thermopiezoelectric Micro Actuator and Performance Study Under Changing of Different Parameters

Micro actuators are an irreplaceable part of motion control in miniaturized systems and are intended to have a high range of deformation, high accuracy, large force, and quick response. In this article, an analytical model for a hybrid thermopiezoelectric micro actuator is developed in which a double lead-zirconnate-titanate piezoceramic (PZT) beam structure consisting of two arms with different lengths are used. Governing differential equation of motion and electrical field are derived and solved. Out of parametric studies it was observed that, under application of temperature and voltage gradients, the deflection of the actuator shows different trends depending on the geometry of the micro actuator and also type of PZT material.     

Preparation of O′-Sialon-based ceramics by two-stage liquid phase sintering and study on the toughening mechanism of ultrafine-grained sintered clusters

Ultrafine-grained O′-Sialon-based ceramics were prepared by two-stage sintering at 1250 °C, with large particle GH4169 superalloy powder and nano Al₂O₃–Y₂O₃ as composite sintering aids. The effects of these aids on the densification, microstructure, and mechanical properties of O′-Sialon-based ceramics during two-stage sintering were also studied. Studies have shown that the densification process of O′-Sialon-based ceramics promoted by composite sintering additives, presents with the characteristics of two-stage liquid-phase sintering. In the first stage, GH4169 formed ultrafine-grained sintered clusters in the sintered material through liquid phase diffusion. In the second stage, the uniformly dispersed nano Al₂O₃–Y₂O₃ realized the uniform sintering of the material. In the fracture process, the ultrafine-grained sintered clusters hindered the crack propagation and promoted multiple deflections of the crack around the edge of the clusters, achieving the effect of crack deflection toughening. This effect, dominated by ultrafine-grained sintered clusters, significantly improved the fracture toughness of O′-Sialon-based ceramics up to 8.52 MPa m^1/2.     

Energiedissipation und Energieflüsse während des Tablettiervorganges

The tableting process causes a temperature increase due to dissipation of energy. Therefore, with time the temperature of the tablets and the tablet press increases. Depending on the calculated tablet temperature, this temperature increase is discussed for different compression forces and lubricant concentrations. Two different measurement techniques are presented and compared.

分析100kt/a焦炉气制甲醇装置二段炉出口甲烷偏高的原因,认为是金属烧嘴偏流而引起的,并提出相应的措施。     

运输类飞机全机操纵系统功能检查试验技术研究及应用

运输类飞机驾驶舱位于机头内部,常规的试验加载设备难以固定,在全机操纵系统功能检查试验中如何准确地模拟飞行员对机械操纵装置加载成为该类试验亟待解决的问题。为了达到考核飞机结构静强度的同时实现舵面的功能检查,提出一种全新的全机静力试验舵面功能检查试验技术。通过驾驶盘双向大转角加载技术、基于响应的载荷谱自动切换技术及多向转角实时监测技术等模拟飞行员操纵过程及舵面受载情况,获得操纵力曲线及舵面响应曲线,成功解决了试验中的加载、控制及测量问题。最后以大型灭火/水上救援水陆两栖飞机操纵系统功能检查试验为研究对象,采用新方法顺利完成了试验,因此该方法满足试验要求。     

张弦木梁变形特性的试验研究

提出采用对木梁进行张弦,并通过1∶2比例的模型试验,证实它比同截面的普通木梁的刚度有了较大的提高,是解决大跨木梁挠度过大的一个有效方法,给出了张弦木梁的挠度计算方法并分析了影响张弦木梁刚度的因素。
