综放工作面防治水技术应用实践

为解决21000工作面采空区及顶板涌水问题,根据工作面出水点的不同情况,采取了集水器导水、老塘设挡水堰截水、挖排水沟疏水等多项治水措施,经统计排水量达33~42m3/h,有效控制了水情,确保了工作面正常生产。

The confounded nature of angry men and happy women.

Findings of 7 studies suggested that decisions about the sex of a face and the emotional expressions of anger or happiness are not independent: Participants were faster and more accurate at detecting angry expressions on male faces and at detecting happy expressions on female faces. These findings were robust across different stimulus sets and judgment tasks and indicated bottom-up perceptual processes rather than just top-down conceptually driven ones. Results from additional studies in which neutrally expressive faces were used suggested that the connections between masculine features and angry expressions and between feminine features and happy expressions might be a property of the sexual dimorphism of the face itself and not merely a result of gender stereotypes biasing the perception. Error Concealment Based on Semantic Prioritization with Hardware‐Based Face Tracking

With video compression standards such as MPEG‐4, a transmission error happens in a video‐packet basis, rather than in a macroblock basis. In this context, we propose a semantic error prioritization method that determines the size of a video packet based on the importance of its contents. A video packet length is made to be short for an important area such as a facial area in order to reduce the possibility of error accumulation. To facilitate the semantic error prioritization, an efficient hardware algorithm for face tracking is proposed. The increase of hardware complexity is minimal because a motion estimation engine is efficiently re‐used for face tracking. Experimental results demonstrate that the facial area is well protected with the proposed scheme.     

高速公路水毁成因及防治措施

从高速公路水泥混凝土路面裂缝，挖方地段护面墙开裂、拦水带与路面衔接部位裂缝，急流槽水泥砂浆勾缝脱落等方面分析了高速公路水毁的成因，并提出了切实可行的防治措施，保证了高速公路的正常运营。     

BP网络模型对人脸朝向的识别

研究BP神经网络模型,通过计算机模拟人脑建立神经元网络,使用一部分人脸朝向信息作为训练的实例集,训练稳健后,可以推广应用判断其他人脸的朝向信息,以实现计算机自动识别人脸朝向。先对图片进行归一化等预处理,再应用主成分分析提取特征信息,每幅提取出的特征信息都是8个数据的列向量,构建一个8个输入、17个隐含、3个输出的三层BP网络模型。将训练实例集的特征向量代入训练,调整参数后保证其性能和收敛速度。最后通过大量实验验证,计算机识别的误判率仅为6.7%,模型可靠。     

基于YCbCr肤色模型改进算法及区域特征的人脸检测研究

针对当前人脸检测的研究现状与难题,采用改进的YCbCr椭圆聚类肤色模型进行肤色区域提取,根据肤色在YCb’Cr’空间的分布,对于亮度小于80的非肤色像素点会误判为肤色点,则缩小椭圆聚类;对于亮度大于230的肤色像素点会误判为非肤色点,则扩大椭圆聚类,有效避免了在高亮度区域和亮度较低的区域中的肤色点误判问题。接着利用人脸的几何特征,对二值化图中的目标区域进行比例、大小结构的分析,排除不可能的人脸区域,并基于肤色和位置进行区域优化,将处理后的结果作为候选人脸区域输出。     

标准正面人脸图像的识别

本论文选用人脸上27个特殊点作为人脸基本特征。以人脸几何结构为基础,结合有脸识别的心理特性,提出新颖、简便、高精度的“寻找存在”法,使提取特征点的速度、精度得到大大的提高,在详细分析这27个特列点的统计特性后,选择了其中信息量丰富的15个点间距及间距比构成一组向量代替人脸描述,用加权欧氏距离作为特征向量间相似性测试,在两类实验中,识别率高达100％和98％。     

灰口铸铁阀体密封面镍基堆焊技术

详细介绍了一种改善旋转止回阀密封面性能的镍基堆焊工艺。针对阀体密封面的结构，设计了特殊焊接工艺，精确地完成了堆焊过程，达到厂家设计要求。     

利用废茶制备洁面用品的研究

茶叶中含有茶多酚、氨基酸、茶碱等护肤和洁肤成分 ,将茶提取液添加到洁面用品中 ,使洁面用品既具有洁肤效果 ,又有护肤作用 ,可改善洁面用品的使用感觉 ,提高洁面用品的品质 ,符合化妆品的发展方向。通过实验 ,成功研制了多种性能良好、价格较低的含茶提取液洁面用品 ,为我国废茶的综合利用提供了一种新途径。
