为了平衡跟踪器的分类与估计模块间的性能差距,提出一种模块性能均衡的跟踪器.首先,通过大量离线学习,将高阶特征纳入目标估计中;然后,对目标估计模块进行训练,预测目标对象与估计跟踪框之间的重叠.为了提高所提分类模块在面对干扰物时的鲁棒性,引入在线训练的分类模块,采用了难分样本挖掘方法,确保较高的区分能力.在OTBI00、VOT2016和TrackingNet三个公开数据集上进行实验,结果表明,与相关滤波、多域网络等方法相比,所提方法的重叠精度指标更优、跟踪精度更高,且收敛性明显快于梯度下降法,运行速率达到实时要求.  相似文献

In typical in vitro tests for clinical use or development of antibiotics, samples from a bacterial population are exposed to an antibiotic at various concentrations. The resulting data can then be used to build a mathematical model suitable for dosing regimen design or for further development. For bacterial populations that include resistant subpopulations—an issue that has reached alarming proportions—building such a model is challenging. In prior work, we developed a related modeling framework for such heterogeneous bacterial populations following linear dynamics when exposed to an antibiotic. We extend this framework to the case of logistic dynamics, common among strongly resistant bacterial strains. Explicit formulas are developed that can be easily used in parameter estimation and subsequent dosing regimen design under realistic pharmacokinetic conditions. A case study using experimental data from the effect of an antibiotic on a gram‐negative bacterial population exemplifies the usefulness of the proposed approach. © 2015 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 61: 2385–2393, 2015  相似文献

A new eight-node conforming quadrilateral element with high-order completeness, denoted as QH8-C1, is proposed in this article. First, expressions for the interpolation displacement function satisfying the requirements for high-order completeness in the global coordinate system are constructed. Second, the displacement function expression in global coordinates is transformed into isoparametric coordinates, and the relationships between the two series of coefficients for the two kinds of displacement function expressions are found. Third, the displacement function expression is modified to satisfy the requirements of nodal freedom and interelement boundary continuity. The key to the new element construction is the derivation of the linear relationship expressions among 12 coefficients of element displacement interpolation polynomials in the global and isoparametric coordinate systems. As a result, the relationship between quadratic completeness and interelement continuity is explicitly given, and a proof of the completeness and the continuity was conducted to theoretically guarantee the validity of the derivation results. Furthermore, in order to verify the correctness of the theoretical work, nine numerical examples were performed. The computation results from these examples demonstrate that QH8-C1 exhibited excellent performance, including high simulation accuracy, fast convergence, insensitivity to mesh distortion, and monotonic convergence.  相似文献

Circular data are those for which the natural support is the unit circle and its toroidal extensions. Numerous constructions have been proposed which can be used to generate models for such data. We propose a new, very general, one based on the normalization of the spectra of complex-valued stationary processes. As illustrations of the new construction's application, we study models for univariate circular data obtained from the spectra of autoregressive moving average models and relate them to existing models in the literature. We also propose and investigate multivariate circular models obtained from the high-order spectra of stationary stochastic processes generated using linear filtering with an autoregressive moving average response function. A new family of distributions for a Markov process on the circle is also introduced. Results for asymptotically optimal inference for dependent observations on the circle are presented which provide a new paradigm for inference with circular models. The application of one of the new families of spectra-generated models is illustrated in an analysis of wind direction data.  相似文献

The traditional methods for digital modulation signals recognition with Alpha stable distribution noise have the problem of poor performance. In this paper, a novel recognition method for digital modulation signals based on the generalized cumulant and generalized instantaneous phase is proposed to solve this problem. This method extracts the characteristic parameters which are the generalized cumulant and maximum of normalization and center generalized instantaneous phase spectral density based on fractional Fourier transform. And then the minimum mean square error classifier and the threshold are used to achieve modulation recognition of digital modulation signals with Alpha stable distribution noise. Simulation results show that the proposed method has not only better performance but also lower computation complexity than the traditional recognition methods in an Alpha stable distribution noise environment.  相似文献

针对距离扩展目标的检测问题,提出一种自适应归一化匹配滤波(ANMF)、非线性映射和高阶互相关积累(HOCC)相结合的目标检测方法。首先将距离像按慢时间进行脉冲维划分,得到若干脉冲子区间,再对每个脉冲子区间进行自适应归一化匹配滤波,然后利用非线性函数对滤波的输出进行非线性映射处理,最后将非线性映射的输出进行高阶互相关积累,从而获得检测统计量。仿真实验结果表明,在检测概率为80%时,所述方法比传统 ANMF 方法所需的信杂比低1 dB 左右,性能较为优越。  相似文献

当低压配电系统接入混合负载或在支路中出现电弧故障时,电弧故障识别难度大幅提升。针对此类电弧故障,提出一种基于小波包变换与高阶累积量相结合的电弧故障识别方法。首先采集不同负载、支路电弧故障下的电压、电流数据,建立电弧故障波形数据库;然后利用小波包变换对电弧电流信号进行分析,通过对多种试验数据进行分析,确定了通用电弧特征频带,对电弧电流波形进行重构作为电弧特征信号;通过分析故障电弧特征信号的4阶累积量值,提出了一种能够在时域中识别电弧故障的判据。该判据可以准确、快速地识别单一负载、混合负载以及支路电弧等情况下的电弧故障,且能够较为准确地检测电弧故障发生的时刻,为复杂电弧故障识别及起弧时刻的研究提供参考。  相似文献

This article deals with some high-order approximations of the three-phase-lag heat transfer model aiming, at first, to identify the restrictions that make them well-posed consistence. Consequently, a first result about the uniqueness and continuous dependence of the solutions with respect to the given initial data and to the supply term is established for the related initial boundary value problems. Subsequently, to provide a more comprehensive analysis of the model, some further spatial decay results are established, this time conveniently relaxing the hypotheses about the delay times and the thermal conductivities. More precisely, a theorem of influence domain is proved for the wave propagating models and an exponential decaying estimate of Saint-Venant type is established for the diffusive models.  相似文献

由于使用经典的联合近似特征对角化(JADE)算法从视频中估计光电容积脉搏波(Photoplethysmography,PPG)信号,再经快速傅里叶变换转化成的心率值与真实心率值的误差较大,本文提出使用基于对角累积量算法从视频中分离PPG信号,再经过快速傅里叶变换转换成心率的方法来提高心率测量的准确性。进行了从RGB彩色可见光视频信号中恢复心率值的实验。对比实验表明,基于对角累积量分离算法所得心率值与真实心率值差的绝对值的统计特征参数较JADE算法均有所降低,均值、标准差、均方根误差平均分别下降1.46,4.98和4.49。通过Bland-Altman图的分析表明,在95%的置信区间内,对角累积量算法所得心率的浮动范围较JADE算法减小了2倍以上,显示对角累积量算法具有更高的估计精度,对肤色亮度和外界自然光的要求更低,通过调整参数值,可使运行时间控制在1s之内,基本满足实时提取心率的要求。  相似文献
