减水剂类型对赤泥—矿渣基地聚物注浆材料性能的影响及机理研究

针对赤泥等固体废弃物对环境危害性大且利用率低等问题,以碱激发赤泥-矿渣基地聚物注浆材料为 研究对象,研究了不同掺量的聚羧酸(PA)减水剂、醛酮缩合物(AKC)减水剂和萘系(N)减水剂对材料凝结时间、流动 性及强度等的影响,并通过 XRD、傅里叶红外光谱及 SEM 等设备对减水剂的作用机理进行研究。 结果表明:减水剂增 强了材料的流动性但降低了材料的剪切应力;N 和 PA 减水剂能缩短材料的凝结时间,但 AKC 减水剂会延长材料的凝 结时间;N 和 AKC 减水剂能提高材料的强度,但 PA 减水剂会降低材料的强度;N 减水剂对材料的综合性能提升效果 更加明显,其最优掺量为 0. 7%;减水剂对赤泥-矿渣基地聚物性能提升的作用机理主要是促进地聚合物凝胶的形成。 研究成果为拓展赤泥在工程上的使用途径和效率提供了理论指导。     

Dipeptides of S-Substituted Dehydrocysteine as Artzyme Building Blocks: Synthesis,Complexing Abilities and Antiproliferative Properties

Background: Dehydropeptides are analogs of peptides containing at least one conjugate double bond between α,β-carbon atoms. Its presence provides unique structural properties and reaction centre for chemical modification. In this study, the series of new class of dipeptides containing S-substituted dehydrocysteine with variety of heterocyclic moieties was prepared. The compounds were designed as the building blocks for the construction of artificial metalloenzymes (artzymes). Therefore, the complexing properties of representative compounds were also evaluated. Furthermore, the acknowledged biological activity of natural dehydropeptides was the reason to extend the study for antiproliferative action of against several cancer cell lines. Methods: The synthetic strategy involves glycyl and phenylalanyl-(Z)-β-bromodehydroalanine as a substrate in one pot addition/elimination reaction of thiols. After deprotection of N-terminal amino group the compounds with triazole ring were tested as complexones for copper(II) ions using potentiometric titration and spectroscopic techniques (UV-Vis, CD, EPR). Finally, the antiproliferative activity was evaluated by sulforhodamine B assay. Results and Conclusions: A simple and efficient procedure for preparation of dipeptides containing S-substituded dehydrocysteine was provided. The peptides containing triazole appeared to be strong complexones of copper(II) ions. Some of the peptides exhibited promising antiproliferative activities against number of cancer cell lines, including cell lines resistant to widely used anticancer agent.     

高应力软岩巷道锚注一体化联合支护技术应用

介绍了国家专利注锚剂、中空注浆锚索等产品,以国家能源麦朵山煤矿11采区2煤辅助运输巷为研究对象,采用数值模拟、理论分析、现场测试及井下试验相结合的综合研究方法,对11采区2煤辅助运输巷采用锚注一体联合支护技术,来实现对岩体裂隙注浆,使浆料与岩体结为一体,在围岩与支护体共同作用过程中,实现强岩增荷的作用,维护巷道的稳定性,实现工作面的安全生产。     

生活用纸湿强剂PAE残留的风险评估

介绍了生活用纸中湿强剂聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂（PAE）的残留状况及对人类健康的风险隐患；结合欧盟法规规定和风险评估模型，计算了生活用纸中残留PAE经皮肤摄入的风险指数，并进行了PAE残留风险评估。结果表明，PAE中的有机氯代物在纸巾纸等生活用纸中残留的概率较大，长期接触这些有害物质将对使用者的身体健康产生潜在的风险隐患。     

应用组合起泡剂优化黑、白钨混合浮选

针对湖南某钨选厂使用杂醇类起泡剂BK205所产生的泡沫小、性脆、泡沫层薄等不利于二次浮选的特点,采用BK205与新型醚类起泡剂CU组合使用以便实现矿石中钨矿物的高效回收。结果表明,在采用BK205与新型醚类起泡剂CU组合质量比为3∶1、先BK205后CU的加药方式下,小型闭路试验得到精矿WO3品位为30.13%,回收率为78.98%。工业试验表明,组合起泡剂不仅改善浮选泡沫,减少药剂用量,降低药剂成本,而且能获得比原起泡剂更好的工业指标,使钨矿物得到更高效的回收。     

无氟防水整理在化纤高密织物上的应用

采用无氟防水剂ECO ADV对化纤高密织物进行防水整理,优化的整理工艺为:无氟防水剂ECO ADV 50 g/L、防水增效剂XCR 10 g/L、三防整理渗透剂FN 5 g/L、焙烘温度170℃、车速40 m/min。化纤高密织物经无氟防水剂ECO ADV整理后再进行后整理加工(如涂层、贴合、复合等),色变小,防水性能稳定,且贴条强力较强,手感好,手抓白痕少。     

抗硫化返原剂PK900在全地形轮胎胎面胶中的应用

研究抗硫化返原剂PK900在全地形轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在全地形轮胎胎面胶中添加抗硫化返原剂PK900,胶料硫化速度变化不大,抗硫化返原性能提高,在过硫条件下硫化胶可保持较好的物理性能;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,使用寿命延长。     

飞灰固结体在沥青混合料中应用研究

通过对新型固结剂固化飞灰生成的固结体研磨成微粉全部或部分替代矿粉作为沥青混合料进行试验探究。试验结果表明,当微粉替代矿粉时,混合料的物理性能、水稳定性及高温稳定性得到了提高,确定了微粉替代矿粉最佳替代率。微粉在沥青混合料中重金属的存在状态采用多级提取的方法进行分析,试验结果进一步证明了微粉中重金属在沥青混合料中的长期稳定性。为焚烧垃圾飞灰固化稳定化和资源化利用提供了一定的理论指导。     

HSDN‐GRA: A hybrid software‐defined networking‐based geographic routing protocol with multi‐agent approach

We propose in this paper a Hybrid Software‐Defined Networking‐based Geographical Routing Protocol (HSDN‐GRA) with a clustering approach. It takes into account three different criteria to select the best relay to send data: (1) the contact duration between vehicles, (2) the available load of each vehicle, (3) and the log of encountered communication errors embedded in each cluster head. The multi‐criteria strategy allows the selection of the most reliable vehicles by avoiding communication problems and ensuring connection availability. Once the hybrid control plane has found out the next eligible neighbor, the data plane will be in charge of dividing and sending data. To validate our approach, HSDN‐GRA has been modeled and implemented in JADE, a multi‐agent platform, to be compared to other multi‐agent based protocols. Simulation results show that HSDN‐GRA achieves good performance with respect to the average routing overhead, the packet drop rate, and the throughput.
