Canisters with a cast iron insert for mechanical strength and a 50-mm thick copper shell as corrosion protection are planned to be used for disposal of spent nuclear fuel in Sweden and Finland. Chloride can be considered “beneficial”, as it promotes active dissolution of copper rather than passivation (which might result in pitting), but a high concentration of chloride in solution would increase the driving force for corrosion through the formation of soluble copper chloro complexes. Thermodynamic calculations are performed in this study with the PHREEQC software and three of its accompanying databases, and a comparison with experimental data is performed to select the database to be used when evaluating repository performance. The activity coefficient models are given special attention. For the assessment of chloride-assisted corrosion of a KBS-3 canister, chloride concentrations pessimistically up to 5 mol/kg are used (in Finland and Sweden, the groundwater and bentonite porewater chloride concentrations are not expected to exceed 1 mol/kg). The resulting copper solubilities are then considered in different mass transport cases.  相似文献

Mass transfer in polycrystalline Yb2SiO5 wafers with precise composition control was evaluated and analyzed by oxygen permeation experiments at high temperatures using an oxygen tracer. Oxygen permeation proceeded due to mutual grain boundary diffusion of oxide ions and Yb ions without synergistic effects such as acceleration or suppression. The oxygen shielding properties of Yb2SiO5 were compared with those of the other line compounds such as Yb2Si2O7 and Al2O3 based on the determined mass transfer parameters. It was found that the more preferentially an oxide ion diffuses in the grain boundary compared to the interior of the grain, the greater the effect of suppressing the movement of the oxide ion by applying an oxygen potential gradient becomes.  相似文献

凌庄子水厂蓄水池进水口处有一保水堰,为非标准薄壁堰,不能使用已有堰流公式对其过流量进行准确计算。为了得出较为精确的过流流量,按照重力相似准则制作几何比尺为1∶5的模型进行试验研究。在已有自由出流公式的基础上,对自由出流流量系数进行修正并对淹没情况下流量变化过程进行研究。对该非标准堰自由出流流量系数的实测值与经验值进行分析比较,发现堰板槽降低了实际自由出流过流能力。淹没出流的流量系数主要与下游尾水位有关,试验中形成的淹没式堰流受实际堰型尺寸影响,下游尾水位和堰上水位近似相等,不完全适用已有淹没出流流量公式,通过试验给出了修正淹没系数随h/p的变化关系。结果表明利用堰前、堰后水位初步计算过流流量是可行的,可为该工程提供参考,也可为实际工程中非标准矩形堰的流量计算提供思路。  相似文献

高效率地使用工程车辆是工程项目管理中节约成本的有效方法,无人监管环境下工程车辆的工况识别,是实现工程车辆高效率使用的有效手段。目前以GPS等技术为核心的车辆智能管理系统未对工程车辆进行工况识别,提出一种基于GRU循环神经网络的工程车辆工况识别方法,通过对工程车辆在不同工况下产生的音频信号进行分析,从中提取Mel倒谱系数作为主要特征,构建GRU循环神经网络模型进行训练和识别。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现对工程车辆工况的有效识别。  相似文献

以H型垂直轴风力机及其内含圆柱形实体为研究对象,对NACA0018翼型的五叶片H型垂直轴风力机的气动性能进行数值模拟和实验验证。分析8种不同直径的内含圆柱体,在内含实体截面积占风轮迎风面积之比分别为21.2%、50.0%和76.9%时,风力机风能利用率的峰值分别下降8.04%、20.7%及74.3%。结果表明:随着内含实体直径的增大,风能利用率的峰值逐渐减小,开始较为缓慢,达到一定值时快速下降。小直径内含实体主要影响叶片在下风区的转矩,对风能利用率的影响较小,而大直径内含实体还会影响叶片在上风区的转矩,其风能利用率迅速减小。对于内含固定直径的实体,比如在现有建筑物外侧安装风力机时,其风轮半径的选择需综合考虑风能利用率和风力机的建造成本两方面的因素。研究结果可为建筑物与垂直轴风力机进行有效结合以提高风能的利用提供参考。  相似文献

为了探索三维石墨烯-碳纳米管(G-CNTs)/水泥净浆的压敏性能,采用四电极法研究了荷载作用下GCNTs/水泥净浆的电阻率变化,并分析不同G-CNTs掺量、加载幅度、加载速度以及恒定荷载对电阻率变化的影响。研究表明:随着G-CNTs掺量的增加,电阻率呈先减小后稳定的变化趋势,在G-CNTs掺量由0.2wt%增加至1.6wt%时,电阻率下降51.8%;电阻率与温度呈负相关;G-CNTs掺量高于0.8wt%时可以显著提高水泥净浆的压敏性能,且电阻率变化率与应力应变有明显的对应关系,1.2wt%G-CNTs掺量下试件的应力灵敏系数和应变灵敏系数分别为2.3%/MPa和291;G-CNTs/水泥净浆电阻率变化率幅值随着加载幅度增大而相应增加,其电阻率变化率曲线在不同加载速度以及恒定荷载作用下均与应力-应变曲线一一对应,具有良好的压敏特性。  相似文献

In this study, two series of GaxSb40-xS60 (x = 4, 6, 8, 10 mol%) and GaySb36S64-y (y = 3, 5, 6 mol%) glasses were prepared and the relationship between their compositional and acousto-optic (AO) properties was investigated systematically for the first time. In the GaySb36S64-y system, the AO figure of merit (M2) increased as the Ga increased, and the maximum M2 of the Ga6Sb36S58 glass was 455.78 × 10?18 s3/g, which is ~301 times greater than that of fused silica and ~2.5 times greater than that of As2S3 chalcogenide (ChG) glass at 1550 nm. However, its thermo-optic coefficients (dn/dT) varied greatly (32.1 × 10?6 °C?1–57.2 × 10?6 °C?1), and acoustic attenuations (α) at 10 MHz were high, from 5.446 dB/cm to 7.274 dB/cm. In the GaxSb40-xS60 glass system, the M2 value and α at different ultrasonic frequencies gradually decreased with the improvement of Ga. Compared with the GaySb36S64-y system, the GaxSb40-xS60 glass system had lower α (at 10 MHz) and dn/dT, which are 5.001 dB/cm–5.563 dB/cm and 17.3 × 10?6 °C?1–55.6 × 10?6 °C?1, respectively. These results provide a significant reference for the further development of novel ChG glasses and help expand their application fields.  相似文献

The present work is attempted to improve the microhardness and wear properties of AISI 1020 steel by depositing TiB2–Fe composite coating using tungsten inert gas (TIG) cladding. In this study, different compositions of TiB2–Fe paste form were preplaced on the substrate plates and then TIG heat input was applied to deposit hard composite coating layer. The main objective of the present work was to explore the influence of TIG input current as well as iron content on the microstructure and surface properties of deposited coatings. Microhardness, microstructural and phase characterization of the coating have been done by the Vickers microhardness tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffractrometer (XRD). The results showed that the microhardness of the TiB2–Fe coating was strongly influenced by the composition of the coating materials as well as the TIG processing current. The microhardness increases with decreasing Fe contents in the coating materials with constant processing current (90 A) as well as it also increases with decreasing processing current with the fixed composition of coating materials (80TiB2–20Fe). The maximum average microhardness found was 3082 HV0.1 for the coating of 100TiB2–0Fe composition ratio and 90 A processing current which was about 18 times higher than that of the substrate average microhardness value (163 HV0.1). Average wear rate evaluated by considering weight loss of the TIG cladded samples using pin on disc tribometer by the sliding distance of 864 m and 20 N normal loads. The wear results also showed that the coating contains 100 wt% of TiB2 (0 wt% of Fe) exhibited lower rate of wear 6.74 × 10?8 g/Nm which is about 24 times lower as compared to AISI 1020 mild steel wear rate (166.31 × 10?8 g/Nm).  相似文献

In this article, pre-assembly hot-press pressure and thermal expansion effects in gas-diffusion layers (GDLs) are addressed to explore the practicalities of the constitutive model reported in the companion article. A facile technique is proposed to include deformation history dependent residual strain effects. The model is implemented in the numerical environment and compared with widely followed conventional models such as isotropic and orthotropic material models. With the normal and accelerated thermal expansion effects no significant variation in stresses or strains is reported with the compressible GDL model in contrast to the conventional incompressible form of the GDL model. The present work identifies the critical differences with advanced and extended variants of the model along with conventional GDL material models in terms of planar stress/strain distribution and the membrane response. Finally, the model is simulated for micro-cyclic stress loads of varying amplitudes that imitate the real working conditions of fuel cell. The inelastic energy dissipation in GDLs is predicted using the proposed model, which is utilized further to distinguish the safe (elastic) and unsafe (inelastic shakedown) operating limits. The inelastic collapse of GDLs is shown to be a active function of high amplitude micro-cyclic load with high initial clamping load.  相似文献
