A sustainable power source is a key technical challenge for practical applications of electrically responsive soft robots, especially the required voltage is over several thousand volts. Here, a practicable new technology, triboelectric soft robot (TESR) system with the primary characteristics of power source from mechanical energy, is developed. At its heart is TESR with bioinspired architectures made of soft-deformable body and two triboelectric adhesion feet, which is driven and accurately controlled through triboelectric effect, while reaching maximum crawling speeds of 14.9 mm s−1 on the acrylic surface. The characteristics of the TESR, including displacement and force, are tested and simulated under the power of a rotary freestanding triboelectric nanogenerator (RF-TENG). Crawling of TESR is successfully realized on different materials surfaces and different angle slopes under the driven of RF-TENG. Furthermore, a real-time visual monitoring platform, in which TESR carries a micro camera to transmit images in a long narrow tunnel, is also achieved successfully, indicating that it can be used for fast diagnosis in an area inaccessible to human beings in the future. This study offers a new insight into the sustainable power source technologies suitable for electrically responsive soft robots and contributes to expanding the applicability of TENGs.  相似文献

This study indicated that by applying an improved classification system to decayed large-diameter Norway spruce (Picea abies) wood, its use as raw material for kraft pulping without loss of pulp quality could be essentially increased. This is based on the fact that although the cooking yield of decayed spruce material which has been sorted according to these new recommendations is somewhat lower and Kappa number higher than those of sound wood material, the greatest part of the decayed stem (the outer part of the stem) contains long-fiber wood material which produces pulp of good quality. Therefore, large-diameter spruce logs can also be separately used, for example, in the manufacture of reinforcement pulp.  相似文献

着陆缓冲机构是着陆器实现行星探测软着陆的关键部位之一,它的缓冲性能直接关系到着陆器是否能安全地在行星表面实现软着陆。根据某院提供的火星着陆器模型,在三维建模软件中建立着陆器的合理简化模型,为了提高分析着陆器软着陆过程冲击响应的准确性,采用MSC公司的Patran/Dytran有限元软件,用瞬态动力学的方法对着陆器的缓冲性能进行分析。仿真结果与试验数据十分吻合,着陆器的缓冲和传力性能良好。因此,采用拉杆缓冲的桁架式火星着陆器是可行的,仿真结果与试验数据也为今后的火星探测提供了参考。  相似文献

The inlet/outlet is an important part of a water conveyance system in a pumped storage power station (PSPS). Its hydraulic characteristics are directly related to the operation and economic benefit of the PSPS. Frequent changes between inflow and outflow operations pose significant challenges in the design of the inlet/outlet diffusion segment shape. In this study, an effective optimization method, including three-dimensional parametric modelling, computational fluid dynamics and a genetic algorithm, is introduced and coupled to the design of the diffusion segment shape. The hydraulic characteristics of bi-directional flow, including the head loss, velocity uneven distribution and uneven discharge distribution, are selected as the objective function in the optimization method. Using this method, the recommended shape of the inlet/outlet is studied and its hydraulic characteristics are discussed. The results indicate that the optimized inlet/outlet has better performance.  相似文献

富水条件下软岩巷道容易出现大变形及围岩强度大幅度降低等情况,对矿井的生产安全造成极大威胁。为探索富水软岩巷道稳定性控制技术,结合新上海一号煤矿113082工作面运输巷工程实例,采用理论分析方法研究了地下水对巷道围岩及支护结构的影响,提出围岩稳定性控制对策,并对控制方案进行数值模拟验证。针对富水软岩巷道,首先采取导、疏结合的控水措施,减小对原有围岩强度的影响,降低对支护结构的损害;其次采用全断面、多手段联合加固的支护措施,控制围岩变形。工程实际及数值模拟结果表明,对于富水软岩巷道采取以上技术措施,能够有效保证巷道的稳定性。  相似文献

The shape-shifting behavior of liquid crystal networks (LCNs) and elastomers (LCEs) is a result of an interplay between their initial geometrical shape and their molecular alignment. For years, reliance on either one-step in situ or two-step film processing techniques has limited the shape-change transformations from 2D to 3D geometries. The combination of various fabrication techniques, alignment methods, and chemical formulations developed in recent years has introduced new opportunities to achieve 3D-to-3D shape-transformations in large scales, albeit the precise control of local molecular alignment in microscale 3D constructs remains a challenge. Here, the voxel-by-voxel encoding of nematic alignment in 3D microstructures of LCNs produced by two-photon polymerization using high-resolution topographical features is demonstrated. 3D LCN microstructures (suspended films, coils, and rings) with designable 2D and 3D director fields with a resolution of 5 µm are achieved. Different shape transformations of LCN microstructures with the same geometry but dissimilar molecular alignments upon actuation are elicited. This strategy offers higher freedom in the shape-change programming of 3D LCN microstructures and expands their applicability in emerging technologies, such as small-scale soft robots and devices and responsive surfaces.  相似文献
