为解决塔式光热的核心构筑物吸热塔"方变圆"变径超高筒体结构施工难题,选用一套可变形的滑模平台系统,通过操作系统上可调千斤顶支座、门架横向液压千斤顶装置、多处可调节模板角度和收缩模板的丝杆等,使得滑模根据施工需求可在一定的范围内调节模板倾角、间距,并逐步完成收缩变形,其理论滑模允许偏角20°,最终高效完成异形结构施工。该滑模系统刚度大、承载及堆料能力强、空间大、机械化程度高,施工操作简单,安全性高,适应沙漠极端环境。全过程仅需使用一套滑模体系,就能完成方形段、方变圆的变形段及圆形段施工,大大提高了施工效率,为类似环境下相似结构的施工提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

The evaluation of the volumetric accuracy of a machine tool is an open challenge in the industry, and a wide variety of technical solutions are available in the market and at research level. All solutions have advantages and disadvantages concerning which errors can be measured, the achievable uncertainty, the ease of implementation, possibility of machine integration and automation, the equipment cost and the machine occupation time, and it is not always straightforward which option to choose for each application. The need to ensure accuracy during the whole lifetime of the machine and the availability of monitoring systems developed following the Industry 4.0 trend are pushing the development of measurement systems that can be integrated in the machine to perform semi-automatic verification procedures that can be performed frequently by the machine user to monitor the condition of the machine. Calibrated artefact based calibration and verification solutions have an advantage in this field over laser based solutions in terms of cost and feasibility of machine integration, but they need to be optimized for each machine and customer requirements to achieve the required calibration uncertainty and minimize machine occupation time.This paper introduces a digital twin-based methodology to simulate all relevant effects in an artefact-based machine tool calibration procedure, from the machine itself with its expected error ranges, to the artefact geometry and uncertainty, artefact positions in the workspace, probe uncertainty, compensation model, etc. By parameterizing all relevant variables in the design of the calibration procedure, this simulation methodology can be used to analyse the effect of each design variable on the error mapping uncertainty, which is of great help in adapting the procedure to each specific machine and user requirements. The simulation methodology and the analysis possibilities are illustrated by applying it on a 3-axis milling machine tool.  相似文献

根据顶板高位定向钻孔快速钻进成孔与工作面卸压瓦斯高效抽采治理需要,针对现有螺杆马达定向钻进技术与分级扩孔方法存在的问题,开展了顶板硬岩定向钻进与大直径扩孔钻进关键技术研究,开发了冲击回转定向钻进技术、扭冲回转定向钻进技术、扭冲旋转扩孔技术以及双级双速扩孔技术等钻孔提速新技术,研制了冲击螺杆马达、矿用小直径扭力冲击器、双级双速螺杆马达、组合式扩孔钻头等配套钻具。综合试验结果表明,硬岩定向钻孔平均机械钻进效率达到8.34 m/h,最高达到13.6 m/h,较常规螺杆马达定向钻进技术提升20%~30%;硬岩大直径扩孔终孔直径达到200 mm,机械钻进效率平均达到5.6 m/h以上,最高达到10.5 m/h。该技术提升了顶板硬岩定向钻进效率与大直径扩孔钻进效率,缩短了顶板高位定向钻孔的综合施工周期,为大直径高位定向长钻孔快速成孔与高效抽采治理回采工作面卸压瓦斯提供了可靠的技术手段。  相似文献

双子支持向量机(twin support vector machine,简称TWSVM)的核函数选择对其分类性能有着重要影响,TWSVM其核函数一般是局部核函数或者全局核函数,这两种核函数的泛化能力和分类性能不能兼顾。笔者利用综合加权的高斯局部核函数和多项式全局核函数方法组成双核函数来改进TWSVM以提高其泛化能力和分类性能,并采用简化粒子群优化(simple particle swarm optimization,简称SPSO)方法来对权值和参数进行优化,提出了SPSO优化Multiple Kernel-TWSVM模型,将该模型应用到滚动轴承故障诊断模式识别中。实验结果表明,双核TWSVM比单核TWSVM和反向传播(back propagation,简称BP)神经网络具有更高的分类准确率。  相似文献

Complex products such as satellites, missiles, and aircraft typically have demanding requirements for dynamic data management and process traceability. The assembly process for these complex products involves high complexity, strong dynamics, many uncertainties, and frequent rework and repair, especially in the model development stage. Achieving assembly data management and process traceability for complex products has always been a challenge. A recently proposed solution involves one-to-one mapping of the corresponding physical entity, also known as the digital twin method. This paper proposes a digital twin-based assembly data management and process traceability approach for complex products. First, the dynamic evolutionary process of complex product assembly data was analyzed from three dimensions: granularity, period and version. Then, a framework of digital twin-based assembly data management and process traceability for complex products was constructed. Some core techniques are: 1) workflow-based product assembly data organization and version management; 2) synchronous modeling of the product assembly process based on digital twin; and 3) hierarchical management and traceability of product assembly data based on digital twin. On this basis, an algorithm flowchart for generating a product assembly data package was created, which includes product assembly data management, assembly process traceability, and generation of a product assembly data package. Furthermore, the Digital Twin-based Assembly Process Management and Control System (DT-APMCS) was designed to verify the efficiency of the proposed approach. Some aerospace-related assembly enterprises are currently using DT-APMCS and achieving satisfactory results. Finally, a summary of our work is given, and the future research work is also discussed.  相似文献

With the development of intelligent manufacturing (IM), the Digital twin (DT) has become an important means to the evolution mechanism of the process. Many researchers pay attention on the realization of DT in different industries. Based on the DT and Digital Twin Shop Floor (DTS) model, a novel, high throughput metrology method is proposed in the process quality monitoring and control of the Series Solar Cell Production Line (SSCPL) for detailed performance analysis. The variance of individual loss parameters and their impact on quality performance are quantified and mapped into the virtual space. The nature of their distributions and correlations provide great insights about quality loss mechanisms in process monitoring, helping to prioritize efforts for optimizing the control of the SSCPL in the physical space. Additionally, the parameters can be tied back to the physical space, allowing the data to be used directly for the control in the manufacturing. The data-loop of “Autonomous perception of process parameters - Dynamic behaver mapping - Online monitoring - Online data analysis - Parameters configuration & control” can be obtained in the model. This paper provides an application paradigm for DT and IM.  相似文献
