对AP1000压水堆核电站安全壳贯穿件的非径向管板焊接接头结构特点进行了介绍,并分析其超声检测工艺的重点和难点。通过建立统一的缺陷定位坐标系并结合被检构件的几何特点进行综合分析,推导得出了h值(缺陷回波最高点距套管外壁的距离)的计算方法。为超声检测对这类焊接接头缺陷的准确识别和定位提供了行之有效的方法,为解决这类焊接接头的超声检测技术受限区提供了行之有效的措施。 相似文献

Liquid foams of intermediate stability have been shown to be very efficient in the cleaning of sensitive surfaces because of the synergy between imbibition and foam decay. While we quantified these mechanisms for contaminations with liquid oils in our previous work, we show here their extension to oils containing soot particles in an effort to simulate increasingly realistic contaminations. Using foams with a wide range of liquid fractions and with different stabilities, we show that the main cleaning mechanisms remain very similar, with the oil entraining the soot particles. However, we find much less efficient soot removal when the liquid channels of the foams are small enough to hinder efficient transport of the soot particles. 相似文献

Comparative study of mechanical and chemical methods for surface cleaning of a marine shell‐and‐tube heat exchanger 下载免费PDF全文
In this article, experimental analysis is done on shell‐and‐tube heat exchanger of a marine vessel for removal of fouling using optimum surface‐cleaning techniques. The main objective is to compare the performance of the heat exchanger before and after maintenance. Two identical deteriorated systems of heat exchangers are taken and real‐time analysis is conducted. The log data are taken before and after undergoing maintenance for the two systems. Two different cleaning techniques are used, namely, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning. Detailed calculations are made for the shell‐and‐tube heat exchanger. From the obtained data, comparisons are made for different parameters on the tube side such as friction factor, heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop, as well as total heat transfer rate on the shell side. From the analysis and comparison, it was found that greater heat transfer takes place for the tubes cleaned using the chemical cleaning method than for tubes cleaned by the mechanical cleaning method. Pressure drop is found to be less for chemical cleaning method than mechanical cleaning method. This indicates that the fouling effect is reduced for tubes cleaned by the chemical cleaning method, and furthermore these tubes remain corrosion‐resistant for longer periods of time. 相似文献

研究超声强化过氧化氢-维生素C复合脱色剂体系对糖汁脱色的规律,考察了超声功率、复合脱色剂用量、超声温度和时间对糖汁脱色率的影响。试验结果表明:超声空化强化过氧化氢-维生素C对糖汁具有良好的脱色效果,当处理糖汁量为100 mL,超声功率为260 W,过氧化氢与维生素C的用量均为1.6 mL,空化温度为70℃,超声时间为6 min时,脱色率达到53.4%。通过正交试验分析,得到各个因素对糖汁脱色率影响的主次关系为:超声功率>复合脱色剂用量>超声时间>空化温度。 相似文献

Sustainable progress into batchwise coloration of polyurethane nanofibers by using ultrasonic energy
AbstractIn this decade, aesthetic potentials of electrospun polymeric nanofibers for advanced apparels have been studied. For the first time, we studied the sustainable aspects in the batchwise dyeing process of electrospun polymeric nanofibers in terms of conserving thermal energy and reducing the wastewater pollution. The nanofibrous mats were prepared using polyurethane (PU) polymer followed by dyeing with disperse dyes by conventional (CN) dyeing method as well as ultrasonic (US)-assisted dyeing method. Potential of savings in thermal energy (1000?kcal), dwell time (40?min) and quantity of disperse dyes (1.5% on the mass of nanofibers) were realized during the US-assisted dyeing method in comparison with the CN dyeing method. Further, total dissolved solids (TDS) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) contents of dyeing effluents demonstrated considerable ecological merits of the US dyeing method in terms of 30% reduction in TDS and 46% reduction in COD contents in comparison with the CN dyeing method. Excellent color strength (K/S) (reached 10) of dyed PU nanofibrous mats were achieved by US-assisted dyeing method in comparison with the K/S (reached 6) with CN dyeing method. This study investigated the effect of the combination of basic electrolysed water (BEW) and slightly acid electrolysed water (SAEW) with ultrasound (US) for cleaning and sanitation of the knives used in slaughtering processes. The knives were sonicated in a US bath using two modes of operation (normal and sweep) in two steps: (i) 5 min with BEW and (ii) 10 min with SAEW at 35 °C. The microbiological counts and the possible changes in the physical structure of the knives were evaluated. The association BEW + SAEW + US, in the sweep mode, provided lower mesophilic, enterobacterial, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast counts when compared to the values recommended by the international legislation. In addition, these conditions removed all organic residues from the knife blades and promoted the highest migration rate of the residues to the US water bath (12.35 mg/L·min), without modifications in the knife blades. Thus, cleaning and sanitation of knives was feasible with the association of BEW + SAEW + US, which could be a useful alternative for the meat industry. 相似文献

本实验针对不同超声功率改性的大豆分离蛋白与大豆可溶性多糖形成的复合乳液的冻融稳定性进行研究,揭示乳液冻融稳定机理与形成乳液复合物结构特性之间的构效关系。对2次冻融循环处理前后乳液油滴进行共聚焦观察,研究等温结晶固脂含量、油脂被乳化量的变化和作为乳化剂的大豆分离蛋白不同超声处理(0、200、300、400、500 W)下二级结构的变化,进而分析其与乳液冻融稳定性的关系。结果表明:乳液经2次冻融循环处理后随着超声功率的增加聚结程度降低,400 W超声处理的大豆分离蛋白与大豆可溶性多糖复合乳液最为稳定;等温结晶条件下不同乳液固脂含量增加速率不同,但最终平衡时总含量相同;油脂被乳化量发生不同程度的变化;不同超声处理改变了大豆分离蛋白的二级结构,400 W超声处理的大豆分离蛋白无规卷曲结构含量最高。说明不同超声改性的大豆分离蛋白与大豆可溶性多糖会形成不同结构的复合物,影响了乳液的冻融稳定性,初步明确了适当的超声处理能够改善大豆分离蛋白的空间结构,促进其与大豆可溶性多糖分子的键合,进而影响大豆分离蛋白-多糖界面结构特性和乳化体系的冻融稳定性。 相似文献

以20 kHz浸入式超声破碎装置为研究对象,将声场分析与有限元方法相结合,分析了超声破碎料腔在不同声场条件下(液位高度、声源位置)的声模态特性,并对超声场内的空化分布和平均声能密度的变化规律进行探讨,最后应用声学测量方法和图像采集试验进行了验证。结果表明:超声空化的空间分布与料腔中声场的声模态特性相关;料腔半径一定,当液位达到料腔声场的谐振液位时,场内平均声能密度较高,空化效应显著增强,空间分布与场内声压分布一致。在谐振液位时,声源位置的布放对平均声能密度和空化增强影响显著。 相似文献
