The authors used a 5-round Delphi study with a panel of 7 experts in meditation research to achieve agreement on a set of criteria for a working definition of “meditation” for use in a comprehensive systematic review of the therapeutic use of meditation. Participants agreed that essential to a meditation practice is its use of (a) a defined technique, (b) logic relaxation, and (c) a self-induced state. Participants also agreed that a meditation practice may (d) involve a state of psychophysical relaxation somewhere in the process; (e) use a self-focus skill or anchor; (f) involve an altered state/mode of consciousness, mystic experience, enlightenment or suspension of logical thought processes; (g) be embedded in a religious/spiritual/philosophical context; or (h) involve an experience of mental silence. The results of this study provide insight into the challenges faced by researchers who want to demarcate meditative practices from nonmeditative practices, and they describe an approach to this problem that may prove useful for researchers trying to operationalize meditation in the context of comparative research. 智能运动服装作为纤维基柔性智能可穿戴技术的重要应用领域,存在巨大的市场潜力。为探索纤维基柔性智能可穿戴器件在智能运动服装产业化应用的发展潜力,文章分析了智能运动服装的特性及其产业化应用进展,阐述了应用于智能运动服装的纤维基柔性智能可穿戴器件(包括柔性传感器、柔性超级电容器、柔性纳米发电机和柔性天线等)的研究进展。研究表明:为实现纤维基柔性智能可穿戴技术在智能运动服装领域的进一步应用,需要提升智能运动服装产品的舒适度、耐久性、数据准确性,推进器件的柔性化、微型化,降低生产成本,完善产品功能等。  相似文献

为提升瑜伽裤的功能性和舒适性,研究了纬编无缝瑜伽裤结构设计的方法。首先分析人体下肢围度特征及瑜伽运动中体表皮肤形变,选用氨纶和锦纶编织7种不同组织结构的面料,测量面料的拉伸性能和压力值。最后从围度尺寸和纵向结构进行纬编无缝瑜伽裤分区结构设计,并进行应用举例。结果表明,服装围度尺寸的差异通过调整不同织物的编织针数比例实现;通过织物横向拉伸的压力值,调整服装收缩量;服装纵向设计中,织物拉伸性能与皮肤形变数值的大小呈对应关系;无缝瑜伽裤的结构设计需综合考虑下肢运动特征、织物性能和无缝成形原理。该技术可以应用于其他类型的运动服装设计中,有助于提高服装结构设计的科学性和生产效率。  相似文献

目的提升用户在使用健身APP过程中的用户体验。方法通过对目标用户的行为进行分析,总结用户体验阶段的特征及表现,提炼出相对应的心流体验的要素和设计因素。从清晰的目标任务、愉悦的界面表现、有效的操作交互和激励沉浸的情感体验这4个层面,总结能激发心流体验的16个健身APP的设计原则。在此基础上,建立了心流理论视角下的健身APP设计模型。以瑜伽健身运动为例,设计了一款Yogaland APP。结论将心流理论引入健身APP的设计研究中,能显著影响用户的行为动机,满足用户的情感需求,创造丰富全面的互动体验,为现有的健身APP设计提供一定的方向。  相似文献

Abstract

The pressure comfort of a sleeveless yoga top was evaluated and optimized based on three-dimensional (3?D) virtual-reality technology. A 3?D human modal and virtual sample pattern were created, contact pressure values on 23 points during 12 yoga postures were measured. Results showed that pressure values of side neck point, back neck point, shoulder midpoint, shoulder point, bust point and the intersection of back princess line and waist line of the 3?D sample garment fluctuated greatly, where the dynamic pressure comfort was poor. The structural optimization was based on the improvement of pressure comfort on above points. A verification carried out to verity effects of the optimization, it was demonstrated that the pressure fluctuation at above points was obviously reduced, which meant the dynamic pressure comfort was obviously improved. It is expected that the research results can provide not only a yoga top pattern with excellent dynamic pressure comfort but also a reference for the future application of 3?D virtual pressure values in clothing.  相似文献
