丹参水溶性成分生物合成途径及其调控研究进展

从焙烧氰化尾渣中回收金、银的试验研究

通过试验提出一种从焙烧氰化尾渣中回收金、银的工艺方法。该工艺是将氰化尾渣加添加剂再磨至-400目含量大于95%,以除去矿样中的砷,并使氰化尾渣中脉石包裹的金、银暴露;然后用30%除杂剂加热浸取杂质,并除去金矿物表面的钝化膜。处理后的矿样采用氰化法进行浸取金、银。试验结果表明,该工艺可使焙砂氰化尾渣中金、银的氰化浸出率分别达到65.00%和41.49%。     

Content of rare earth elements in Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge from different areas

Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge(SMB) has been widely used as a traditional Chinese medicine for a long time,and today more and more attention has been paid to the effective components in Chinese traditional medicine,especially to rare earth elements(REEs).14 kinds of REEs in SMB from different areas were analyzed by the methods of ICP-MS.The results showed that the total concentration of REEs(as REO,the same below) ranged from 8.43(as dry weight,the same below) to 37.30 mg/kg,and the concentrations of La,Ce and Nd were higher than 2 mg/kg except Nd in SMB from Beijing.So the total concentration of REEs in SMB was much higher than that in rice,corn and barley,which could be the mechanism of curative effect of SMB on cardiovascular cerebrovascular system,digestive system,respiratory system,countershock and antibiotic.The character of other elements and the content of REEs in soil from different areas should be responsible for the difference,but the allocation mechanism of REEs in SMB should be further studied.     

含砷碳金矿石全泥氰化浸金试验研究

针对甘肃省某金矿难浸矿石类型,提出了一种含砷碳金矿石全泥氰化浸金的工艺方法。研究表明,采用浓度为15%的NaOH和浓度为2%的H2O2对矿石进行预处理,可有效地消除砷对氰化浸金的影响。碳的干扰可采用加入煤油的方法,使矿样中的碳活性产生钝化,从而消除碳的“劫金作用”。该工艺方法可使金的氰化浸出率提高到95%以上,具有较好的经济和社会效益。     

金精矿无氰提金新工艺的研究

本文针对浮选金精矿提出了一个无氰提金新方法。该法将金精矿进行焙烧回收硫，然后采用氯化钠＋溴水浸取金，浸取的贵液控制盐酸酸度为１０％，利用泡沫料吸附金，金的回收率在９９％以上。新工艺方法具有操作简单，成本低，周期短，回收率高，不污染环境，对于乡镇企业开发黄金生产具有很好的经济和社会效益。     

炼焦煤选煤厂的浮选药剂选择

五沟煤矿选煤厂通过选用不同药剂进行浮选试验,选择了新型捕收剂和高效改性起泡剂,同时采取有效措施,调整浮选工艺参数,提高了浮选效率,降低了药耗。
