为了准确预测冷冻干燥时间,本文基于传热传质理论,利用COMSOL软件对厚度为12 mm、半径为4 cm的红心火龙果片进行建模,模拟升华干燥阶段火龙果内部水蒸气流动耦合热质传递、火龙果温度分布特性、升华界面位移以及冰升华过程,预测升华周期,并通过实验验证模型的可靠性。结果表明:模拟值与实测值相吻合且误差较小,火龙果中心点温度模拟值与实测值绝对误差为0.9℃,火龙果含水率模拟值与实测值相对误差为1.2%,脱水速率模拟值与实测值相对误差为6.63%。本模型可以准确模拟升华干燥过程热质传递动态变化。通过模拟对比不同厚度火龙果片升华周期,同时考虑到冻干制品质量和产量,12 mm为红心火龙果片冻干最佳厚度。 相似文献

CrAlYN coatings with different Y contents (0, 5 and 12 at.%) were deposited by cathodic arc evaporation to investigate the influence of Y-addition on the structure, mechanical and thermal properties of CrAlN coatings by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis and nanoindentation. The structural transformation of single phase cubic Cr0.42Al0.58N and Cr0.39Al0.56Y0.05N coatings to cubic–wurtzite mixed Cr0.32Al0.56Y0.12N coating leads to a drop in hardness from (30.2±0.7) GPa of Cr0.42Al0.58N and (32.0±1.0) GPa of Cr0.39Al0.56Y0.05N to (25.2±0.7) GPa of Cr0.32Al0.56Y0.12N. The incorporation of 5 at.% Y retards the thermal decomposition of CrAlN, verified by the postponed precipitation of w-AlN and N-loss upon annealing. Correspondingly, Cr0.39Al0.56Y0.05N coating consistently exhibits the highest hardness value during thermal annealing. We examine the quantum effect of cooling down the environment temperature of mesoscopic LC circuit, and find that the ground state of the circuit is no longer in the thermo vacuum state, but in a negative binomial state. 在复合钠皂稠化多烷基环戊烷中加入复合添加剂制备了一种低挥发润滑脂。对低挥发润滑脂的饱和蒸气压、真空质损、耐辐射、相容性等应用试验性能以及真空热循环台架试验进行了评价。结果表明:该润滑脂不仅具有良好的高低温性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性、防腐蚀性、极压抗磨性,同时具有较低的饱和蒸气压(3.4×10-6 Pa)和挥发性(总损失率0.95%,可凝挥发物质量分数0.088%);极强的耐辐射性能(可耐受1×105 Gy剂量)以及与真空设备材质良好的相容性,并且通过了真空热循环台架试验。 相似文献

为优化马铃薯脆片的预处理工艺,采用单因素和响应面试验,以破碎力、含油量、L*值、感官评分、综合评分和电子鼻检测挥发性成分为指标,对实验数据进行主成分分析。结果表明:不同的预处理方式对马铃薯脆片的破碎力、感官评价和综合评分有显著影响(p0.05)。主成分分析共提取5个主成分,前3个主成分总贡献率大于85%,说明提取3个主成分能够全面反映马铃薯脆片的品质信息,决定第1主成分的指标主要是感官评价和综合评分,决定第2主成分的是破碎力和含油量;决定第3主成分的是L*值和含油量。以主成分分析得到的规范化综合得分为响应值建立的二次多项式回归模型回归效果极显著(p0.01,R~2=0.9604)。确定最佳工艺参数为漂烫温度91℃、漂烫时间4 min、切片厚度4 mm和冷冻时间3 h,在此条件得到规范化综合评分0.9572,与预测值(0.9453)相接近,表明以主成分分析得到的规范化综合评分为响应值建立的回归模型具有良好的预测能力。 相似文献

This study offers new insights into two-lift deposition of mature fine tailings under atmospheric drying. The interaction of newly added lift and former lift(s) was evaluated using column experiments in terms of volumetric water content, electrical conductivity (EC), hydraulic conductivity, geochemistry and microstructure. Water content and EC followed the same trend and decreasing of water content appears to be responsible for significant reduction in EC. Evaporation on top of the column reduced the water content to almost zero. The obtained results support the coupling between the hydraulic and chemical processes that should be considered by active operators. 相似文献

环路热管作为一种高效的相变传热装置,其性能与位于蒸发器和储液槽之间的毛细芯结构密切相关。为了更深入研究双层毛细芯对环路热管传热性能的影响,利用不同颗粒直径铜粉制备双层毛细芯,在毛细芯总厚度为5 mm的条件下,通过调整大粒径和小粒径层的相对厚度来改变毛细芯厚度比,对平板型蒸发器环路热管启动和变工况运行进行实验测试。实验结果表明:在同一工况下,不同厚度比的双层毛细芯启动特性存在显著差异,启动过程中出现小粒径层蒸发效率低引起的温度过冲和环路热管中气液两相流变化导致的温度振荡;同时存在一个较优的双铜层毛细芯厚度比,大粒径(180~280μm)铜层厚度为3 mm可提高蒸发效率,小粒径(56~71μm)铜层厚度为2 mm可提供足够毛细抽吸力保证环路热管稳定运行。搭载该厚度毛细芯的环路热管不仅启动速度快(125 s),而且总热阻和蒸发器壁面温度均最低,最大加热功率达到120 W(21.10 W/cm~2),对应热阻为0.17 K/W。 相似文献

In this work, we report the development of MnO2/F-MWCNT/Ta hybrid nanocomposite sensor with different MnO2 overlayer thickness for the detection of H2O2 in real samples. A novel two-step process using e-beam evaporation and spray pyrolysis deposition was adopted for the synthesis of hybrid MnO2/F-MWCNT/Ta electrodes. SE morphology revealed smaller-sized, compact grains of MnO2 infiltrated on the outermost walls of MWCNTs. Raman analysis confirmed the existence of carbon nanotubes with abundant structural defects of MnO2 in the composite. The cyclic voltammetry results displayed a high peak current and narrowed over potential towards the reduction of H2O2. The sensor displayed a fast response (<5?s), wide linear range (2–1510?μM) and a low limit of detection (0.04?μM) with significant anti-interfering properties, promising for the development of highly sensitive and reproducible biosensors. The three dimensional nanocomposite sensor also exhibited good recovery (> 98%), thus providing a favourable tool for analysis of H2O2 in milk samples. 相似文献

The goal of this research was to evaluate the use of vacuum impregnation (VI) and soaking techniques (ST) in the application of edible coatings of chitosan and chitosan + lauric acid to minimally processed pumpkins (MPP). The vacuum impregnation method led to greater component incorporation (5.9% and 1.75%, respectively) in the pumpkins when compared to soaking and consequently the formation of more uniform, thicker coatings (25.6 and 22.3 μm, respectively). However, VI caused greater changes in pH, acidity, colour and firmness. Relating to water content and carotenoid content, noncoated pumpkins presented greater losses during the storage period, regardless of impregnation method. The pumpkins with edible coatings, regardless of method, presented lower numbers of psychrotrophic micro‐organisms and coliforms during the storage period. Therefore, soaking was considered the best method for the application of chitosan‐based edible coatings to minimally processed pumpkins, as it led to smaller changes in the properties of the product. 相似文献

The parameters governing the crystallisation of paracetamol using various conventional techniques has been extensively studied, however the factors influencing the drug crystallisation using spray drying is not as well understood. The aim of this work was to investigate the crystallisation of an active pharmaceutical ingredient through evaporative crystallisation using a spray dryer to study the physicochemical properties of the drug and to use semi-empirical equations to gain insight into the morphology and particle size of the dried powder. Paracetamol solutions were spray dried at various inlet temperatures ranging from 60 °C to 120 °C and also from a series of inlet feed solvent compositions ranging from 50/50% v/v ethanol/water to 100% ethanol and solid-state characterisation was done. The size and morphology of the dried materials were altered with a change in spray drying parameters, with an increase in inlet temperature leading to an increase in particle Sauter mean diameter (from 3.0 to 4.4 µm) and a decrease in the particle size with an increase in ethanol concentration in the feed (from 4.6 to 4.4 µm) as a result of changes in particle density and atomised droplet size. The morphology of the dried particles consisted of agglomerates of individual crystallites bound together into larger semi-spherical agglomerates with a higher tendency for particles having crystalline ridges to form at higher ethanol concentrations of the feed. 相似文献
