为了分析关键参数对滚子包络内啮合蜗杆传动接触与润滑性能的影响,构建了该新型蜗杆传动的数学模型,通过啮合方程构建了该传动的润滑角与诱导法曲率方程,利用数值计算方法分析了中心距、传动比、蜗轮偏转角、滚子半径等关键参数对蜗杆传动润滑与接触性能的影响。分析研究得知,在这些关键参数中,蜗轮偏转角对滚子包络内啮合蜗杆传动的接触性能与润滑性能有较大的影响,建议蜗轮偏转角取值在0°~40°为最佳。选取了相应参数进行三维建模,验证了分析参数的有效性。该研究为滚子包络内啮合蜗杆传动的进一步研究提供了参考。 相似文献

A fully kinetic particle-in-cell/Monte Carlo model is employed to self-consistently study the effects of fast-ion injection on sheath potential and electric field profile in collisional magnetized plasma with a floating absorbing wall. The influences of the fast-ion injection velocity and density, the magnetic field and angle θ0 formed by the magnetic field and the x-axis on the sheath potential and electric field are discussed in detail. Numerical results show that increasing fast-ion injection density or decreasing injection velocity can enhance the potential drop and electric field in the sheath. Also, increasing the magnetic field strength can weaken the loss of charged particles to the wall and thus decrease the potential and electric field in the sheath. The time evolution of ion flux and velocity distribution on the wall is found to be significantly affected by the magnetic field. 相似文献

Driven by pulse modulated radio-frequency source,the behavior of SiH 4 /N 2 /O 2 plasma in capacitively coupled discharge are studied by using a one-dimensional fluid model.Totally,48 different species(electrons,ions,neutrals,radicals and excited species) are involved in this simulation.Time evolution of the particle densities and electron temperature with different duty cycles are obtained,as well as the electronegativity n SiH3 /n e of the main negative ion(SiH3).The results show that,by reducing the duty cycle,higher electron temperature and particle density can be achieved for the same average dissipated power,and the ion energy can also be effectively reduced,which will offer evident improvement in plasma deposition processes compared with the case of continuous wave discharge. 相似文献

以成都新一代天气雷达(CINRAD/SC)的1次回波减弱故障为例,详细介绍了分析和排除此次典型故障的过程:从回波减弱这一故障现象,逐步检查终端处理软件中信号处理器RVP7的参数设置、接收通道、发射系统,最终确定因发射系统中高功率电源分机故障导致雷达发射功率降低,回波减弱。通过对本次故障的分析和排除,从中总结获得了几点关于雷达维护维修的有益启示。 相似文献

从可压缩气体的基本方程出发,对螺旋槽干气密封特性进行了有限元分析,推导了相应的离散方程,得到螺旋线槽气体密封端面间隙内气膜的压力分布,并把计算结果和文献中的实验值进行比较,验证了计算结果的正确性,对螺旋槽密封参数的进一步研究具有重要的指导意义. 相似文献
